What stood out the most is the great activity for adults, very very kind staff, clinically helpful and emotionally tuned in.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. The staff is caring, attentive, and extremely accommodating. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They provide many activities to keep the residents engaged.

From the moment I walked in the doors they made me feel like family. Everyone was absolutely wonderful with my mother. I could not have asked for a better experience

What a clean and friendly facility that offers something for everyone looking for assisted living. My parents were relocated from their apartment and have meals prepared, unit cleaned and laundry done. Also transportation is provided to medical apts and to local stores for shopping . The convenience of dental and medical care on site is fantastic. There is even a salon for hair and nails as well as pool and movie theater. What a clean and safe home for my parents .

My mom (92) has lived at Portside for a year now and is very pleased with her choice. She first downsized from her house of 50 years in upstate NY to a two bedroom condo by the ocean for 6 years, but when she stopped driving, socialization became more challenging. Now she has a spacious one bedroom apartment in independent living that accommodates her baby grand piano, communal meals in a lovely dining room with restaurant style service, multiple activities and personal care services including physical therapy right in the building, a beautiful salt water pool on the grounds, as well as transportation to local shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is most definitely an upscale senior community. I live just 4 minutes away so am in and out all the time and always find the staff friendly and professional and residents warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Portside and frankly, think I should have looked into it sooner as my mom's mood and even cognitive abilities seemed to improve due to socialization. I also took my widowed group to tour and one gentlemen moved in right away. He seems happier and more relaxed. Living alone, eating alone, even watching movies at home alone takes its toll and then there is the fear many seniors have of a health emergency and no one around to help. I would urge people to go look sooner rather than later so they understand what options actually exist.

The aids really cater to the needs of the seniors. They make sure any meds required are dispensed daily. If the senior has difficulty making their way to the restaurant, they will either bring them there or they will bring them their meal. Very friendly and helpful! I will say that communication with the medical staff could be improved, but it is rare.

Everyone is very helpful and very nice to you! We order our meals from a menu and the food is really good!! They have music a few times a week and they celebrate every holiday!! We have the best bus driver in the world to take us to doctors appointments on Tuesday and Thursday and to get groceries on Wednesday, plus plenty of activities to keep you busy!! That's it because I need to go eat lunch!!

It's a wonderful place. My mom loves it and everyone is helpful and nice. It's definitely a 5 plus the cost is great for what she gets.

Great location, secure, very nicely decorated. It's very large in scale and feels elegant in the common areas.

The staff was outstanding throughout the whole process and take great effort to make everyone feel welcome.

They keep an eye on [name removed] daily. They call her if she misses a meal. Movie theater nightly. Entertainment Fridays. Excellent food. Including hair salon and spa, excellent.

All are a (5) except #6 Food. My dad hasn't been happy with the menu options. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant.

I would give Brookdale Springs a 5 on everything but activities. I give that a 3. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Nothing for them to improve on, but to have more activities. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families

It's a safe place for elderly people and parents. Don't love it initially but they get to where they understand they need it.

Caring, friendly personnel. Price is the best for a well kept up home. Collier Park has plenty of activities and opportunities to socialize which is critical to the overall health and well-being of our sister.

We moved in at the end of January 2025. The people who work and live here are very friendly. They have many activities that my husband and I enjoy. The food is good; much better than we expected. We wanted to be in a place where we were still a part of The Villages and near our friends and the places we have shopped for the past 11 years. We are very happy that we chose this Grace Management Facility.

I took my friend around various Assisted living facilities as she was the one who was to go to one. Not me. I did find your facility very nice, staff friendly, and my friend liked it as well. As a result she is there now.

I would rate Twin Rivers at a 5 on all 8 questions. They're truly amazing! The staff is super- fantastic and if there is any question or concern they are very prompt in addressing it! The residents always seem happy and comfortable. So much so, that I'd consider moving myself in there!

5 on all. We are in independent living so quality of care is from what I have heard. We are very satisfied with being here.
