We picked this community because of the, proximity to my personal residence. Value for services available to my mom with her current condition. And the staff was able to work with me to get everything set up. I would recommend.The staff is very friendly. Helpful.

Once placed at Dirigo Pines, there was no instructions about how to to forward. Things like making a hair appointment, policies on visitors or outings, arranging for personal care like podiatrist etc. a manual to navigate this bug change in both our lives would have great. Yes, we would recommend Dirigo Pines to other families. It is a beautiful facility and the staff is caring and helpful.

The Brookdale Peoria is a good community overall. The care givers are very helpful. The food service manager is willing to provide as much diversity as possible to accommodate the needs of our residents.

Welcoming atomosphere. More professional and attentive staff. Clean. Some hiccups the first week. We will see how it works out. Too early to tell.

I picked Sumter Memory Care because it's less than 10 minutes from my home. The cost was about the same as the other places so convenient location was the #1 reason. A few friends have asked me about this place, and I told them it was a good place for someone with dementia/Alzheimer's.

The facility was wel maintained. Staff was very warm, accomodating and knowledgeable about their operations. My mothers initial reaction upon her first visit was " I could live at this place." One of our best decisions, I've made about my mothers living arrangments.

My loved one is currently a resident at Augustine Landing. Overall, his experience at this facility has been very good. The cleanliness is great. The friendliness is okay. The front desk receptionist is not friendly, but all of the other staff is mostly friendly. The care services are good. The meals and activities are great! Augustine Landing is a great value for the cost and I would recommend them to others.

Brookdale Peoria - It is not to big so my mom is not over whelmed. Everyone is nice and caring, they take good care of my mom and keep me informed on how she is doing. They have art projects, shopping trips and go out to lunch every month or so. Christmas time they go looking at Christmas lights and decorate for all of the holidays. We do wish they could clean my moms room better, i have visited when my moms floor was dusty. My mom has my sister do her laundry because sometimes they come back wrinkly and or damp. The food needs improvement, they should have some healthier choices. Most importantly my mom likes it there because everyone is so nice and she has friends that she really likes that also live there.

The staff at The Residence at Whitehall are friendly and helpful. I have had no problems with communication, but don't really need much. The move in was fine. The meals are fine and of good quality. They're just a little understaffed occasionally. I would definitely recommend The Residence at Whitehall to family and friends!

Celebration Village Acworth doesn't feel like a nursing home or assisted living facility. It feels like a small town. Food is very good. Other residents are friendly and try to engage new people. It's expensive but very much worth the money. I only wish the staff had pushed my aunt harder to shower and go to the dining room instead of eating in her room.

It's been very positive. The staff have been very friendly and always helpful. Have responded in reasonable time t o our maintenance requests. The meals fairly good. Some better than others but I understand that happens. Personally I need to eat gluten free but I'm doing fine. Staff is quick and willing to check any food item I question. We feel that our choice of The Summit of Fort Myers has been a good one.

I would recommend this facility.Very helpful and they have met our needs. We picked this community, because they had a PT and fitness facility on site, clean, close by, good reviews, price, and provided assisted living services we needed.

So far our experience has been positive. My brother and/or I stop in at least 5 times a week. It's difficult to see Mom in this type of environment, but we are happy with Beach House. People seem to genuinely care about the residents and know each of them. Does feel good, although in recent weeks they may be a little short staffed. But overall we've had a positive experience, and I would recommend Beach House.

This is only one I toured and it seemed to offer what I was looking for. My only complaint is with the food. It is rarely hot and the menu is not reliable. Overall I'm satisfied with it. My tour experience was informative and pleasant.

They were under staffed but part of that was due to covid. They do a good job but only offer certain services. There was very little enrichment, but again due to covid. It is on the expensive side. The staff are wonderful, caring, friendly and always available. The facility itself is lovely- quiet location, beautiful gardens. Their focus seems to be more on memory care. They have less services for people with physical compromises. They really are doing really hard work in a difficult situation.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Bartlesville South. Overall, her experience has been good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The quality of care and activities are good. We're still working out the kinks in my loved one adjusting to her new situation. It hasn't been all good, but we're hopeful.

Our only issue with Augustine Landing was getting the apt ready for my parents. It needed a lot of work, and it was challenging getting it done Just about everyone has been very nice, especially [name removed] the maintenance director and [name removed] & [name removed] from housekeeping. While meals have been good, the service is very slow.

What we like most about this community is the staff. The are friendly and have a good team of medical staff. The management is capable as well. Based on the experience so far we would recommend Beach House community to other families.

Very expensive for assisted living level. The outside of the facility was gorgeous. Disappointed of the inside was dark, dated, and some areas were not very clean.

Brookdale Northbrook seemed a little dated, just generally not as nice of a facility. Also I believe that the independent residents were totally separated from those getting assistance. My mother needs help but is mentally very sharp. It is good for her to be with people who are still mentally strong which I think would not have happened at Brookdale had we chosen this facility.
