First, you should know that my mother never moved into Grand Living, so this is only based on my experience with staff and in-processing. No score for meals/activities, but looked impressive though. Value for cost could have been great, but 30 day policy cost me thousands of dollars through no fault of my own.

I would highly recommend The Arbors of Gulf Breeze to others.

Yes I would recommend it however there is no assisted or memory care available at Augustine Landing which could prove to be problematic for some. We were attracted to them because of the location and price.

What more could anyone want, gym, pool, activities, washer dryer in room, Beautiful place, just No management. [name removed] in the kitchen was GREAT, as was [name removed]. We didn't have a server one evening, 21 people were wondering what to do, we had 2 new couples, I went to tables and told everyone have patience, I have 45 years, hospitality and large motel management so I tried to pour water but couldn't because of the regulations, [name removed] came down to the front of the dining room, looked around, saw the panic and problems, turned around and left. I went to her office to see if she would come and help, she shut the door and didn't come to help???

Country Club was a nice place with very friendly people. When it came to the meals and dining the 2 rating is my opinion but my loved one might have said 3. From what I saw of the activities they seemed good, but my loved one did not participate. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had

Acacia Springs staff is its claim to fame. They are friendly, helpful, and they create a home like atmosphere throughout. That atmosphere spreads throughout the residents, and because of that the majority of the residents are very happy and friendly also.

My mom doesn't have many complaints other than not a variety of foods - not that it's not good, just limited variety. Friendly people make this a good place to be

Friendly people (mostly) keeping occupied. Food is only fair.

Not everything is perfect. But most residents will say they are happy to be here. Everyone is pleasant. There are numerous activities every day. Bus transportation to and from grocery stores, medical appointments and outings are provided. Three meals a day are provided. Opinions on the quality of food vary as much as the clientele and their backgrounds. I think it’s pretty good and sometimes very good. I sometimes have a yen for my own cooking and have added a small oven to my apartment. The apartments vary in size and location. They have kitchenettes so you can fix your own meals or snacks. Some have balconies. I have a one bedroom with a balcony. The negative would be the unapproachable attitude of the staff. However, they do get the job done. I’ve made some really good friends and I am happy to be here. I liked the atmosphere the first time I walked in the door.

I chose Town Village Vestavia Hills because of the pool, the washer and dryers are in each unit, and the friendliness of the staff and residents. The rent goes up so much each year.

BROOKDALE was clean and affordable. The staff was nice.

I'd recommend to others. She is very happy there but gets frustrated over the annual cost increases. My Mom tries to see the good in every situation and does not complain about any drawbacks. Mom preferred the interior look of the Residence and size of apartments and hallways vs. other facilities.

My answers are based on what my significant other has experienced. Although we chose Sumter Senior Living based on closeness to home and price, things are different now. After experiencing covid in rehab, he went from being a level one in medical care to a level 6. I don't feel that is just. It is now [fee removed] more than it was when we signed up one month ago. It is unaffordable and at the level of care we are paying for the room is often dirty. The sheets are not clean. Laundry is piled up, and I don't feel like he is getting stimulated by any activities at all. We are not getting what we are paying for. I would like to move him to a less expensive place and one that he would enjoy.

Our loved one has since passed away, but se really liked to Sedgwick Plaza. My feedback is they were great over there. They treated her really wonderful and I would recommend the place to anyone.

Both staff and residents are so welcoming that one truly does feel that they are home. Meal service is exceptional in that all meals are provided in either in dining room or the bistro, and always various menu options to choose from. Numerous activities are available to keep one busy, but participation is up to the individual. Other amenities such as transportation is available especially for shopping and medical visits. Its location is in a residential setting with a park, a golf course, a botanical garden, and an art center in the immediate vicinity. One feels welcome from the moment they walk in, and this feeling remains. Town Village Audubon Park is more than an independent living community, it is home.

I think they have great food and activity options and the atmosphere in the center is always cheerful and festive. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Biggest issue with Brookdale was they were short staffed and they cut corners especially with care in assisted living. With improvements, we would recommend this community to other families. Part of the issue was the post covid health care environment.

I like it. Well kept.

It was good overall. A little under staffed. But got better. We picked this community because of the availability and price.
