Amazing staff, and beautiful views. Large studio room with washer and dryer in the room. I think there are 2 different restaurants to dine at and they have a pool , golf simulator, and a putting green that wraps around the entire community! Lots of activities, and a great movie theater

Safe, and lots of activities. Caring attitudes. Love Sedgwick Plaza. I would recommend to others.

The facility was always clean, employees always accommodating. My father was very happy there. They kept him clean, administered his needed medications on time. I highly recommend Heritage Oaks I already have recommended it to several people.

A Place for Mom turned us on to Camellia (thank you [name removed]!) And we fell in love with the place the minute we walked in. [name removed] immediately became the angel on my shoulder through a long, arduous process and I couldn't have done it without her. The community is bright, cheerful, buzzing with activity and full of life! Today my mother became a resident. I look forward to meeting/working with the rest of the staff. I know they will be just as amazing. Thank you Camellia and A Place For Mom!

A few things that stood out most to me - the incredible staff, beautiful facilities. There are fun things to do and they have good food.

I feel very fortunate to have gotten into The Highlands without having to wait for years. The staff have been so helpful in getting us settled. As a same sex couple, the acceptance and genuine friendliness of both neighbors and staff has been incredible!

I would rate all of those things very high. The staff was first rate and very caring. Activities were mostly good. Mom was in memory care so did not participate in as much as others. The staff was not always available to take her to the concert, etc that were held in the main dining room. They tried to have smaller activities for the memory care people, but it was harder to get them to participate. The place was clean and friendly. I didn't see enough of the food to comment on it. They were low on census, so we got a great rate and we're very happy with the services.

Depends what each person needs for their own wellbeing, how they feel about themselves when they are being lead around and decide to theirs own comfort. It is a pleasure to work alongside my honest opinion. This is how I was brought up to beloved late father and mother and my culture. It is easier to listen and understand which to confirm what was said and respond with respect. Thank you

It is absolutely wonderful. We love the staff, she has had the absolute best experience. I would absolutely recommend it. Having a NP that comes to the facility, on-site PT, a pharmacy that packages medications by dose(delivers and manages the changes with no effort required from family), weekly group trips, and daily activities, they have surpassed all of my expectations. They check in with her constantly especially when she feels off or when she's had a trying day(death of family member). The residents are friendly and welcoming, she's made so many wonderful friends.

Before moving to The Summit, I checked out several other senior living facilities. Some were nice, while others were not so much. I hadn’t considered The Summit because I thought it was a condo.A Place for Mom suggested it and I made an appointment. The staff were so nice and toured the place with me. I even had a sample meal there too. The food was top restaurant quality. This was important to me since I do not cook. The agent selected an apartment for me near the elevator and parking which suited me well as I use a walker. I have a nice view where I can see out over the trees from the fourth floor, as well as sight of the road. I like to see life passing by in some sort of way. I feel like I’m living in a high class hotel or on a cruise ship. The meals are provided along with lots of activities. The bus will go various places like groceries and shopping, even the flea market or casino. It’s nice to have housekeeping too. I am very pleased to have made the move.

Beautiful facility, well kept, very clean. Excellent food with a variety of menu choices. Great people, who care about the residents. I have interacted with many of them. All great. Nurses, Doctor, Director, Sales, dining staff, Move in Director, not sure of title but exercise director, receptionists, billing manager. Hope I'm not leaving anyone out as they have all been great. They have church services, a variety of daily entertainment and activities. Exercise options. Standard cable TV and help set it up. In summary, much better than I ever expected.

Very friendly. The office staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with choosing Twin Rivers as the new home for your family member. The residents seem happy. The residents and staff interact quite well with one another.

Inspirations of Tempe is truly a first class facility from the warm welcome of the staff to the programs they have going on the dining experience the activities although I've only been a part of this institution for a couple of months. I really have nothing poorly to say about them, everyone is friendly and top-notch truly worth a visit if you're looking for a long-term care for your loved one.

Coming from a previous assisted living facility we found The Shores to be a pleasant surprise. Over time my mom with some memory issues has improved and become significantly happier. It's been a long time since we have seen her smile and laugh this way. The thing that sticks out the most is how much the staff care and how it is consistently the same people. There is very little turnover of staff here. The pharmacy they use is fairly priced in comparison to nearby facilities, the medical staff that make weekly rounds are communicative with family members, there have been zero issues with getting even an over the counter supplement approved quickly and the meds nurses are on point with dosage. Such a beautiful change and we could not be more pleased.

acacia Springs is the perfect spot for everyone. It took some adjusting for My Cousin but he’s been here now for almost a month. He is very very happy. He just took some time. Also [name removed] is the Best

I would give 5 in every category. I couldn't be more pleased with Inspiration. Generally most of the staff has been there for some time. They keep me well informed about her situation. I come and go there at various times, unannounced as I live nearby and have yet to find anything that is concerning. Great staff.

The facility is clean, it's really nice inside, the staff is kind and welcoming, and they have a ton of events like live weekly music for residents. my mom lives there now, and I feel really confident in their care.

Brookdale is very nice. The staff was great. Especially our Sales Counselor and the Head Nurse. Very nice layout with great amenities. Made a hard move seem easy.
