At Brookdale Lake Shore Drive, we found a very complete package of retirement and active living, well explained by the sales manager that resulted in our immediate decision move in. We're looking forward to being residents.

What we like the most about Town Village Audubon Park is the price is a large factor but it seems to be well run and the management listens when there is a problem

What a great place! Everyone is so friendly! You can't help but feel happy the moment you walk in the building! Memory care is just what my family was looking for my great aunt, she loves living here and we think the care is the best staff in town. They treat her like family with care, love and respect.

They really do a wonderful job caring for the residents. The one bedroom is spacious. Plenty of room. The facility is clean, updated and nicely decorated. There are many activities offered for the residents. The activity directors do a great job encouraging participation and interact wonderfully with the residents. The food is good in the dining room. The dining room employees are professional and caring.

It's the only place I want to be. They are very friendly & helpful

My mother really enjoys it there. There is so much for her to do and so many other residents to talk with. So far she is very happy. The staff is very helpful and nice. My mom is in independent living, has her own washer/dryer. The facility still changes her sheets. At this point we have no complaints. They have a pool, a few Bar-B-Q areas for families, a gym.

What we like the most about The Arbors are the people and yes we would recommend this community to other families

Woodhaven Village is a great place. It is nicer than the others we looked at and the staff are all very caring.

We toured the community recently and are happy to note the detailed attention we received; the free food for three!! and the place and people themselves. All staff and residents seemed very happy to be there.

It’s a great facility, full of activities & amenities. I’ve been there three times & each time I go there I learned something new & I like it more & more. Visiting Brookdale has been very enjoyable for me.

I really like it alot, nothing negative. Great food, alot to do, but you have the option to stay in your apt if you want. Everyone here is friendly & helpful I got the 1 bedroom, 605 sq ft, & it's working out ok, enough for me. Very happy with the 2 closet spaces clothes & linen.

Everyone was very helpful and professional during the whole process from touring the facility to moving in and getting settled. The staff have great communication with each other so when we were running into some problems and certain precautions needed to be taken, everyone that would deal with my aunt knew what to do and how to deal with the situation from the nurses to the front desk staff.

Don’t quite know where to start - the sales director & everyone we met were wonderful. We loved the “feeling” & decor of Brookdale NLSD. The apts. we’re very nicely done & the views wonderful. We have no desire to look any farther. The location, surrounding area & the entrance itself make you want to “come home” here. If it’s at all possible this is where we’d like to live for the rest of our lives. It’s remarkable that the first time we drove by I asked my husband “what’s that bldg.?” & knew immediately that’s where I wanted to go.

During my search for an assisted living facility, I visited 8 and researched another 4, Northgate was by far the friendliest place. They have activities all day long, every day, with something for everyone. People are brought together for fun and refreshments, to give all a sense of community.

During the tour they will show the different apartments and go over the amenities included and others that are extra. They keep a good eye out for the tenants and will call if there are any issues they think you should be made aware of.

Staff is always attentive, accommodating and welcoming! The people that work there were the selling point for me! I think it's the food quality, at times that is lacking. I think it's hit or miss, which is probably normal.

What we like the most about Inspirations of Mount Washington is the friendliness of the staff, how clean they keep the place, and most of all they treat my mother very well. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.
