Overall we love Celebration Villa, it's great and my mom is thrilled to be there. She cried when we told her we were going to look into places, but she absolutely loves it. It's a beautiful facility with lots of amenities and lots to do. Overall, we're thrilled. They could improve on the food, as it was over sold. They said they have a 5 star chef and I find it hard to believe that there's a 5 star chef cooking this food. It's decent food, but that's the biggest complaint with my mom and her friends. It's institutional food, and it could be ratcheted up a little. I would recommend Celebration Village Forsyth to others! A Place for Mom: my Senior Living Advisor, [name removed], was amazing!

This facility is the right place for my mom right now. She's had no complaints. They keep the facility clean. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. The food is good, it's good quality and variety. Communication with the family is good. One suggestion I have is better communication with what they have to offer like transportation and in house services. Even if they don't offer some of the needed services, a list of resources in the area for needs would be very helpful. Overall, I would recommend them to friends and family.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This has overall been a good experience for us. The staff have been receptive to feedback from the family. Any of your concerns need to go to the top, as they aren't listening at the lower levels. The housekeeping could be getting done on a more regular basis without having to ask. They have been a little short staffed, like a lot of places are currently. The portions of food are on the smaller side. They have a special menu and then an everyday meal. The big meal is at lunch, and it would be nice to see a sandwich option available everyday for the residents to choose. They have lots of activities available for the residents to participate in, if they want. Bingo, art, music, movies, happy hours, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

As with most places, most of the staff is great. There has not been a ton of communication from them, but I have gotten a lot from one gal and she has been wonderful. My mom is a smoker and they have been very patient with her. Overall we have been pleased and would recommend Sedgwick Plaza to others.

Our tour at The Shores at Clearlake was really good. They seemed equivalent to the place we chose and are happy with. Location was the determining factor for our decision.

Town Village Sterling Heights is okay. My apartment came unfurnished, so I have my own furniture. There's a washer and dryer I can use or I can pay for laundry service. They offer weekly housekeeping services too. I don't have a balcony, but there is a general patio/seating area. They have good food, you get to pick from a menu and they have daily specials. I would recommend Town Village to others.

I think it is a wonderful place, my only issue is the food. I believe this may be contributed to staffing issues that stem from Covid related issues. Overall is a Great Place.

Our favorite part is the Atrium itself, right when you walk through the entry way into the big Atrium there is a grand piano with all these different sitting tables you can visit with your loved ones or just sit by yourself and relax. All of the rooms are around the Atrium area as well. They do have different activities - bingo twice a week, bible studies on Sunday's and they will take the residents out to grocery shop and to different restaurants. We think the value for the money is a good fit and based on our experience so far we would recommend The Atrium of Belleville to other families.

The community wouldn't paint a wall for my loved one, and this was disappointing to us. This is a nice place. The community is friendly. The communication with the staff is good. The maintenance team wasn't responsive to the request we made to clean the room. The family ended up having to clean the apartment prior to my loved one moving in.

The experience has been nice because there are lots of residents, and there are more diverse activities. The quality of food is not the best; however, there is a wide variety of food. There are three meals a day. It would be nice to have the dining room open after 5 on Sunday, ideally it would be open until 7:30 or 8. They will close the dining room early around 3 on holidays such as Memorial Day. There are full kitchens in the apartments for the residents. There are washers and dryers in the buildings for the residents to use, as well.

We had a little bit of a rocky start, and I think their communication with new families could be improved. But things have settled down a bit, and in the end, everything has turned out well. The staff really love my mother. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. And they do well with activities for elders.

I really liked this community. This was our first choice but my loved one liked another community more. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Decent place for a loved one. Food is ok not tasty and gourmet. Plan way ahead if you need a bus ride to a drs appt make sure the ‘big’ bus is operating. Had a bad habit of not being working or the on duty driver can’t drive the big bus… WTF ? Major continuous turn overs . Company cares for their bottom line and not so much the people who live there

Our experience at has been pretty good. My loved enjoys being here. The community has lots of activities for the residents to participate in. My loved one enjoys the comradery and the social aspect of it. The food is really good. The housekeeping, changing of linens, all the meals, activities, transportation, the apartment, and utilities(except for a land line, cable, and internet) are included in the monthly price. The only downfall is the cell coverage isn't the best. The building has internet in the entry way, but it would be nice to have it in the entire building. There is a washer and dryer room on each floor. There is a kitchenette in the apartment for the residents to use.

The facility has bright, open spaces and is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a little on the pricey side, but the resident rooms are oversized, which is nice. And his laundry facility is inside his residence, which is great.

The new director, [name removed], has made a world of difference in this facility. My mom was the third resident to come into the facility when it was first built 4 years ago. The place went down hill real fast shortly thereafter but turned around once the new management company and director arrived. The food has improved. They have hired caring staff that respond to call buttons with 10-15 minutes. The facility is clean. Activities are varied and enjoyed. The director and her administrative team lead with "resident safety and care first". They are professional and genuine. To achieve that, they hold the entire staff accountable. For those who have no desire to do their job they should leave and have. Those who have a keen eye for quality care, embrace their positions and can follow the rules of the road happy they are there taking care of my mom and hope they stay.

This is a good value for your money. It is a newer community that is well kept. I really don't have complaints about the community or staff. Sometimes it is hard to get a consistent person to check on my loved one and share this with family. The requests we had with my loved one hasn't been shared with all of the staff as I would have liked. The food is really good and my loved one seems to enjoy it.
