I spoke with [name removed] the Sales Director she was very nice and full of information. I’m looking for a family member who is not really wanting to leave their home. [name removed] spoke with them and encouraged them to just try it! She said, “ The community is not perfect but we are striving to be and of you ever find something you don’t like let us know.” We appreciate the fact that she was honest and wanted to help.

I'm very fond of a lot of the care staff here, the dining staff is great and helpful. Apartment size in nice. I like that the community takes us on outings! I have lived in this community over two years!

Resort-like atmosphere! Great staff, lots of activities, delicious food, clean facilities, great location,ample parking, entertainment, rides to the doctor,nurses on site, so many extras! This place far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend it.

My daughter and I were given a nice tour of the facility and we were pleased with the atmosphere enjoyed a complimentary dinner in the dining room. Great service, excellent food. I have the one bedroom apt with nice view of the pool. Plan to spend my last days here.

Most everyone at Portside at Grande Dunes seems happy. They have a good Church service there onsite each week on Saturday, mom and Frank seem to be very happy. The staff is continuing to push them with physical therapy of some type pretty much every week day which is so good for them. They have many options for physical therapy too

The food is wonderful. Eating in the restaurant is like going out to eat. maintenance is quick. Staff us friendly.

When touring other place. I've came back 3 times. I said "this is it" Loved this place. Very impressed.

All staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Activities are many, something for every age, interests and physical abilities. Recommend to others.. ABSOLUTELY

Portside is one of the nicest in the area... I looked at 7 or 8. It is a little pricey but similar to others I visited.

The community offers a warm environment. Residents and staff develop a family relationship with each other. They encourage each other socially and emotionally. Wonderful referral from your agency. Thank you.

Beautiful place. Nice size rooms. Like the floor plan. Friendly residents. Good food. He loves the place. Little pricy. Sometimes not enough staff so the care is lacking.

Everyone was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. There are lots of great activities offered for the residents. The apartments are very nice. I absolutely recommend Town Village Sterling Heights to others looking.

the price of guest meals is too high. Overall, very happy that my sister is at your place. everyone who works there has answered all my questions and helped me so many times! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far!!

5 for all of these categories. We had a great experience at Rivertown Ridge and it is a great community for my aunt and was for my uncle as well. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning, from 1st visit and tour to my mom’s passing, every staff member was so welcoming and compassionate not only about what they do, but with their interactions with the residents as well. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The apartment we rented for our mom was clean, very spacious & provided all the amenities needed and they were willing to make adjustment (“adding grab bars) if needed or required in addition to what was already there. Meals were fantastic with lots of options and the kitchen and waitstaff were also great. Lots of activities going on for mom to join as she wished and in-house church services are held on Sundays which is great for those that have limitations of attending outside the facility. The residents were very friendly and fun, while open to greeting and getting to know the ‘newbies’. When mom went into hospice, the staff went above and beyond. The love and compassion we felt was fantastic! Highly recommend.

They have NP's for primary cares that do house visits as well as any other medical services such as X Ray, and Blood draws, they have transportation to appointments and shopping. Super clean facility. I do think that they need to buy better food that is of higher quality. Also, have more interesting outings. It is the cheapest place in Tucson that is in a nice neighborhood.

I would say 5's across the board. Unfortunately, dad has passed away and mom's dementia, combined with some significant medical issues which occurred as a result of surgery, made her ineligible for the Gem Memory Care option and we had to find another place for her to live. At Town Village, the building staff, as well as the contracted medical and support services staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of options for social activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings. The food is outstanding. In addition to the restaurant there is the Bistro, where residents can grab an alternative light lunch or snack. There is also a swimming pool and hot tub available to residents or even the grandkids, with supervision! Small pets are also welcome.
