I got sick as soon as I moved into Country Club at La Cholla. So I haven't been very active here yet. The facility is very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall I am pleased I just haven't experience enough here yet.

Very professional and courteous. I have driven by this community many times and looks like a beautiful place. This is a place I would want my grandmother to be.

I think the dining room is very nice and cheerful and I like that they decorate it for the time of the year. My loved one's room was really nice and comfortable. It seemed like they had some nice activities, but they could have some more during the evening.

What a wonderful place! We are on the waiting list and I can't wait for my mom to move in! The staff has been so kind and full of knowledge! It's no wonder they have won so many awards! This is the only place mom considered!

This is a lovely place that took very good care of my mother. It is a warm and friendly place. She felt very special there always shown an abundance of attention and care. A shout out to Angie for making the process run very smoothly, also to Delores activity director for taking my mom under her wing. Located in a very nice area of town.

The administrators are both fantastic. They went out of there way to let us see the rooms, and everything we have need they met and did it with a smile on their face. They have done their job extremely well.

Things are going great. They are really nice, she loves the food, they serve meals three times a day and the help. She likes the activities, and she takes advantage of all of them. We chose them because they seemed to be more attentive when we toured. The marketing person who toured us knew everyone by their first name, and were so patient and kind with the residents. It was so nice.

We are very happy with Prestige, so far. They have made some special accommodations for our loved one, especially when it comes to meals. As for the quality of the food, I ate there before my loved one moved in and it was good and our loved one has not had any complaints. I would rate Prestige a five.

Upon entering this facility, I knew it was a place to call home. There were residents enjoying cornhole baseball, while others simply watched and smiled! The food is absolutely delicious with a friendly, helpful staff to accommodate. Samuel Moseley is such a professional. He is so helpful throughout the whole move in process and makes people feel like family. Augustine Landing is a wonderful place, full of wonderful people!!

Amazing place. We spent time at other places nearby (Brookdale) and they paled in comparison to Augustine Landing. I would highly recommend this community to other families. We chose Augustine Landing for our loved one because of the long term staff, caring and comfortable environment, 24/7 Live in Managers, great food, cleanliness and beautiful rooms. For the price you cannot beat it. My mom is very happy and is thriving!

They could do more about the activities. Other than that, the quality of care, the staff, the quality of the food has been excellent. We've been really happy with the facility and the care my mother has gotten.

So far I like them. I think my parents are happy, and I am happy with them. It's always clean, and the staff is very friendly. I haven't had any complaints on food so far. I think they like the variety.

Mom actually wants to move here ASAP. Spotlessly clean and professional. Carla, our sales advisor, was very detailed, attentive, and interested in what Mom really wanted.

I didn't know I was going to be this content and happy moving here. Joni Edwards called me and I felt so comfortable with her. She bent over backwards to help me make this change. She went over and above. It's the atmosphere of a country club. The staff that manages the place, all of the people that work here are just wonderful. The top maintenance man asked me if I was happy, and that is the. Everyone knows my name. It has been a great experience, and I am quite happy here. I have a nice casita, and it was very economical. The food is delicious, not too big of portions so if you can't eat it all. The servers are all very nice, they always ask if you would like more, and you can have a glass of wine with your meal, they will box up your desert. It's a beautiful place, with all new floors and it's been all renovated, it's lovely.

This facility is truly wonderful. My mother is here and as difficult as it is to accept that she has this horrible brain disease, I truly believe she is safe and cared for better than I could have ever imagined was possible. The facility is new, state-of-the-art, and employs a wonderful staff. They are kind and caring and compassionate people. The variety of food on the menu and how incredibly healthy it is - a commendable feat to the entire program and people involved. It's a real team and they all have each other's backs. I honestly couldn't find any fault with the community, the employees, or facility!

The Prestige Assisted Living was wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful. They helped my mom get to know people and got her to participate in activities. She liked the food. She was really happy. Angie was super helpful. They made it a really easy transition for us. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. It was a great facility. It was very clean and nice. I would recommend this place.

I'm very comfortable. I only have one small suggestion. They should have accessibility to a telephone. A community phone would be nice. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly.

We had a sister who was visiting in Tuscon and fell. She was unable to fly home so needed a respite place to heal until she could fly. Darlene at Elmcroft was incredibly helpful in meeting her needs and making sure she got the help she needed. Not being able to be out there, it was sure comforting to know that Elmcroft was there. If there was a better rating than 5 Stars I'd be giving it to them! Thank you for the referral!

My Aunt moved to Town Village very recently and unfortunately, broke her hip shortly afterwards. It is a relief to know that after rehab she can return and receive the help she will need in her new home. When we were looking for a senior residence everyone was very kind every time we visited and they have even checked in with the family as she has been recovering. Her apartment is quiet, just the right size and gets plenty of natural light. It was hard for her to leave her home of 40 years, but we all know that this is going to be a great place for her to live. She will make new friends, have company when she eats, go to her doctor appointments without worrying how she will get there and have many activities to choose from each day. This is a big relief for her entire family to know she is safe and content.
