My brother & sister got her moved her in on a Sunday and according to them everything went smoothly. Mom says that she really enjoys her apartment. [name removed] the Maint Manager came and set her tv channels & WiFi up. She says they come & clean the apartment once a week. Where her apartment is is convenient to one of the washer/dryer rooms, and she loves the midday meal! Also any interaction any of us have had with the staff has been very friendly! She says it’s a great place with great friendly people!

Rivertown ridge is beautiful and everything is well maintained and clean. Staff at all levels are incredibly friendly and competent. The memory unit is a welcoming and happy place. This is our third facility and at last we feel that our stepmother is in good hands. She loves getting her hair and nails done weekly and the bistro provides a fun eating experience when we visit. It is more expensive, but at last she gets the care and attention she deserves.

Some will greet you, depending on who is in front, others won't. My Dad enjoys the food very much and looks forward to it, even though he says the chocolate cakes they serve are so tempting but he tries not to eat them too often. He's always watching his waistline. My father has one of the bigger rooms so it's great! He likes all the amenities, the only thing he wishes is that the pool would be heated.

This was my first experience in dealing with an assisted living facility. [name removed] at Inspirations Pahrump, NV was incredible. She answered all our questions and concerns. My 86 year old uncle had resisted even visiting. By the end of our appointment, he reserved his place at Inspirations senior living in Pahrump, NV. I have been overwhelmed at how nice and wonderful all the staff has been. I live in a different state and have called the front desk many times. They are so patient with me! [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Special people work here and I am sure at all the Inspiration facilities.

I am Very satisfied with everything in general at Town Village. The rooms are slightly smaller than some other facilities but adequate. Amenities are good compared with other facilities

Brookdale was great! The staff, facility and meals are exceptional. The only issue we had was that night staffing did not have ability to lift and move him when needed. The room and amenities were fine, dimensions were small and awkward but very generous closet space and kitchenette, and decent sized bathroom.

What I like the most about Town Village is the friendly helpful staff, as well as the residents also. It is clean, with very good food. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far

My Mother has been living at Heritage Oaks for six months in the memory care unit. She lived in an assisted living before that. It got to the point where we and the staff could not fulfill all her needs. We now have peace of mind that she is taken well care of. We do not have to worry 24 - 7 about if she is ok. The staff goes beyond what we expected, especially the Memory Care Director. We have never had any of our needs for my Mother not taken care of in a timely manner. The food is very tasty and the activities directors in the memory care and assisted living area are just great. My wife and I wish we would have moved my Mother there sooner. Our hats go off for the services they provide. It takes SPECIAL PEOPLE TO DO THE JOBS THEY DO.

Staff helpful and friendly

I have been for 8 months now and am still happy that I chose Acacia Springs. I love my apartment, love the meals and the many activities that are available to us. The staff is great and extremely welcoming.

Great experience so far. [name removed] has been fantastic helping us every step of the. She's gone above and beyond the call of duty. A highly recommend the Estates of Tucson! My sister is very happy there.

Collier Place is very welcoming to all. The worker and the residents. I’m so happy my aunt want or just got very unhappy with what was going on at her last place. She at Collier place and she getting use to the environment. Parking is great. She likes the dining hall. She loves her space. Trying to decorate. Something she hadn’t done ore was interested in her last two places

I highly recommend Palm Bay Memory Care. The staff is incredibly caring and engaged, providing exceptional support and attention to residents. Their facilities are safe, cozy, and designed to create a warm and welcoming environment. It’s a wonderful place for loved ones to receive the care they deserve.

I am very pleased with the awesome care my husband receives at Palm Bay Memory Care Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was so nervous when I made the difficult decision to place him in a facility but meeting with the sales director, I instantly felt at ease. She was wonderful helping me through this transition. I am so grateful I found such a caring place for my loved one.

Was an overall good experience. Very attentive to requests. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I recently visited my parents for the first time at PBMC. I was already happy with the level of professionalism and assistance given to me and my parents by the sales and directorial staff during the transition process. They went out of their way to help accommodate my parents as well as myself with the managerial process. I was very happy with the nurses which is most important. They were extremely kind, competent and caring. I was also very happy with the nurse assistants and cleaning staff overseeing my parents. The guest hosts were also great as well as the accounting staff. The facility was very clean, and my parent's rooms were well kept. The interior seems less like a memory care or "institution" then other places I visited. It feels more "homely," and is nicely decorated. The courtyard is very nice. I'm very pleased.

I would recommend to others. We picked them because of the value for cost, and friendliness of staff

the Summit was head and shoulders above the other 9 places I researched. They are under new mgt and are offering several incentives to move in. These incentives may disappear when they attract more residents.

We have no complaints. Everyone is super nice and my mom loves it. They are fixing to start auto draft for her billing. It was the nicest place for an affordable price for her.

Looking for Dad so I called and spoke with [name removed] she was super nice and answered all of my questions and concerns.. She got me the best rate I could find shopping around.. ultimately it's an all inclusive home for dad that handles food, cleaning, and even transportation and that's huge... the building is nice hotel feels the staff was all smiles residents seem happy.. I feel good about this plus the location is better than most for the price so thanks [name removed]!! looking forward to getting him settled soon
