I really liked this place and came twice to view it. They are all nice there. The place looks really nice. My guide was very good at showing me around and she was able to inform me about the place. I saw a room that looked nice but my mom needed a window, bathroom, and kitchen in her apartment. There was no window to give a home feeling.

Our tour went very well here. I got to meet the manager, she was very nice. I like that this place is clean and operates well. It is a pleasant community with no odors. The staff are knowledgeable, there are different options available, and the community has specials from time to time for new residents.

This community is pleasant and is always clean, especially my wife's room. Staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming to my wife and I. There are lots of activities to do and my wife has been participating. My wife likes the meal provided, no concerns yet. I would recommend this community because she is doing very well.

I know that everyone is very friendly, once they meet you they call you by name. They are very responsive if you have a call or concern. They want to take care of you. She loves the food she thinks it's wonderful. Before we moved in, we found a few things and they took care of them right away. They helped me make it complete and perfect in every way. I liked the swimming pool, and the browns, it was a good fit for my mom. She does the water aerobics, and happy hour, the craft hour, and they have ice cream socials.

The staff is awesome and has been since my dad moved in. The food is excellent and they have huge choices. He does participate in as many activities as I had hoped. The director Matt is exceptional at what he does and it seems like this is more than a job for him. The community is clean and well taken care of.

My family is very much satisfied with Atria as a perfect choice for mom. They exceed all expectations and all we see and experience is a very hard working, courteous,dedicated staff. All residents are extremely active socially and there is always things of interest to do which is a big plus !

I had the chance to take a tour of this community. The place is more dated and clean. My tour guide was the manger of the community and I liked how she was on time, prepared, and thorough with every topic discussed. While observing the community I noticed the staff assisting residents and I was impressed with the level of attention given to the residents that were either walking around or asking questions. There was always a staff keeping an eye on the residents.

My brother-in-law moved to the independent living facility and during the first week had problems adjusting. The staff and director were very helpful in taking care of his needs and have arranged for him to move to the assisted living area of the facility. His original one bedroom apartment was well designed with a small kitchen and large walk-in closet. Laundry facilities were close to his room. I highly recommend the Willows.

My bother in law loves the community. He said this community fits all his needs. We are very pleased with everything the community have done for us. The community is very well-kept, but I would say the building could use a face life, it looks a little out dated. The staff is wonderful and the dining room staff is great as well. There are many activities for him to participate in. The food is good, he loves the meals. We are very confident about the care he is receiving. I would definitely recommend this community.

my dad has been there 1 week. so far things are going just fine. Hoping he will enjoy his new living situation. Time will tell.

My aunt is doing quite well at this community, considering the fact my uncle passed away. This community has wonderful people. Everyone really goes out their way to help you. They keep the community very clean and everything looks nice. The staff is really great, they have really gone out above my expectations. There do offer great activities for the residents when they are to participate. The meals are great, I tired a few meals and the food was excellent. The residents are very welcoming. I would recommend it.

Inspired Living is doing an awesome job caring for my mom. She really likes the food which is prepared fresh on site. The staff is able to redirect and diffuse difficult behaviors with ease. I am grateful that she is well cared for.

My parents moved into Park Rose about 9 months ago. From Day 1 it has been a wonderful experience for them. They've made lots of friends, enjoy lots of fun activities, have great meals in the dining room, and the staff goes out of their way to help and make their stay there a wonderful experience. We couldn't be happier with the facility, the people, and the staff. An A+ plus!

I am doing very well here at this community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I love my rooms and the community is very nice looking. The staff is sweet and they are very responsive when I need them. I enjoy bingo and the sing a longs, there is many activities offered here. The food is nice, they have well balanced meals. I love it here and everyone is great. So I would recommend this community.

My mother moved into Parkrose over a year ago and it has been a great experience for her and our family. All of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help out, the food is great, but most of all my mother loves the activities. At home she did not socialize much but now has many friends and keeps busy every day! Moving to Parkrose was a great decision!

This a a really nice property which is very well maintained both inside and out. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. There are a lot of activities all day, everyday. Brookdale-Northbrook is all inclusive, from a hair salon, a greenhouse, a cafe on sight; to providing residents transportation to area stores for shopping or doctor appointments. We've been involved with Brookdale-Northbrook for a couple months now and have been completely satisfied with everything.

Sedgwick Plaza has been good. The cleanliness is down due to them remodeling for a long time now. Otherwise, I have nothing but good stuff to say about them, they've been great. The food is good, I've eaten there several times. The staff and residents bring food to my Mom to help try and get her to eat, she doesn't always go down for meals.

Sooooo much to do here. Activities galore, they miss nothing from entertainment to Wii games, to cards, Bingo, outings, arts/crafts, dance, movies, parties, etc. etc. These seniors know how to enjoy life and the staff ensure the residents do not miss out on anything.

Fun, Energetic, Exciting residents, staff and environment. Vibrant life styles in progress daily!

As kids, we found Brookdale Springs for our father. We love the facility. It is far and above what we expected. Dad is currently living alone in his home. He's dragging his feet a little on getting moved in. He's concerned about losing his friends, neighbors and home of 60 years. Change can be really hard, but we feel he will fall in love once he gets moved in and involved with activities and other residents.
