I think they are very helpful. They call me anytime there is any concerns. My mom has fell several times and they always call to inform me. They take great care of her. They know if she had breakfast, they know is she had lunch, and dinner. They keep an eye on her. We are very happy with the Augustine Landing. My mother is very comfortable here. Everyone is always friendly. The staff has really been great.

Overall I think they do an excellent job here! The facility itself is attractive and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have some great onsite care here, although unfortunately it is not quite at the level my spouse needs. The activities they provide here are beyond the 5 star rating, they have all sorts of activities and events for the residents!

I was happy that they were available when my father in law was released from the hospital. We were having to make decisions quickly, and the people at The Atrium of Belleville were available to help, did a great job answering our questions, and made it a very smooth transition. It has been the right choice as things have continued to go very well. He is receiving excellent care and it is a very nice and friendly facility.

My Mother really likes it. She enjoys the food and activities. They also have a variety of activities. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for assisted living. We are pleased with the decision that we made on choosing Camellia at Deerwood. I'm glad that my mother enjoys living here. It is also very clean and a friendly environment. My overall rating of this community is 5 stars!

My sister is happy here no complaints, the facility is kept clean and the staff is friendly. We are very please with our choice and would recommend it to anyone. Everything is fine and don't have any issues.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This is the first community we've looked at in the area, but overall we were very impressed! We weren't able to make it to the scheduled tour and showed up unannounced, but they still gave us a very nice informative tour with no notice! They provide both independent and assisted living, and the price is much lower than a nursing home. They are also locally owned, which is a plus in my book!

The staff made my parents feel really welcoming like home. The had a bunch of activities and the friendliness is all the time. I would say this is a good place for your loved one to go its very comfortable atmosphere.

This is an excellent facility! The staff is very friendly and courteous! They take care of their elderly very well. It is very clean and looks like a very attractive home. I would highly recommend this place!

My husband's parents have been living at Camellia at Deerwood for nearly a month. They enjoy it very much. Their apartment is cheerful. The staff is friendly and efficient. We opted for assisted living with medication management. Now they eat three good meals a day and receive their medicines at the proper times. The other residents have made them feel welcome and included. There are so many activities they have not had a chance to try them all yet. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

They have a very professional group of care givers and nurses that are very caring and very attentive to the residents. They are really on top of each resident and very responsive to the families if there are any issues. It is a very friendly place. They also seem to have a lower turnover rate than other places we have noticed. The only negative I can even think of would be the cost. Everything about them is a five star rating, but it does come at a price.

Allows dad to be apart of the community and drops him off at church and pick him up. Cannot give a negative rating.

So pleased with care and positive attitude of staff.

My mom and her dog have called Prestige of Mira Loma "home" for 7 years. The staff is wonderful and caring and have become like family to all of us. The director, Barbara, and her staff are dedicated to making sure the residents and their families are happy. I'm at Prestige almost every day to visit my mom and the facility is alway clean and decorated for the season or theme of the month. The food is really good and the Chef's peanut butter pie is to die for! There are interesting workshops available for residents and their families. The staff, residents and their families are able to support causes like walks, bake sales (where you can purchase the yummy peanut butter pie!) or other events that support fundraising for Cancer or Alzheimers Disease.

They have a small campus for assisted living. It was very nice. We like that all utilities, cable, meals, housekeeping are all included in the rent. Green Valley is a small town for less stressful driving with stores and post office not far from the campus. Apartments are comfortable and have on campus nurse 24 hours.

Needed help moving , but the only assistance moving they gave was a kitchen cart. All other areas were great. I referred a few people there.

They have really done a great job making my sister feel at home. The staff there at Brookdale Northbrook is so friendly and so nice. They are very accommodating and they really genuinely care about the people that live there.

I have lived at Brookdale Lake Shore Drive for just over one month. I love everything about it! I like not having to cook or clean for myself. The food is wonderful and I have already met a number of people with whom I share dinner and certain activities. There are more activities than any one person could attend and they span broad ranges of interests. I am handicapped and I have received immediate assistance in physical and occupational therapy. My primary care physician comes to the building for appointments. Our van takes us to shops, theaters, museums, and doctor appointments...a great service! What more could one ask for?

It was such an impressive environment that she left the other place she was at to get there. She is very happy there and we are very relieved and happy to have her there. Everyone there has been wonderful and very accommodating to make special arrangements to get mother in there. This place has plenty of other residents and space to get exercise and interact with others (unlike the other place she was at). She really enjoys the food as well. It has been a great experience!

Dad really likes it there at Brookdale Springs Mesa. They did overcharge him for the second month he was in there, and I am still working to figure out why and get that cleared up. But overall it has been a very good positive experience. It is a very nice place with very friendly staff. From the places I have looked at this place really stood out as one of the best, and dad is really happy there.

My parents moved here several months ago and they love it. The staff is warm and friendly, Joni is particularly wonderful. The wait staff is very patient and elderly friendly. There are plenty of activities but my 1 disappointment is the shuttle bus doesn't allow the residents to bring walkers on board. They do have another vehicle for transportation that does accommodate assistance devices (walkers/wheelchairs) for the residents. The food is gourmet quality and my parents are eating well even with the 2 meals a day allowance. There are always free treats available throughout the day. Each apartment has a full kitchen but my mom never uses it. Care services are available but at an additional charge. The a la carte care services is a great way to go and the charges are very reasonable. Housekeeping is provided weekly for linen changes and floor cleaning and is very thorough. All of the residents that we have met are friendly, helpful and happy to be at this beautiful location. The clubhouse remodel is complete and it is first-rate. I am very glad to have my parents at this safe location for their later years of life.
