They have a high turnover in their staff. No real low sodium menu which is important for seniors. They had a great activities director but she either quit or was let go and they've struggled to get activities back. Mom does have good friends that she enjoys.

They were very friendly. They work with you and work through any issues you may have until they are solved. Any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend Northgate Park to others looking.

Im probably the youngest one here, I don't attend activities, I basically just go and eat 3 meals. And go in my room. Cost is good. Meals are ok. Always something to do

After checking 4 or 5 places for my mother we chose the Springs and she lived here for 15 years. She was well treated and basically content. Years after, it was my turn, the decision was easy- I became a second generation to live at Brookdale Springs and not disappoint no place is perfect.

I like the location, choice of apartments and everything included in the rent. It does need some updating. There's only one elevator. The staff changes often. They tried to raise my mother's rent by 8% after living there just a few months, but worked with me to lower the amount of her raise. The services they provide are good. They really helped my mother make the transition. She's made friends there.

I would still recommend the facility to a friend. It was a quiet peaceful setting.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They treat the residents with kindness and respect. My mom has had to go into memory care there and I don't feel I need to worry about her safety. The food was pretty good on the assisted living side, memory care is a different story. I know it is hard in this type of setting.

The opportunity to meet with very interesting people is enlivening and unexpected. The view from our unit of the Lake is the highlight of every day.

Food sometimes good they are trying to improve. Some of the menu items are not healthy or not good. Friendliness and activities very good. They don't recycle yet not good. . will work on it. Staff is good. Facility attractive. I would like to see more people in Independent living who are not on walkers.

Good location, friendly staff and residents. They all have their challenges. They continue to go through turn over which is concerning. Areas for improvement: Better menu better options, less red meat, more veggies and fruits. Have activities daily and keep everyone involved and entertained. Keeping an activities director in place that will do this. They also could use better house keepers for residents.

Nothing more to say. Disappointed at the level of mental acuity for many residents. I was hoping for more lively interaction like game playing and conversations. It would be nice if you could figure out ahead of time what the other residents were like.

I like being here my apartment is nice it's a good place to be and the value for cost gets a 5+. Based on the experience I have had, I would recommend Collier Park to other families

What we like the best about The Atrium of Belleville is that we like having the caregivers treat the patients with love and care . We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I would recommend Augustine Landing but suggest that they offer more outings for the residents. Everyone I have spoken with has been very positive and helpful.

I ONLY BEEN HERE SENCE [date removed]. This is the best place to live IN PAIRUMP, NV. You can't find better staff ANYwhere. The place is NOT a 5 stave Hotel, its a 4.5 star home... Welcome all.

It's a good place, staff/attendants are helpful but shorthand at times. Food choices are good. Good place overall.
