I love the location. I love that my father is happy there. I like the options for meals, although he said at dinner time, he has to wait awhile for his dinner. I wish they would encourage/advertise to get more minority residents. I like they have housekeeping once a week. Lastly, i wish they would try more inclusion techniques for introverts like my father. But overall, we are pleased.

My mom is staying at this facility and is happy there. She enjoys the food, activities and the other residents. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are attentive to her needs. We’re happy with the choice we made.

Every one of the staff is friendly, caring & so helpful. The place is very clean and beautiful. It’s a great place for independent seniors. There is transportation for medical appointments and for outings to restaurants, church, etc. Plenty of activities to keep the residents busy.

Improvements have been made over the past year. We were a little surprised on some of the menu items. Many older folks need to watch salt intake or have restrictions but again the dining experience is good and much better than a cafeteria style. ! Very happy with our choice, Actually a fun place to live!

Pros: Friendly and genuinely concerned staff, very nice and modern facility. Cons: Very minor - Reduce cost of meals for visitors. However, we would recommend this community to other families.

The facility is always clean, modern with nice furnishings. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They treat the residents with smiles, and always ready to help. They also very welcoming and gracious with family visitors. They were a part of our family. Even when my father passed away, they still treated us with kindness, compassion and love. I highly recommend Inspirations to anyone looking for a family friendly, inviting, accommodating place to live.

From the initial contact, through the tours, and the move-in, the process was seamless. The resources that helped at each stage were second to none! The moving coordinator was instrumental in making sure we only brought the items that would fit into the apartment.

I feel I hit the jackpot when I did the tour of Acacia Springs. On the day of the tour I was invited for a complimentary lunch and the food was delicious! Everything was so clean and orderly and decorated beautifully. After I moved in, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to introduce themselves and made me feel welcomed. I'm amazed at how many people remember my name! The staff is so willing to help me in any way and, again, they're so nice. It's quiet and peaceful here (something I needed in my life right now). The activities they offer are great, and the daily errands they schedule cover just about everything. The amenities we get are great. There are so few things that I found to be a negative. I thought the extra fees for renting parking spots and having laundry done on a regular basis was high. I wish we could have been offered more than 1 service for wi-fi because Cox doesn't offer much. Last but not least, the kitchen sink is way too small! But I love it here

Working with the Summit of Germantown has been so easy. I am so glad I made the decision to move my mother to the Summit. The staff is wonderful. My mother enjoys the food that is prepared daily. And she has plenty of activities to keep her busy if she likes.

I have had good experience with staff, meals, and activities. My apartment is comfortable and convenient. I have made many new friends in a short time. I feel the value for price is excellent. The overall feel of the facilities is welcoming and attractive. I am recommending the Summit to my friends.

We were moving my mother in law from SC to Florida while we live in NY and needed to find an assisted living facility with memory care near a relative. I contacted A Place for mom and [name removed] was amazing! She set up virtual tours for us and kept in contact every step of the way. Would highly recommend them.

Sometimes the food is not as good as when it's at its best. But generally, everything is really good there. Most everyone is very cordial and helpful. They come in and hang paintings or pictures on the walls for you. They bring packages up from the front desk. The kitchen crew and waiters and waitresses are all super nice. Sometimes it gets a little backed up and it takes a little longer than usual. But, that will happen anywhere.

I joined Brookdale Lake Shore Drive in January after moving from out of state to join my daughter in Chicago. Right from the very start, Brookdale assured me that there would be a place for me and support from day one, even if my things weren't there yet. They worked closely with me to navigate through many things that were causing me stress and anxiety. Now that I'm settled, I wanted to share how the whole community supports me, starting with the sales team, the finances team, the caregivers and nurses, the concierge, the dining team, and everyone I encounter. I'm so happy to be here.

I love the warmth of residents and staff. The concierge is a huge benefit and blessing to visitors and residents. The activities director and staff do an excellent job along with transportation to and from church, appointments, grocery stores and banking.

[name removed] who took us on the tour was splendid. She listened carefully to my friend's needs and took us to units that met those needs. [name removed] who I guess is the business manager handled the lease in short order and answered all our questions. The staff is quite responsive. My friend loves getting food at the Bistro where she can get a range of options over a several hour period if she doesn't want to go to the dining room. Finally my friend is selling her car as she finds the transportation service offered at town village to meet most of her needs.

I absolutely love it here. The staff and residents are wonderful. I feel so blessed to have found Parkrose to spend my senior years at. There is something for everyone here for activities, trips shopping and local events, or just hanging out with new friends doing jigsaw puzzles or gabbing. Even the food is good. I personally have nothing but good things to say about Parkrose.

[name removed] has been there since [date removed] ,and the first thing she told me when I asked her what she thought of her new (apartment)and she excitedly told me how clean the place was. And the group of girls taking care of her were so nice and kind and gentle and caring when they came in the mornings to help her get up, shower and put her clothes on for the day.

The staff brings a great vibe to all the residents, almost "resort/vacation" quality. They address everyone by name and are very friendly. The facility and grounds are beautiful and tastefully decorated for each holiday season. The whole transition for my mother-in-law went smoother than expected.
