Honestly, I think Brookdale at Lakeshore is lovely. The home care services are not great though, so if you need additional assistance, it is best to contract outside help. We would 100% recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My partner and I lived in a HiRISE in downtown Evanston. Last year we decided to relocate to a senior living rental residence. We visited 7 communities. When we visited Brookdale Northbrook, we knew that we had found our new home. All the staff and residents were welcoming and friendly. Brookdale is close to our families and they take us to doctors and shopping.

I have been living here for 15 years. Every year I have been here, I feel luckier. I am lucky to be at a community that truly is passionate and caring about what they do. The moment you decide to overcome your fear and move, you will feel lucky as well.

I am living here for 8 years. During this time I have met so many people that have been helpful to me. The care staff is incredible. They aren't just doing their job, but they care about you. If you want quality care, this is the place for you.

The staff has been at Brookdale for a very long time. They are all experienced in senior community and how to treat the residents. No one goes unnoticed. The activities fits everyone's needs from excercise to entertainment! Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis and they do a great job. Transportation is within a 10 mile radius and no one needs to worry about getting to their doctors or buying groceries. Food is great. You have at least 6 different options to choose from everyday. They also accept special requests. The staff does treat you like family. Choose Brookdale Northbrook!

I visited many senior living communities, but none of them had the warmth that Brookdale Northbrook did. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by name and everyone smiles. This made a huge difference in choosing this community. The staff delivers what is promised.

My Grandparents lived at Brookdale Northbrook and always referred to it as home sweet home. They said their only regret was not moving in sooner. They made so many friends and it allowed my grandmother to put herself first again after being the caretaker of my grandfather for so long. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I arrived at Brookdale Northbrook almost 7 and a half years ago from Massachusetts. I did not know anyone. since I have arrived, I have made many friends. I cannot say enough about the fantastic staff. Almost from day one each and every staff member knew my name and was willing to help. I love it here.

Town Village is a beautiful facility in a lovely setting. It offers a wide range of activities, has multiple dining options with quality food, with a dependable staff and good management. The apartments are large and well laid out, and the entire village is peaceful and friendly.

I really did enjoy visiting Brookdale Northbrook! The community was very clean and inviting. Everyone stops and says hello. The layout of the apartments is nice and spacious. The apartments have plenty of closet space! The community overall is well kept.

I really love living here at Brookdale Northbrook. The staff and residents are all very kind. I have made many friends! My favorite thing I love to do is go on the outings where our opinions are accounted for each week on where to go! Great Place.

They truly are all 5's. I spoke with one of the daughters yesterday to get their feelings as well. Then got sidetracked on the golf course!!! They have great staff and we would absolutely recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We are moving in soon and have had a wonderful experience with the management team especially Hope our sales director. Our tour was very comprehensive. We Have met great residents and are looking forward to making this our home. Staff is accommodating and eager to please.

My mom passed away at the end of June- I have only positive things to say about The Highlands and their staff. Overall the facilities were great and the staff were very caring to my mom and to my family in her final days and I would recommend The Highlands to those who can afford it.

My mom has passed away, but we loved Augustine Landing. They have been great. They do a great job with events for the residents. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking.

I highly recommend prestige community! The staff is beyond amazing. These are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever run across, I can't say enough good things about them. The administrative staff from top-down is also amazing and I highly respect the job that they do. Prestige gets a 100% in my book!

Town Village is a very nice place, clean, friendly and good people. Have had a few issues with the prescriptions, but I would put the blame on the pharmacy It is a very clean facility. Staff even with some turnover is very good. Kitchen crew is great and most nursing staff, is very good. A little short staffed at times. We've had a few issues with someone coming to help mother with showering, but other than that, very good. Food is very good. Sometimes needs a little more seasoning, but understandable due to clients. Good range of selections and additional food available in Bistro My There are a lot of activities available to do. So far very reasonably priced for the care given.

The unfriendly do not last long there. They had a really good chef there and he left. They do ok most the time now after the adjustment and new people hired to cook but their original chef was amazing. Tons of activities, however my parents are not physically able to participate or too tired too now. Cost is fine... they complain but you can't get all the above for any better price. The comforts of home and community and knowing they are safe it is worth it. Town Village lives up to their slogan... It’s not like home.?It is home. From the front desk person, the bistro, the maintenance department... it is a village! Not just friendly sales people to get you in... the services they offer with additional care is very helpful too. They helped us get all the paperwork done to get them electric wheelchairs so they could be mobile and worked with them for weeks to learn to drive them properly in the facility. They have been quick to respond in times of need as well... when they aren't well, can't get up or times they have even fell.

When I toured this community, I could not believe how caring each associate was. The food was fantastic. well presented and garnished. The servers were very attentive to ensure the residence needs were met in the dining room. I would feel very comfortable bringing Mom here to live rest of her life. I live all the way across the country in Tampa, Florida, I know that the residents here are well taken care of and mom will well, taken care of! Inspirations of River Centre is well maintained the carpets are clean and the ambience is fresh!

I would highly recommend Brookdale to them. I've toured 3-4 other places and Brookdale is the cleanest. Very pleasing look. People who work there are great. We are very happy there.
