I looked at several locations for my very special dad who is 92 Windward Palms and the wonderful management are all special folks. They are all kind and understanding. When you walk in its feels like a hotel not a nursing home or old age facility. I recommend you take a look at Windward Palms before you make a final decision

My Mom loved being at Sedgwick Plaza. She was hesitant to move to an assisted living, but once she settled in she enjoyed all the friendly people - residents & care givers. The office staff were always helpful with our questions & needs.

Thank goodness for A Place for Mom and Jeff Lagoy. This was the last of 5 places I checked in to in my area. This was the absolute best. It is beautiful. It reminds me of a high end hotel. The 1 bedroom suite apartment my dad is in is beautiful. The apartments are arranged by beautifully furnished sitting areas. The dining room and food are wonderful. Many choices, just like a restaurant. The activities are numerous. Everyone from staff and residents are happy and friendly. I would love to go there myself! It even has a theater to watch movies and sporting events. Very happy!!!!

'A Place for Mom' was a Godsend! I was struggling with contacting individual places, and one of my friends referred me to A Place for Mom....I entered the pertinent information, and within minutes, I was getting responses. It was such a blessing as many may have shared...this is a stressful part of life & trying to do what's best & reasonable for our parents. The monthly cost is lower than most but it's a stretch for us, but we'll make it happen. The convienence of Geriatric Solutions will be awesome since I'm still working full-time & won't have to take off of work to take Mom to the Dr., etc.

I and my family really liked the people and staff at Town Village. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean and attractive. Doesn't work for my parents at this time but Stephanie was a sweetie and I fell in like with Mary Ellen, who seems to have designated herself as part of the Welcoming Committee. Only down side was the prices online do not match the actual prices. Need to give more realistic prices online, maybe per apartment square footage.

Staff was super and their interaction with residents was impressive. Joan knew rheir names, they knew her. Energy level was good. Lots to do here. Pets are kept to specific living areas so didn't bother mom's asthma. Clean facility and airy living spaces. Kitchens seem larger than other places we've seen. Food was average, prices about the same.

I looked for a very long time to find the right place for my mom....Brookdale Springs of East Mesa was recommended by "A Place for Mom" Brookdale Springs of EastMesa is an amazing place!..The staff are extremely friendly and the people living there are very happy to be there...I highly recommend going there and visiting with Lisa Marchetta...She listens intently and will find the perfect place for your mom or dad or aunt or uncle, etc...Brookdale Springs of East Meas should be very proud for having a person like Lisa Marchetta working there...I recommend this place to anyony..In fact my mother-in-law is considering moving into the facility because of how much we like the place...please check this place out..I know you will like it!!

They respond very quickly when she pushes her buzzer. They all seem to be kind and concerned for the residents there. It is a great place, I would have to say. She is very happy there and it has been good.

Country Club at La Cholla is a great place. They have outstanding food. The staff is great here. There is almost too much to do with the activities that they have going on. I have no complaints about this facility. So far so good. Everything gets five stars from me.

It was very organized and staff very friendly. Small, homey place.

What they have done well is administer the medications that they should be. They have hired some more people who are a little more mindful of that, which is good. They physically make sure that he goes down to his breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What they need to improve is the maintenance. His bathroom toilet was filthy for about a month and a half until they actually cleaned it. So also improve on the housekeeping too.

Overall I really like Atria Shorehaven. My father is pretty difficult to deal with. He is a picky eater and they serve a lot of things with sauces and cheeses. He absolutely hates it. I would like to see more options of food available for him. It is really more him being picky than anything. They did work with us on serving him a bigger breakfast which was good. I think they could also improve their housecleaning. They seem to rush through very fast. I have had to clean myself when I am there visiting. Other than that everything is really nice. Compared to other places the value here is really good.

What they can improve on is the taste of their food. I lacks some flavor. Other than that, it is an absolutely awesome place. The staff is wonderful they take wonderful care of my dad, who is a challenge. And I just can't rave them about enough. I recommend that place for anyone.

I already have told many people that I am so, so pleased that we found this place. It more than exceeds my expectations. The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful.

We had a very good experience with this community. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the care they provided to the residents was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and took excellent care of my loved one all the way until the end of his life.

Churchhill Estates is a very nice independent living community. The facility is clean and well kept, and they have a lot of great amenities to offer the residents. I would absolutely recommend taking a look at Churchill Estates to any family looking into a completely independent living community.

We were really happy with Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu City. We did end up going with another location because they had a really nice living area and the grounds were much more conducive to moving around in. It was a larger space. Mom thought the staff here were really friendly and knowledgeable though. In the end with just went with something that was a better fit.

I got sick as soon as I moved into Country Club at La Cholla. So I haven't been very active here yet. The facility is very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall I am pleased I just haven't experience enough here yet.

Very professional and courteous. I have driven by this community many times and looks like a beautiful place. This is a place I would want my grandmother to be.

I think the dining room is very nice and cheerful and I like that they decorate it for the time of the year. My loved one's room was really nice and comfortable. It seemed like they had some nice activities, but they could have some more during the evening.
