The food and service was excellent and priced nicely. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Make sure the food options are to their liking. Understand that it is only at about 1/3rd capacity and that activities are sparsely attended. I would recommend to others.

The food is excellent. I'm very satisfied here. Excellent location in Scottsdale. Activities are plentiful and varied. Card playing is my favorite. Exercise classes are excellent. Teachers understand this population.

The staff is cheerful and helpful. There's a very welcoming atmosphere overall. The grounds and building are kept up and any complaints that I've been aware of are resolved in a timely fashion. I'm quite satisfied with my choice of living here.

During a time of great turmoil for our family as we searched for a safe and appropriate living situation for my Mother, the staff at Palm Bay Memory Care were nothing short of amazing. They helped her quickly feel comfortable in the new environment and helped me to navigate the ins and outs of all the paperwork and preparations we needed to make for move in. We are grateful for the kind, considerate and very caring staff as we navigate this new normal.

My friend i helped place is a picky eater, so id give it a 4, but she is hard to judge. But all in all I think I got her in a safe place near to her family which was really the important thing

My mom absolutely loves it. Town Village stood out from the moment we walked thru the front door. There was a hustle and bustle, lots of smiling faces, a group of ladies playing Mah Jong who invited us to sit down and play, and so much more. My mother loves gardening and she was quite taken by the gardening opportunities onsite( Town Village provides the raised beds and all the potting soil) and the proximity to Dixon Gardens and the botanic Garden. Less than one week after she moved in, our family found ourselves dealing with the sudden death of one of my brothers. The Town Village community and staff provided so much support to my Mom. I actually think she was able to work thru her grief better at Town Village than if she had been at home. It is a wonderful place for my Mom.

There were two primary reasons why my wife and I were ready to move into an independent living community. We were tired of planning menus, shopping, and cooking our food, and we felt that we needed more social interaction. Town Village Audubon Park has more than met our expectations. Three meals a day are served in our dining room. The only exception is Sunday dinner. However, there is a bistro on site that is opened a few hours each day and they have a limited menu but also a refrigerator that is kept stocked 24 hours a day. With a varied and nourishing menu one can always find plenty to eat. It may not be like home, but it is good. The staff is very accommodating and understands the needs of the residents. An activity department has special events planned each day so that you can keep as busy as you want. In addition, there is an on-site Indoor pool where exercise programs are offered. Another major plus is there is an on-site primary care clinic that is staffed every day. Their object is to keep the residents out of the hospital and in this regard they offer vaccinations, blood test, and can meet your other medical needs in the comfort of your apartment. So even if you have a primary care physician medical care is available on site. Town Village Audubon Park checks all of our boxes, and it will yours too.

No complaints - very clean and staff helpful while we were moving in. In general, pay attention to details - it can be a stressful time and there can be a tendency to rush thru. Pay attention, listen attentively to everything and everyone - friendly chat to staff and residents can be telling. My last point if it fits anywhere is more general to any spot a family decides on, is to get to know a staff person - make a connection that you enjoy with a knowledgeable person who interacts with your loved one- so they know you are there even if not physically there. It's helpful to have another contact at the residence for eyes, ears and heart of your family person.

Acacia Springs has everything I need. The apartment’s are nice, there a lot of great activities, and the food is good. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. People that live here are friendly and it is easy to get to know them.

The facility is bright, light and CLEAN and doesn't smell like old people. Everyone is super nice - always smiling and extremely helpful if you need something or have a question.

The only complaint she had was sharing a bathroom and it didn't get cleaned very often. Also, they would only help bathe twice a week and my mom has always bathed daily. Staff was great, food good most of the time but they were very accommodating about getting you something else if you didn't like what they were serving.

It is very hard to get attention from the servers in the dining room. Not enough variety in the menus.

Palm Bay Memory Care is a wonderful place for my wife. Th place is very clean, and the staff is wonderful. I want to thank A Place For Mom for working with me and finding this place. I couldn't have done it without your help and support.

They were very nice accommodating and very helpful. This was an awesome experience and I have experience with two other homes with other in-laws and parents. Heather was amazing and Diana was a huge help with phone set up. She sat with dad during communion which really put him at ease. The dining staff were really sweet and dealt with my dad and his 'special requests' which isn't always easy. Can't say enough about the homey feeling there.

he staff takes very good care of [name removed]. He is always clean and well cared for. They are kind and friendly. [name removed] likes to joke around with them, and they love it! There are lots of activities. [name removed] has gotten stronger with the chair exercises every weekday morning. They have programs to attend a few times a month. The food is excellent. The building is beautiful and well cared for. The ceilings are higher, so the rooms feel spacious. There are lots of windows to keep it bright and cheerful. We love Rivertown Ridge!

The sales manager went out of her way and was very patient during the registration process. She showed us the room and "held" it for us until we're able to get the funds needed. Also, the staff helped acclimate my aunt to her new surroundings and got her involved in activities right away. My aunt loves Northgate Park! I wish she could have done this years ago. Also, Northgate Park is more reasonable that other senior communities in the Cincinnati area.

[name removed]and [name removed] during the deposit and apartment selection handled all phases in a professional, friendly and informative manner. Documents were submitted in a timely manner. Orientation and ambassador meetings help my mother-in-law in her tradition. She is very happy and making new friends daily.
