They go above and beyond to keep everyone happy! Lots of food options! One of the very few communities in Las Vegas that has a heated pool and indoor jacuzzi. The beer and wine taps are a nice perk haha!

We have learned more details the longer we are there: I.e food/dining times, schedule is different on some days. … but we entered quickly and maybe missed a few details… we love the people who live there and work there! My aunt lives there and keeps saying..” it’s like a dream!”

All the staff have been friendly and accommodating The only issue my MIL has is with the food. Otherwise a great place. The staff at A Place for Mom were helpful and instrumental in aiding us to choose this place.

Portside was best overall place for mom in Myrtle Beach, SC. From the start the staff at Portside Grande Dunes was excellent. No complaints at all with staff or facilities at Portside I recommend Portside Grande Dunes to everyone I talk with. Mom deserves the best in her later years.

Despite my living in an apartment in Independent Living, I see the excellent care of others who are more impaired. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Northbrook to other families!

Not enough staff on weekends to care for residents needs when buttons on necklaces pushed. ([name removed] passed on [date removed].) The staff was very personal with the residents. My husband never asked to go home with me.

Beautiful, peaceful, attentive and kind stuff, great food! I would recommend the community to other. After one tour, I learned everything I need to make a decision and believe the value here is worth the cost.

If you are looking for a happy community, this is the place to be! Friendly staff. Great food. Lots of community activities. Be as engaged as you want to be in this lovely place. In a part of town that is relatively close to beaches too!

This was our second visit to The Summit of Fort Myers. My Mom is in love with the resort. [name removed]was so helpful and kind. Very accommodating to my Mom's needs. We all felt so welcome. We were treated to lunch which was wonderful! She will be a resident coming soon!!

My mom has been living at Northgate Park since this past January and she has been happier than I've seen her in a long time!! They really care about their residents in all aspects of care, physically and emotionally!! The whole staff is involved with the entire operation, health care ,activities suitable for everyone, food service, laundry, cleanliness maintenance of the facility!! They also manage to involve the family of the residents , for ex.they had a lovely dance last night which was beautiful!!! Kudos to the whole staff!!! I would absolutely recommend this facility especially for peace of mind!!!

I have nothing but great things to say!!! Walking in immediately created by a beautiful scene and smiling faces asking how they could assist! They are all amazing there!!! Keep it up and thank you for the tour!

We found the facilities bright and light the personal were all friendly and the residents were also friendly. The property was kept neat outside and clean throughout. There are printed lists of activities but while we were there we only saw a few residents “active”. Reading, playing cards, walking and in the gym.

The Summit is a wonderful place to live. The staff is amazing and tenured. Food is outstanding with a restaurant in walking distance. The best independent community in Fort Myers. It is worth a look see.

Nice alternative to owning and caring for your own home. Really happy that there is a pool there and activities. Restaurant looks wonderful.Have only had food at events in that we are just looking at this point and are not ready to move yet.

I love The Summit! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! This truly is a wonderful place to live! The residents are always engaged and happy. The Summit provides such a beautiful place for the people of SW Florida to call home!

The Summit of Ft Myers is truly living life in paradise! The community has a variety of activities for all likes. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are well appointed. The pool is the highlight of the community and all should tour this fantastic community. You won’t regret it! Fran Gray

The management has recently changed, and there is a new group for special assistance. All as an effort to improve operations. The value for the money and the convenience of the facility location is wonderful.

We were happy with our experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us- even came to hospital to talk with our family member. Very professional and knowledgeable - and comfortable to be with during what was a very challenging time for us.

The staff - admin, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, servers and maintenance employees are a true team. My family member was coming from a very different experience in another state and he is truly appreciative of everyone at Augustine Landing. The facility is very clean and grounds are very well maintained. The admin team is very visible, every day. I have spoken to many residents and they are all very content.
