Well Vista Point At Mira Loma the food's OK. The staff is wonderful very friendly. Just one problem is that I got a half off deal supposedly when I put my wife into Vista Point At Mira Loma and was very reasonable it came to [removed]a month and then after three months they wanted to put her in memory care which of course is $[removed] more a month. I didn't agree with this. It seemed to me that this was a bait and switch. She does have dementia and it has gotten worse since she got put into memory care. That's the only problem that I have with the place other than that the staff is wonderful

The staff have been wonderful, from the MAs to the lady in the kitchen. They are so kind to my mom. They always address any questions I have quickly. My mom is in a studio, it's not huge but it's big enough. There's a mini fridge, cabinets and room for a sitting area. While I don't think any place is perfect, I do feel that she's safe there and taken care of.

The Landon does an excellent job of bringing in entertainment for their residents. Many of their happy hours feature great singers for the residents to enjoy during this time. Also, it is common for choirs to visit. The recently got a new chef which has increased the experience of their every day meals. The soup chef is excellent. All staff members are extremely friendly & helpful. There is a level of dissatisfaction by many residents regarding manager of The Landon. According to what had been shared with me, residents who get on her bad side are then treated with less regard than others. Again, this is what I have heard- I have not experienced this personally since I am not a resident. The facility is clean.

We like The Ranch Estates of Scottsdale very much. People are friendly and welcoming. We get 3 meals a day and usually the food is very good. The entertainment has been diversified and there is a Happy Hour or two weekly with wine and snacks. My husband visited six assisted living facilities in Scottsdale and chose this one. He made the arrangements and I moved in sight unseen. It's worked out well.

Apartments are a good size. 2 nd floor carpeting could use replacement. Meals are descent. Housekeeping staff unreliable. Several weeks in a row apartment was not cleaned. Outside of property (tree trimming) would be nice so those on second floor can enjoy the views of pond. Lots of geese on backside of complex with droppings. Could use some routine cleaning

It was good. I thought we had set it up to have lunch there ut when we met with [name removed], lunch was never mentioned. The facility was nice and the tour was fine. This was our first visit anywhere for senior living, so everything was new to me and my sister. I had no idea wat to expect price-wise. The facility provides transportation to medical appointments within a 10-mile radius. My sister has many appointments at the cancer center which is 14 miles away so there would be a charge.

Staff is very nice apartment size good, we have two bedroom, two bath. The cleanliness is ok, it could be better. The food is fair, the meals are too close together.

It was a nice clean facility. We Were a little concerned if the air conditioner was big enough for the facility even though it felt comfortable to the potential resident.. we have a few other places to tour before she picks one

Augustine Landing is very nice, it has a welcoming home -like feel! The staff seem lovely! Very neat and clean, appears to have very convenient set up for the tenants. Looking forward to helping our father transition to assisted living with a new family at Augustine Landing!

Experience was good overall. Facility and activities offered were very nice. Staff was very kind and understanding. Apartment was very good. The only negative was my wife needed extra care and it was not voluntarily provided. It was known what she needed but wasn't given attention unless prodded. Once informed most of the time it happened. However, she needed help eating and it was not done well. And one night was not put to bed, spending the night in a recliner. I was never certain she would have her needs met.

Office staff is very helpful, teaching mom how to text on her phone and other features, and other things she needs advice about. Mom complains about the taste of the food, although it has improved a bit. Food service is VERY slow. Mom usually waiting 45-60 minutes or more at her cafeteria table for the food to come after she orders . Nobody wants to wait that long. Cleanliness good. Room size good. Activities... I don't know. Hair salon is very expensive so she doesn't go there. There is a community room with small kitchen (sink, stove, fridge, dining room table and chairs)that she can reserve when she wants to have family or friends over for a meal. It would be nice if it was stocked a little better with a trashcan, soap, paper towels, or at least a microwave would be handy. I do have piece of mind knowing she is with people.

What we like the most about the community is their communication, it is good but we wish they have more parking. Based on the experience we would recommend Sedgwick Plaza to other families.

The Hallmark was very attractive and the host answered many questions. I like that it has independent and assisted living. The views are to die for. My main concern is the high cost of even independent living. The Hallmark may be on the high end of costs.

It was a positive experience from my stand point of activities available, meals, safety and location of facility to my family. [name removed] was a great advocate to activities available and resources in extra care available. The only negative was no fault of theirs but my mom's choice to not participate in anything, activities or meals. They gave many opportunities to thrive there. She did not engage. She has declined in mobility and health. She is moving back to my brothers this week. It's a great value for what they offer!

Everything takes about a month to get settled in and probably some of it is my own frustration. What did it for me is the cost with speech therapy and physical therapy it's running us about $[removed] for her to live there per month that's with food included and electric water, sewer. And they give her medication twice a day at some places we could be spending upwards of $[removed] or more for this same amenities. She has a room with a bedroom, a small little kitchenette with a small, living room. She has been quite happy, even in these surroundings.

Staff and residents very nice and helpful. Bright cheery place plenty of activities to do Eating times too early 7:30. 11:30 and 4:30 Food not hot. I love my apartment and am so glad I moved here. I would definitely recommend to others

We have had a very positive experience so far. [name removed] helped get my father admitted immediately after he was discharged from the hospital, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. One thing my father would enjoy is having more activities available, such as card games, bingo, or even occasional casino trips (I know that's a tall order!). Another major positive is how seamless the admission process was, especially since all three of his children live in different locations and are not local. I'm in California, my sister is in Tennessee, and my brother is in Jacksonville. Despite the distance, we feel confident that our dad is being well cared for and in good hands.

All the initial intake was good but it seems like they have a lot of staff turnover. Now that my loved ones are in there, it seems like communication is lacking. It's a very disorganized place.

The move-in experience could have been better, and the transition into the community took some time. Additional support during the initial adjustment period would have been appreciated. There were also some early challenges related to medication management and monitoring, which led to concerns about staff training and communication. However, these issues were addressed, and care has improved since then.
