My parents moved to Sedgwick Plaza summer of 2006 after my mom had a major stroke. They found it to be clean, comfortable and welcoming. Residents and staff were eager to help them get settled in and involved in activities. Meals were good and the staff was so caring. Eventually they moved to the Assisted Living wing where mom received excellent and attentive care. Even after mom passed away in 2010, dad stayed on, as he felt they were his Wichita family. He lived there until he passed away in 2014 and was an enthusiastic supporter of Sedgwick Plaza the whole time. As a family member, I was so thankful that they were safe, cared for and happy. Sedgwick Plaza is a beautifully decorated and comfortable residence, and I can't say enough about the wonderful staff.

They do an excellent job at Atria Shorehaven! The staff are wonderful, eveyrone is very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The staff are also very present, you never need to look far to find someone to help you! My loved one is still having a few problems adjusting to this new environment, but they are working hard to help him feel comfortable. They also do a great job with the food here! Everything is homemade and the quality is excellent! Each meal has a few different choices available for main courses and soups, and they also have a few basic staples that are always available like hamburgers and hotdogs. Overall it is a very nice place, and I would highly recommend it!

This is a great place. I love the ambiance and all the folks. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. My apartment is very convenient and there is lots of space for activities in the newly remodeled 25000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Also the food is terrific. Bill L

About 6 months ago when I came to take the tour of The Country Club of LaCholla, it was under going a huge remodeling and face lift. It was chaos, and all the common areas were boarded up and zillions of workers working non stop. I liked the apartment, so decided to move in. Today the butterfly emerged from its cocoon, and it's beautiful. The location is very accessible to shopping, doctors, drug stores, and the bus takes us to special outings plus we have so many activities here as well as concerts, happy hours, fitness classes, book club, Bible study and on and on. Throw in housecleaning and delicious food (no cooking) and new best friends. Come visit us and see for yourself!

My mom and I love the staff at Elmcroft. They know everyone by name and share in the fun of the activities. The food is great and the place is very clean and well maintained. Her room is large and she has direct access to a small patio. They remind her about her medication and someone is usually checking on her several times a day. We highly recommend Elmcroft of Mt. Washington

The move-in was smooth and easy. The staff is wonderful! The community is very clean and friendly. My husband is in the memory care unit which is new and there are only three residents so far. Because of that activities are limited but we hop e that will change soon. The staff does a great job of trying to keep him involved and busy, but he would do much better if there were more people with which he could socialize.

It's been wonderful, we are really happy with it. Today one of the nurses called me worried because he hasn't been eating very well. They are really paying attention to him. Everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. I really like it. They were so friendly during our tour, and they were able to make sure he is in the area that is best for him, and didn't have to send him directly to memory care. I'm so happy with them here. All the other residents are pretty happy here too!

They are doing very well. My mom is really thriving there. We are perfectly happy with Prestige Assisted Living. They deserve very high marks. Everyone is friendly, and it's clean.

I can envision both/either of my parents here, and enjoying it. I liked the higher percentage of men, there, because my dad is so social and would enjoy their company. I liked the activity/energy level of the residents. And I liked that they have a strong faith community there. I know my parents would enjoy having the little lake too. This is the kind of facility that I would hope we could use when the time comes.

Wonderful staff and community. Beautiful setting. There was a real feeling of 'community'.

I fill lucky to have found Town Village Audubon Park here in Memphis for my Mother. The staff is great and Mom fells safe. The dinning room food is very good and varied. We appreciate the table service, but room service is available. My Mom enjoys the pool and other activities. Our only complaints: hallways are kept a little cool, and dinner service can be slow at times. all in all we are very happy.

They are doing a great job. The staff is great. We looked at several places, and this was really the best value. They have gone out of their way to make sure she gets to church and things like that, but we haven't really used many of the care services yet. There are plenty of activities. Some of the food is really good, and some is just so-so, but nothing is bad. There really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better.

I toured the Atria Collier Park, and it was very nice. I was satisfied with the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend it.

They are doing a good job. I don't have any complaints or concerns at all so far. They do everything so well it's hard to pick one thing that they do particularly well. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are very attentive, all of the good stuff you look for, they do well.

Our experience with Brookdale Plaza has been a good one, I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff are friendly, they provide excellent care for the residents, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. We're very happy with them, and would recommend them to others looking in the area.

I can't say enough good things about Churchill Estates. The staff is very friendly and helpful and all the residents have made my mom feel welcome. There are tons of activities and more exercise classes than any other property that we toured (eleven). My mother's apartment is clean, bright and up to date, with a full kitchen which is nice even if you don't plan to cook. It just makes it feel like a real home as opposed to an old folks' home. My mom was previously in an assisted living communtiy in Southern California and Churchill Estates is much nicer and less expensive and if she needs assistance in the future, we can hire the person of our choice to help her instead of being forced to use help provided by a community, which can be whoever they choose at whatever price they want to charge.

My Mom was very happy at Camellia! She loved the people that took such loving care of her. I would recommend Camellia to anyone! I'd love to live there, myself!

The facility is absolutely wonderful. My mom is very happy there. I could not have asked for a better place for my mom.

I am familiar with two Assisted Living Homes in the area. Sterling House is the best. The staff really care for their residents. My Uncle was having such a difficult transition and really challenged the staff in the first few days. The staff partnered with me to obtain the help that he needed. They cater to the residents. Our family is always made to feel welcome and involved. There is always something going on. Residents are out of their rooms in the open spaces being with each other. Residents help out and are made to feel useful. Several take care of their fellow residents making sure they have what they need. When an emergency arose, the had his medical chart ready and handed me directions to a facility near by. I would highly recommend this facility.

what a wonderful community for seniors. The staff from the top down, are the most loving and caring group I've ever seen. All have been so accommodating to my mom as a senior resident. Such a beautiful home setting. Mom had no problem fitting in. All residents made her feel welcome. We are blessed to have this independent living for our seniors, in our community !
