Our Mom is 85 years old and has never lived alone, she was very scared when she first move into Collier Park. But within a month she is very happy. She has her own apartment, she has made friends of her on age. Plays bingo, goes to exercise class, goes to casino on a bus. She actually has a life now. She actually is using her brain, instead of relying on my sister and I to make her all her decisions. She is doing very well. This makes my sister and I very happy. Thanks for all your help.

Everyone from staff to guest is very friendly and warm and welcoming. We were very pleased with the entire experience and way things were conducted. I would recommend to anyone. My father really enjoyed his time here. The staff was very genuine.

Great staff from top to bottom. Safe, clean and they care about the residents. Meals are wonderful my parent loves the cuisine. Activities are plentiful, housekeeping and laundry, maintenance is kept up.

None of the staff is rude or mean. Some are very friendly and Mom likes them. Some are mote average, but still fine.The everyday care is good. Sometimes it's hard to set up things like a haircut or podiatry. It's very expensive. But they handle everything with the expertise I don't have, have pleasant surroundings, and Mom is happy there. Considering all that and the cost of everything now, I don't think they are gouging, but it's painfully expensive, especially as the person needs more care.

I have nothing bad to say about the place. Everything's been great. I'm very happy here. I think it's a good value for what I'm paying. Everyone on the staff has been nothing but helpful. They always seem to go to the extra mile. I have a one and a half bathroom apartment, which is larger than I thought I would get for the money I'm paying.

I have been a resident for 2 years. I love the fellowship here and all of the activities a participate in. The food is excellent! I am very comfortable in my apartment. Great Place!

The reason I gave them 3, is due to the aides who dispense medication are not all the same page. The new hires, lack education. Overall, we appreciate all the support and care. We really are very pleased with "Inspirations of Tempe" and love all the residents there.

Beautiful facility. Very clean. Very responsive Director. Don't even know where to begin on the food. It's worse than hospital food. My dad had pulled pork last week that looked like canned dog food.

Everyone at Brookdale Northbrook is extremely friendly. The facility is comfortable, pleasant and has great views.

We have a great experience with Camille. The facility is always clean. The staff is amazing. Caring and loving. My Dad is in memory care and needs extra care. The staff is always in tune to his needs. He enjoys the meals. He is on a special diet and they always make sure his needs are met. The cost is somewhat high but we tried several other places where he was not taken care of and ended in the hospital. We sleep good at night knowing he is safe and happy.

The facility is pretty and well maintained. As far as the food goes, I noticed it's a rush. On the independent side they should have it cooked there not Reheated which dries the food out to the point that they leave because they are unable to eat it. Also quite a few of the weight staff are very rude. They just drop the plates in front of the resident. They are not trained.

Our dad has been at Brookdale Peoria for 2 years. He is happy there and is well cared for. Any issues have been dealt with with the utmost importance and resolution has been made. The staff is caring and understanding. We are comfortable with him being there and are thankful to all the staff.

I would highly recommend. We picked this community because of the location and availability.

Management, staff are great and it is in a good location for our family. Only a few minutes from our home. Our experience with The Shores at Clear Lake has been very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice décor and layout as well. Overall, it's a nice community and Mom is happy there and we would recommend The Shores to other families.

I’m very impressed with the fine dining and the variety. The food is good. The servers are so nice, too. I love the new comers table that allows new residents to easily connect with people who have been in the community for years.

They have both assisted living and independent living. Dad is in the assisted living area. The staff is very attentive and responsive. He is able to use his own pharmacy, a big plus for us. They have lots of activities, though he does not participate. They have had some staffing challenges in the dining room, so the food has been up and down lately. After almost a year and a half, we would not consider moving.

There is a wonderful energy at Inspirations. It's not just a job to the staff, they are part of the community at Inspirations and love the residents. The staff cares about residents' families and are just so genuine in all that they do. Choosing Inspirations was a great decision for my family.

My mother moved into Town Village Tulsa about two months ago. So far, she is very happy to be living in this community. The employees are very friendly. The apartment is spacious and the building is very clean. The entrance and dining areas are warm and inviting. I also like the fact that there is always someone at the front desk monitoring what goes on in and around the building. My mother and I would definitively recommend Town Village Tulsa to anyone looking for an independent living environment.

Heartis is a new and very clean community. My loved ones have been in two other communities in the Sarasota/Venice area, and this is their third—they are quite hard to please. However, they are happy here at Heartis, which makes me happy too! The staff is great and friendly, management is communicative, and both the food and activities are top-notch!
