I love it here at Windward Palms, but my wife does get homesick and it is taking some time for her to adjust with everything. This place is great I am enjoying the heck outta of it. The people here are excellent and very friendly to us. Food is excellent and we sit with friends and have nice talks with them. This community is a pleasant community, the apartment we have is great. The only downside is we don't have a oven and my wife misses cooking, but there is a community kitchen. Overall this a pleasant community with nice caring people, and I would recommend it.

This is such a safe and vibrant place for seniors. Wow what an active fun place to be.

Close to my home. A beautiful resort style property. Full kitchens. 2 meals with soup bar. 2000 community fee. Independent Assisted living. Many activities.Director and staff fully engaged. I would certainly consider this for myself!

My mom loved it here. They are very caring, professionals that work here. The premises are very clean , and if help is needed, someone is always available. A great place! Keep up the good work!

It's been wonderful, I am really pleased. Within minutes of a fall they had an ambulance there, and were doing exactly what we wanted. They feel like it's home now. They have been so impressed with the dining staff, everyone knew their name on the first day.

We are very happy with Brookdale. It's a great place, he is very happy there. The food is very good, they clean once a week and laundry twice a week. I would definitely give them a five.

I would have to say that this experience here at Windward Palms has been amazing. I cannot think of a bad thing to say about this.

We recently signed up for a "snowbird" stay of several months, anticipating that this will be our home once we are finished downsizing. This is a truly wonderful place. The main areas and shared areas are completely renovated into a functional and very inviting space. The grounds are beautiful throughout. Friendly residents are all around. We are absolutely AMAZED at the quality of the food! NOT in any way your average institutional food. Everything is very FRESH, not canned, overcooked, or bland. It is seasoned well and not salty. You get what you want among many many choices on the menu. We know few restaurants in the area where the food is this good, while being this healthy! The wait staff are wonderful energetic young people who make the meal a great experience. Can't say enough about it.

The facility is great and the staff members are nice. The food is good, I eat a few meals there with my mom a week.

Mitch and Joanne are excellent. They are the directors of the community, and take a keen interest in every resident. The community is relatively small, yet has very good activities available, along with 3 meals a day, housekeeping, etc. The hallways are wide and inviting. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Dad is 89 years old, has a lot of trouble getting around, and seems to be enjoying his new home. So we have nothing but good things to say about Windward Palms.

It is going great. She is very, very happy there. She has adapted quite well. She is especially happy to have her own bathroom. Overall, the transition has been a smooth one and we don't have any complaints.

After vetting several other homes for my wife, this one was the best recommended by far. It specializes in the treatment she needs and the personnel are vary caring and thoughtful. From first blush to placement everyone I had contact with were professional and responsive to our needs.

My mother lived at TownVillage Senior Living for 8 years until we needed to move her to a memory care facility. This facility is a wonderful place to move your independent parents. The organization has many in-house and varied activities that the elderly have the opportunity to participate in and, in addition, plan several events that your parents can travel to on a bus. I don't know if the following employees are still working at the facility, but these people go the extra mile to make sure your parents needs are met. Kudos to the office people Pegi and Jim, the activities director Chris and busdriver, housekeeping and maintenance workers, the caregivers Monica and Elanya (and other careworkers that went over and beyond the call of duty to assist my mother), the dining room managers, cooks, and servers! My mother was extremely happy at Townvillage and that is what matters the most!

I go to visit but haven't been a lot. I helped place my neighbor there. So far everything has been good. She's not involved in any activities there, but they do provide them.

I think that the most important aspect about the facility is that my loved one feels really, really safe there and she is always looked after by the staff members. Also, the food that they serve is fabulous.

They have an excellent staff there. I am pleased with all of their services.

Nice & sincere employees who care for the residents well being. The staff is willing to go above and beyond your expectations. 5-star service!!

I would recommend 24Hr to anyone looking for home care. Their staff is always so professional & always willing to help. I have not had a poor experience with them!
