My mom is so happy at Inspirations of Tempe!! I have never come across a staff member that didn't smile and greet me. Staff members know my name even though I'm only there once a week - even the chef! I've had a few meals there and they were good. My mom had been able to try new foods she never considered before. I was surprised that my mom participates in activities, but she likes to play games and even do the crafts. The calendar is always full of activities for a variety of interests. My mom gets the care she needs and the one time she fell, I got a call immediately from the staff. I couldn't have found a more suitable place for her and I'm thankful that A Place for Mom helped me with the search.

Mom enjoys the wildlife: deer, rabbits, squirrel, chipmunks,etc. It's like being home. Very good food at reasonable price for guests. Custodial staff cleans room 1x per week. Mom very appreciate. No oven or stove in apartment which is good idea. Reduces fire hazard. Wide variety of activities. Maintenance requests are promptly completed. Wide hallways for scooters. Plenty of room for walkers. Only drawback was not with Residence but with [name removed] Home Health Aide. A handful of times failed to execute giving mom meds. She gets them 3x per day. If happens try to resolve with [name removed]. If I could do it over would still choose Residence. ..

We placed my friend in this facility for respite for a month because her caregiver had to have surgery . My friend loved it and they went out of their way to make her welcome and comfortable . It is a beautiful campus that had just changed owners. We received pictures of my friend at many activities she was in. It made her friends happy to see her so happy.

Started here in march 2023 for mom and dad moved in shortly after. Having them in a safe place made me human again.

Mom moved in March of 2023 and was joined by dad. They were fantastic with Mom's Care and Dad continued to enjoy the New Apartment & new friends

I am happy to be in a place that feels like home. I require a lot of care after I had a stroke. The staff are caring compassionate and thorough they make me feel like family.

Brookdale was selected by my 3 children for my husband and I almost 7 years ago. It was a choice that had unlimited activities, new ones to experience – or old ones to continue enjoying. When my husband died (after 56 wonderful years of marriage), I was lonely in my apartment and therefore made it my business to participate in an activity every day. I exercise 5 hours a week. I join an exercise of body and mind class, and Yoga. Yoga was my absolute favorite class: An hour of PURE PLEASURE. Twice a month, I join writing class. On Thursday, I attended the painting class. Almost every week, I created a new painting – mostly using acrylics. My 19-year-old granddaughter joins me at the class. So we paint together and that just brings us closer. On Friday I host knitting clubs. Saturdays are my favorite with live music. So, in conclusion, Brookdale is my home and offers me so many activities to make an enjoyable living experience.

The strengths include the positive attitudes of all staff encountered, the location which has access to the lakefront, the walking trails, the good sized apartments, the expansive views and the variety of services offered.

My sister has been a resident here since January 2023. In that time her care level needs have increased as dementia has come to stay with her. Even though her physical needs and mental “readjustment” have changed, her love for you all has never wavered. I can truly tell you that this is the happiest place that she has ever experienced in her life. Dealing with depression, anxiety, low self esteem for the great majority of her life without professional help or medication has been quite a journey. At BROOKDALE, she feels the love of every staff member, jokes and laughs with them and thinks of them all as HER personal friends. She can be a very difficult personality on any given day but each member of your staff has a unique way of working with her. I cannot be more grateful for you all. I would love to know your hiring secret because I also see the same care for EACH RESIDENT! Amazing!

Our Mom was a resident for 3 years. I cannot say enough great things about Inspirations. The staff was absolutely amazing! They became family to Mom and to us. Mom became very ill and we thought she would have to go to a nursing home but Inspirations said that we could bring her there and we could stay with her as long as we needed to. They blessed us with 2 wonderful months for our precious Mom. They not only took care of Mom, they also made sure her family had everything they needed every day. They fed us 3 meals a day and made sure we had anything we needed. Sadly we lost our Mom to cancer but Inspirations gave us precious memories with Mom before she passed. It's memories we will never forget and we are so so thankful for Inspirations. I recommend this facility so highly. They are wonderful!

I couldn’t be happier with the Residents of Bethel park ! My aunt has been living there for three months now. Everybody is so friendly. I absolutely love all of the front desk ladies they couldn’t be any nicer. All of them have such great personalities always upbeat and fun, always so helpful to my aunt and the other residents. I also love how they have entertainment in the dining room during dinner hours. My aunt always looks forward to the music.. The place always smells so fresh and clean, and very lively. I feel good that my aunt is living there and I look forward to visiting her because it’s such a nice place. I highly recommend the residence of Bethel Park.

From the moment I entered the Residence at Bethel Park, I found other residents enthusiastic for life and very social. The Social Director presents activities and events for everyone. If you’re bored, you’ll have no to blame but yourself. The food is good considering the many limitations or residents have. BUT/AND there’s always ice cream available. Everyone in staff does an outstanding job at their jobs. Housekeeping keeps us clean and the Front Desk/Customer Experience Specialist are available 24/7 and security is covered around the clock s well. It’s a MUST Independent Living Facility. So glad I’m here. Others will be, too!!!

She was independent living so didn't really receive care. We were quite satisfied. She just needed assisted living and though she could have transitioned to that care at Brookdale Springs, we felt like she needed more supervision than that would offer.

Everybody there is very kind and caring. I was very happy with this place and they took very good care of my husband.

What has made Sedgwick Plaza such a good experience so far is the staff, they are friendly and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

My wife and I enjoy living at Brightmore of East Memphis. With the monthly event calendar we have lots to select from. Ie; taking a shuttle to Walmart, to Target, to Walgreens, to Kroger, and etc. There are different kinds of musical groups that preform for us, and they are great! Do you like Bingo, learn to paint and other classes. Brightmore of East Memphis has them. With the price you pay, all is covered. Ie; your house keeping, maintenance, 1 meal per day, and much more. The staff at Brightmore of East Memphis is Top Notch.
