The administrative people I've dealt with seem sincerely engaged with the residents welfare and happiness. Apartment sizes are comfortable. Not too small.

I had a friend living at Town Village and that was why I chose to come and live here. A place for mom really didn’t get me in here. Either way town village is very pleasant and I am finding it a good decision. Big adjustment but I do think it will all work out as the days go by.

Portside at Grande Dunes community is a wonderful place staffed by caring people, we would give them all 5 stars. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others - my 90 year old mother-in-law is very happy there. There is also a 10% discount for military service.

Beautiful bright new facility with kind & attentive staff in the independent side (no experience with assisted or memory care). Pros: staff, food quality, amenities, cable & WiFi included, fully gated facility & parking lot, visitor suite for family rental, screened porches. Cons: 3 meals/day not included in rent ($500 dining credit in rent only covers about 2.5 weeks), no grab bars in independent living although they will install if resident purchases them, no medical alert/assistance buttons or pendants in independent living, no medical staff in independent living. The pros FAR outweighed the cons for us & Mom is incredibly happy here so far. We just bought grab bars for installation & medical alert pendant for peace of mind. If those were included it would be nearly perfect!

I’ve been here 3 months and am really enjoying it. It’s definitely an adjustment from a 3 bdrm house to a small apartment, but I am very glad a choose this place.

My mom was previously a resident at Collier Park. The entire staff at Collier Park was great! Communication with the family was good. My mom loves everyone there. I would definitely recommend the facility to others. Unfortunately, due to my moms advancing Alzheimer's, we had to move her in with us.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale and everything has been great. The staff is excellent to my mother. Housekeeping does a nice job. The move in process went without a hitch. I would highly recommend The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale to others!

I would say pretty nice community. Very friendly staff. They all seem to be involved and will get done what needs to be done. Though my mom didn't want to participate in activities there was a good amount. The schedule is nice to have. Appreciated all of their help and patience!

I am currently a resident at Portside at Grande Dunes and most everything has been great for me so far. The move in process went smoothly. The staff is great. The meals give good alternatives if you don't want the listed entrees. The other residents here are okay, but some tend to be very cliquish. Overall, I would recommend Portside at Grande Dunes to others.

For my MIL as she only eats 2xs a day. I do her laundry and change her linens. She is persnickity. There have been staffing issues here. Food is not served timely, the activities are excellent. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families, can't imagine a better place for her.

The health aid staff is great at communicating with the family about issues, the staff goes in and helps our parents with their cell phones, etc. [name removed] was a pleasure to work with in getting them situated and still helps regularly with little things as we settle.

My loved one is a resident at Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma and overall the experience has been very good so far. The staff is good. The move in process was easy. However, the food is bland. Overall, I would recommend Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma to others.

My cousin is really enjoying Brightmore. It's a beautiful place to stay and the staff is wonderful. The facility is in a great location and before choosing Brightmore, I heard many good things from other people about them!

I was extremely pleased with everything, Starting with the tour that the sales person provided, She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The front desk persons all knew me by name and my mothers name. The facilities were always clean the Meals were always prompt, nutritious and generally tasty. The residents had several choices for each meal. The staff would know where my mom was the majority of the time and if they didn't, they promptly located her. That was in the assisted living portion. When my mom moved to memory, the staff always knew where was. The nurses are very competent, knowledgeable on her meds and would as much as needed to explain moms treatment. The Dr. would always return messages the facility also has a dentist come in a mobile office for patients

My mother enjoys the activities they have scheduled for the residence very much as well as the trips to Walmart, local stores and other areas of interest. She recently had a hospital stay and they've been very good about checking on her bringing her meals up when she needs it, and all in all we are very very pleased with Collier Park and [name removed], and would readily recommend it to anybody.

Best place especially for the price. All staff members are great as well.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Fairly new building, which is kept in great shape. Meals are very good and served restaurant style.

Sumpter Senior Living is an active, friendly community, my dad began making friends immediately. He enjoys the chef prepared meals and his favorite activity is going to the movie theater area each evening after dinner. They have a physical therapist on site and he has daily PT, which has been greatly beneficial for him. The Nursing staff helps my dad manage his meds and the staff is there to assist with anything he needs. There are a lot of wonderful assisted-living facilities in the area, it was a tough choice, but we made the right one.

After one year, I cannot think of another place where my brother could be better served. Facility has a resident population large enough to enable individuals to connect with others. Staff has been great and tries to connect with the residents. There are a good number of activities available. Food gets high marks. Health/dental referrals have all worked out well, with almost all these services very close by.

We would have to give The Willows of Easley a 5 on all. We were very pleased with it all. I left because my own medical problems created a need for me to have my brother closer to me. Based on the experience we had with The Willows, we would recommend them to other families.
