Very caring and polite staff. The director, Sally Bell, is extremely good at this job and sets the tone for all employees. The facility is clean, bright, well-decorated without being fussy, and the whole atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. This attitude has rubbed off on the residents, who welcome newcomers and help them get acclimated. There are many activities, plus outings like to see the azaleas in Muskogee and lunches out. The only complaint that I can see is that there is not often a sugar-free dessert choice for diabetics, but this will be brought up and considered, as are any concerns that residents have about the menus. The food is way above par and nutritious.

This is a very elegant facility.

This is a beautiful place and I feel my mother-in-law would fit in perfectly here.

My father and I searched for the right place to care for my mother and found ElmCroft. The staff is not only friendly but patient with us and my mother. Clean, lovely place with lots of activities. My Mother is in the Memory care unit and is thriving in the environment created especially for Alzheimer's individuals.

I'm very happy with this place!! It was the nicest of the ones we looked at! They had lots of different rooms for us to choose from. The doubles had a nice common area to share, but you can also close your door for privacy. Every room is sunny, and has a view of either the outer perimeters, or the courtyard. The courtyard is lovely. There are nice flowers and trimmed trees with a gazebo and an overhang from the dining room. The common areas are well decorated. The paint is well done and the rugs are clean! There is no smelliness, and it is not a depressing atmosphere like some of the others. The people are well cared for and happy! The new director has a background in social work, and did that for years! Also, the sales liaison is great and very outgoing! Laverne and Nancy, at the front desk, are very nice and accomodating! Everyone was so welcoming to us! The activities director is really trying to add new things going on! As for the care, the nurse does a review every 30 days, to evaluate the condition of the residents as well as the medicines. There are also nurse's assistance and caregivers. There is an emergency pull in the bathroom if anything happens. They don't have buttons to press, but the pulls work. The price is average compared to others in the area, but the value is great here! We are very pleased! We were lucky to have this as an option!

They are absolutely clean. There are a lot of card games, they have a few day trips, but I thought there would have been an established mens group. They have been extraordinary in accommodating us, and getting us acclimated, I would highly recommend them. The food is great. The transportation set up and the indoor pool was a plus. They have washer dryers in each room. They are very professional, helpful and open.

Ruth Lothammer was outstanding. Her passion and enthusiasm was evident. She new every one living at her community. The place, being fairly new, was in great shape, well care for, and very inviting. Having medical services near by was a positive.

We have a loved one in Prestige Assited Living. We toured the place before we decided to leave him in their care. We also checked out several other places, they did not match up to Prestige. We are very pleased with the help and the attention our loved one is getting. He seems to like his apartment like room, and enjoys meeting new people and doing different activities with them. We believe that we made a good choice/decision on leaving him in their care. We would say yes to someone that is interested in having their loved one(s) live in their care, as we did, since our uncle agreed that it is "A NICE PLACE ! ! !

This was a very nice facility, very clean and friendly. We feel that this would have been a good place for the folks. They have a lot of activities going on and the residents we saw were having a good time. It was nicely decorated and very bright and welcoming.

They are terriffic. They were clean and friendly. They did a good job. They do have a limited amount of parking when friends and family come in. If more people attended they would have a hard time with parking, there is a mall nearby you could park at but that would be quite a hike over. The only thing really was when the people come and clean they don't dust behind things or pick up stuff. The maid service would get about a four. There were no major or constant complaints about the food.

Churchill Estates is the place we so thankfully found for my mom and I wouldn't want her anywhere else. She loves being in her new home and the Staff and residents are a true joy to know. We visited one other place before visiting Churchill. I knew already from the phone conversation with Anthony we would want to make it her home. The Staff have a genuine concern and care in all their words and actions and their sincerity cannot be copied. I praise God for His care of my mom in leading us to this wonderful residence.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 6 MONTHS AND THINK THAT IT'S A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE. THE FOOD IS WONDERFUL, I LIKE THAT I CAN EAT MOST ANY TIME I WISH. ALL THE EMPLOYES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BUILDING IS WELL MAINTAINED AND ALWAYS CLEAN.

It's a nice place, it's clean and the people are friendly. The food is very good, we've eaten there. It's close to the hospital, and in a good neighborhood.

Currently we are satisfied with Sedgewick Plaza. The food would be a four, I've tried it. Misty was the selling point for us, she showed us around and made us feel very comfortable. Moving into a community like this and the transition was tramatic for us, and she coached us right through it. Even now when we walk through the door she gives me a hug and knows who we are. They are pretty good with communication and letting me know what's going on too.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say. It's a very nice group of people over there, they are very attentive to her, the people that live there seem to be very friendly and embracing of her, the food is good and the facility is brand new, so we are all in, we're very happy. I can't think of anywhere that they can improve I think they do everything extremely well. This one offered us the best value, certainly not the least expensive that we looked at, but the overall best value for our money. The newness of the facility, the cleanliness of the facility, the airiness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food all gave us the sense that it was the best bang for our dollar. Vis-a-vis anything that was lower in price or not paying for things my mother wasn't going use.

There really aren't care services in the accommodations that we have. I really like the fact that they support the residents with transportation services. They could improve on the dining experience in that it takes a long long time to be waited on. It is brand new and beautiful, not spacious but adequate.

My dad has been there for 6 weeks and he loves it there! He is not that difficult to please, but the service and the food are really good. He loves having someone come and do his bedding and towels and vacuum; he is really enjoying all of that. They do have activities, but he doesn't participate, he just likes the idea that they are available should he want them. He gets three meals a day in independent living, and he has a refrigerator, sink and microwave in his apartment. We went over Thanksgiving, and I thought that the place was lovely, and even for a studio, he has a lot of space.

I loved the presentation that they gave to us, but I really just liked the whole place. It was absolutely gorgeous, and the especially rooms were beautiful. There is nothing bad to say about them. We ended up choosing somewhere else because of the price, though. I think Windward Palms was $3600 for an efficiency studio.

We are living there now. We like it! I like the staff primarily. Most of the staff have been here for many years and they enjoy what they do. The food is excellent! No problem with that at all. My wife and I have a one bedroom apartment. We each get three meals a day, included in the price. We get our housekeeping done every week. They change the linens and tidy the place up. They really do a good job.

Facility and staff are wonderful. Kept very clean and good meals are served. My Mom is new resident and all have made her feel welcome.
