The residents tenure and that they love it here. What we really like most is that Town Village Vestavia Hills community looks like a home and not a apartment complex. Town Village was our 2nd choice based on the comfort, aesthetics, the residents and staff. Feels like home. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Most of the employees at Brookdale Springs are very professional and very nice, and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend The Brookdale Springs Mesa community to other families.

Very caring and friendly Directors and the Activity Director is awesome. She is great will the residents and keeping them social and engaged. They are just having some issues hiring staff for kitchen at the moment. The room my loved one has is a perfect size for a queen bed, small couch, chair and a large dresser!

The main reason I picked this community, was because of the price and what we were looking for. I would tell a friend, that it's a nice place. The people that work and live there are friendly and that my mom and step-dad both enjoy staying there.

It felt like a community, rather than a care facility. Friendliness of the people we met on our visit. And one of the big things was the residents were out and about. Mom is thriving and happy here. She started at Northgate for respite care and decided to stay. Just the other day, she told me she needs to be somewhere other than her home, and that Northgate Park is where she wants to be, Everyone is very friendly. The staff quickly learns the names of the new residents. There are activites throughout the day for them to participate in, ( if they choose to0, as well as occasional trips to the store, lunch out or the casino for the afternoon. Rooms are spacious, each with their own patio. I visit mom about once a week and there are always residents and staff in the common areas. I would recommedn Northgate Park for anyone lookng for independent or assisted living.

Overall our families experience has been very good with Brookdale Bartlesville. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The community was very clean and very orderly. We would recommend.

What we really like about the Northgate Park community is the overall setting as well as the location. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I really liked the community during the tour. The staff was very nice, and the dining was great along with the food. The room they had available at the time was smaller than we wanted for our loved one. Plus, there wasn't a good view from this room.

I like the staff. The food is not really good, and the transportation is not the best. They only have the transportation 3 days a week - they need it to go on for more days because I can't always get the appointments on those 3 days. Also the price is kind of high for me.

We're very comfortable with the space and the location is terrific! It isn't fancy by any means, but it is comfortable and welcoming. My dad isn't very social but he loves "Wine Wednesdays" and "Thirsty Thursdays." I'm encouraging him to get started with physical therapy but he's stubborn. Only thing I wish for is that they would provide laundry service. They honor special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, Veteran's Day. They offer activities such as; bingo, crafts, activities. They have good transportation services for grocery runs and appointments.

It honestly has been a great experience. The apartment is very nice. Most of the people there are very friendly. Really our only concern is that the staff seems to keep changing. But I would recommend it to others looking for senior living.

There's more than one thing we like, but probably the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the safety of the facility. There's always things for mom to do and she's happy, and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Things at this facility have been good. They're a bit understaffed (like every other place in the country right now), but the staff that they do have here are excellent. They're very in tune with their residents. The Activities Director is awesome! She's so positive and friendly with the residents, she's amazing. Housekeeping is done often and they keep my loved one's room very clean. Communication with the family is excellent, I call often and they're always great about speaking to me and getting me the information that I need. One HUGE plus here: they allow you to bring your animals in during visits. I bring my dog with me at least twice a week and my loved one really truly enjoys that. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It is a beautiful place that is in a great location. The people are all are so friendly and helpful. The room sizes are very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend Sumter Senior Living to others.

They have people there that help them anytime they need it it's really quite well run. And I guess the improvement could be, maybe the quality of food but I guess we get what we pay for because I don't think she hast to pay too much. I'm very satisfied with them. I would recommend them.

The staff is really great for the most part. The food is okay, and the other residents I've talked to say it's really good. For me, it's repetitive but decent. I don't like that they charge you for takeout / picking up a meal yourself to take to your apartment. Although I suppose that's their way of encouraging people to eat in the dining room. They have plenty of activities on the schedule if you choose to participate. The apartment is pretty good. It's expensive. Compared to other places I looked at, I'd say it's on the middle to the high end of the cost spectrum. But for the most part, it's a pretty good place to go to if you need it.

This is a new and clean community and our top choice. However, it was more than we wanted to spend.

It is a very friendly and relaxed place. It's a great fit for veterans and working class seniors. My brother was immediately welcomed and has more friends now than he has had in many years since retiring. It's a great fit for people who share similar life experiences. I do recommend it.

We thought it was a really nice community and we would recommend this community to other families. The only reason we did not give them a 5 star overall is that we had trouble scheduling transportation to and from doctor visits and medication management.

Everything is great except for the food. The food is constantly cold or burnt. Residents had a meeting about it, but nothing has changed so far . It's been a few weeks.
