It's a beautiful facility. The amenities are fairly good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They're very kind and caring. I just don't feel they're staffed well enough to deal with memory care, especially regarding activities.

We chose Brookdale Springs Mesa because of the beautifully landscaped grounds, it looked very resort like and we liked that. There was really no orientation in the beginning, when we moved him we were on our own. I think they could benefit from an orientation program for new residents. He does like that they do really get the residents to chime in on their likes and dislikes which makes them feel empowered. What he does not like is there is no set time for housekeeping, so there are always people popping in and out and that creates a lack of privacy. Overall I would recommend them to other families looking.

We chose Point Pleasant because we needed assisted living included and [name removed] is here to help if you need it. If you are in this vicinity, it is in a nice location. I do know that the food has gone downhill since we moved her in. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

This seems to be a pretty decent place for my friend. I would recommend my family go here if they had to. The staff seem to really care and it is a smaller community.

Twin Rivers seemed like a nice facility. They were aware of another community we had toured, and they made some unsolicited negative comments about them, which caught me by surprise. I was also surprised that they require residents to maintain an inventory of disposable gloves in their unit for their staff to use. They were also a little bit more expense. For instance, medication management was not included in the base price, and their base price started out higher. So it added up in a hurry. But it seemed like a nice place.

Overall this is a great community. They are updating the facility right now. The biggest thing is the food it is just mediocre. They have activities like outings to shopping centers and then they have planed activities like dollar tree. They have entertainment that comes in at least once a week, cards, arts and crafts and more. They are also installing a movie theater with movie seats and more for the residents right now.

Management is respectful, knowledgeable accessible and responsive. You couldn't ask for more. They have some terrific nurses and aids and the dining service was always great.

My mom has lived here since 2018 I am happy and so is my mom. I would recommend this community to others. I am pleased with the care and my mom feels safe. She has activities all day long and she enjoys the things she goes to.

My mom is in memory care. We picked this community because of the staff. The caregivers are wonderful, the activities staff are amazing. They as a company are respectful and knowledgeable, the nurses are good and everyone is accessible and responsive.

I have been here since 2018. I don't have much to compare this place with but I have to say they are near the top. Maintenance is responsive and can fix almost anything. Care staff is respectful and responsive.

Okay community from the outside.

This facility only gets "4" ratings because I wish they were more consistent with their covid updates since they have a few outbreaks. But they have put appropriate measures in force. The other items regarding staffing is that they have had almost total turnover in the executive staff and chef.

Very good. I wouldn't give the kitchen food and service an A plus. The Covid made us lose several employees and the price of food has affected the variety of menus and lack of employees. BUT, I still recommend the Twin Rivers.

It seems that the young associates who do most of the hands-on work have not had very much training in "our" ways. They are, however, unfailingly kind and helpful! I am concerned that there does not seem to be much (if any) security at night.

Management is terrific. (love [name removed]). I love my apartment and there are great activities.

Someone is looking out for me. Meals are prepared for me. I can't cook. If I need help I can get it.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was nice, but for myself it just did not seem like it was going to be a good comfortable fit. The dining room seemed to be out there in the middle of everyone coming and going, and the location was just to far away.
