This was our favorite place! Definitely all 5 stars. [name removed] was terrific. I loved our apartment and so did our little Pekinese-- she loved the inning around in our yard. It was worth every penny, but unfortunately we just could not afford it.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. The price and location stuck out over other places.

I think it's as good or better than one can expect for the cost. My friend is blessed to be there and she would recommend it to others.

5 for everything. They were very kind and easy to work with. Very attentive and caring.

My mom and stepdad have been very happy at Portside, they are very engaged and stay busy. Physical therapy is on site and they are staying mobile in the independent care side. So much better than being home alone with not much interaction. They are eating much better too! It has been a blessing for our family.

What we like the most about Shorehaven is the leadership, price, communication with loved one. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

Honestly, the faculty and staff have been amazing in helping her get acclimated to her new home. Had a very difficult time initially because she did not want to move from her old place, but as she has settled in, she's happy to be there.

Their food is sometimes suspect, but with the meals being improved I would recommend this community to other families.

As to value for the money, it's expensive. It's not out of line for what this kind of care costs, and I feel like we are getting our moneys worth. We are in the Gem, the memory care unit. I like that the staff are employees of the Gem, and not contractors. Everyone seems to be on the same team, and they have hustle. Because there are only 32 residents, the staff really get to know each person and what they like and what they need.

My father always talks about how much the staff check in with him. I am thankful for [name removed] getting him to do things he may not otherwise do. I think the value/money could be better

They took very good care of my mother. All the people on the staff are very friendly and help my mom whenever she needed it. The studio room was big enough for her. It’s was very clean and I highly recommend !!

The dining staff has high turnover. Corporate reorganization has resulted in lots of changes. No current sales staff but being worked on lots of movement in and out currently. Biggest challenge is food and dining staff @ Camilia. The facility is friendly and has a warm atmosphere.

The entire staff strives to make this a loving and comfortable home for all residents. Residence are encouraged to eat with others in the dining area and join as many activities as they feel comfortable. There are multiple opportunities for outings, including lunch and shopping. The Physical Therapy team is top notch and the director of nursing is truly an angel.

The staff are great and very caring. The food is good for an institutional setting. Everything is kept very clean and transportation is available if I need it. I have a small apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and bath. A little over 600 square feet. I also. Am able to have my cat with me. I don't participate in a lot of the activities other than trips to local restaurants or grocery stores. There are art and calligraphy classes as well as games played through out the week . plenty to keep busy

Very accommodating to all of our needs. The price is great! Staff have been professional since the first day we visited.

What we like the most about The Summit is the location and the cleanliness and yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

What I like about Sedgwick Plaza are the very friendly please live who is good have choices. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

Staff is hard to reach-don't return phone calls. food is served very early and usually lukewarm. Room Size is good for one person. Amenities seem great if the resident uses them.

[name removed] went above and beyond for helping me with my inquiry and answered all my questions. Without a doubt 5 stars, nothing less. She made my experience way simpler than anticipated and the whole experience overall was very straight forward and attentive to detail!

Shorehaven staff has been wonderful throughout our move-in process, and they continue to be supportive when an issue arises, correcting the problem immediately. They have made the best of the situation with the kitchen being down.
