The rooms are very nice and the food is good. They have a wonderful social calendar so encourage your loved one to go to the cafeteria and to the events. My mother was in the Assisted Living portion for 2 years. This is what is MOST important about any place. They treated my mother with kindness and care. I couldn't have asked for a better staff for the care of my mother. My mother went in needing minimal care but as her needs accelerated, they were there, every step of the way. I can't speak highly enough about Acacia Springs. They were like family to my mother and when my mother passed, a number of the med techs took it very hard which shows you what they put into their job. My mother called Acacia Springs her home. I loved visiting her there. I can't recommend it highly enough! I will miss visiting her there! They made me smile!

The staff is great with my father-in-law and is always in contact with us on his health and any concerns they may have.

My mom is currently a resident at The Shores at Clearlake and everything has been great for her. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff and residents are warm and welcoming from the very first day I moved in 9 years ago. You can be as busy or to as you like and the apartments all have great views of the apartments all have great views of the lake. This Brookdale is as close to perfect as it gets.

I liked that the staff and administrators treated my mother with dignity and respect. They cared for my mother in a way that I couldn't. The support and love they offered when my mom went on hospice care was amazing. What stood out about this facility was the cleanliness, activities offered on a daily basis, and it looked more like a resort than assisted living.

We picked Brookdale Lake Shore Drive because it was the best cost, had a full apartment with kitchen and staff available for lift assistance. The front desk concierges are extremely friendly and helpful. All staff members have been very welcoming and responsive.

I thought it was a fair value for my father-in-law. While he has dementia, he is in good health and still very active and manageable. I really like this place but he's only been there almost a year in 2 weeks. They raised his rent by $500 every month starting in January. That seemed extreme. The staff is incredible. One person they have sends me updates and pictures. She's great. The head nurse also keeps me updated. It's important because we're so far away. It's very secure also without feeling like it is. The rooms are perfect size for them . Lots of activities too.

We have been so pleased with my Dad’s experience at Brookdale Northbrook. I was initially impressed by their floor plans which include decent-size kitchens and was won over by their friendly and accommodating staff. For loved ones who want to be close to doctors at Glenbrook Hospital, this is an ideal location. They also have weekly rosary and monthly Catholic mass for residents who want to join. We are delighted with the experience so far (first week) and look forward to many happy years for Dad in his new home.

The staff was so friendly..Luckily it was the first facility we toured..we canceled our next appt because mom said "this is the one" and signed a contract that day!Mom was very hesitant about leaving her home and friends to make a move two hours away. But she texted me the day before my Birthday saying " I know it's early, but I am going to be too busy tomorrow" which is great news!

The only issue we had was that the food wasn't hot when served. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others.

Our experience with the community has been wonderful. They actually offered to house my mom in their guest room for a little over a week while I got her stuff moved to her permanent apartment there! We picked Parkrose because of the closeness to my place of living!

I have worked with the Brookdale team on many levels. The team at Brookdale cares for the residents and their families- I have seen it first hand. Whether you are a staff member, resident, family member or outside service provider - everyone is looking out for each other. As they say “it takes a village” - Brookdale at Lakshore Drive is just that. The services provided are available for each resident based on their Individual needs, which allows each person to live their best life! The community is one like no other - I’m proud to be a partner in Care! Highly recommend!

My dad is very happy and engaged in lots of activities and calls it home! I have already recommended Woodhaven to others.

Staff is very kind and supportive. Seems like they have had dementia training. The move in went smoothly. Adjustment was quickly and appropriately made for our loved ones level of care and cost. She was referred to the appropriate level of outpatient therapy. Ancillary services such as pharmacy, MD and podiatrist were quickly made. She is really happy and so are we.

I chose Augustine Landing mainly because of price and size of facility. I didn't want to be in a large place. After a period of adjustment, I find myself very happy and content to be here. I am happy with my studio apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The residents are interesting and friendly. I feel very much at home and happy. I like that it is an independent facility and I can come and go whenever I choose. Outside food is easily delivered and all other deliveries as well.

I would recommend. We picked this community because it was more convenient for my brother.

I loved the staff and I especially loved the other residents. The staff had so many amazing activities for the residents and made sure to celebrate bdays and honor any military service. From the moment we visited the staff treated me like family and upon my numerous of visits... I felt like family.

I am currently a resident at The Summit of Fort Myers. This place is great! I can't say it better...everything is top of the line...wonderful!

Outstanding! Lovely building, great staff, and for once, people who really care about the residents. We are so happy that we found Brookdale for our mother, she is thriving there. The food is also fantastic, really great!
