We chose Inspirations of Mount Washington because out of all of the facilities that we toured, it was by far the best place. All of the categories for the rating questions above were higher marks than anyone else that we saw. The location is also very close to where we live. We liked that the facility is all on one level. The staff were all super helpful and we would highly recommend them to other families looking.

My father-in-law is very happy. The place has various levels of care available and he has a lot of options to be as private or as social as he wants. he likes the meals and gets consistent care. The staff is very proactive in calling if there is a problem or question. Overall very happy.

I have lived at Prestige for 6 months now. The staff and all people have been exceptional. I am happy to live here.

Great all around

The service is great. Loves the meals that have been served recently. Grateful for the options and the side/deserts being served. Servers are very nice and friendly.

The service is excellent! All employees are very kind and caring.

The food is getting (improving) better. A like variety but no spicy (hot) dishes.

The people at Camellia are super friendly and helpful. My mom is all moved in now and everything went smoothly. She seems very happy there, we're pleased.

My remote tour with Brookdale Northbrook was fine. Everybody I interacted with was super accommodating and easy to work with. And I thought they showed their residence well via video call.

My parents moved into their apartment in July, as my Dad says "we couldn't have picked a better place!" They love the friends they have made, all the activities and the hassle-free life with no meal planning. I love knowing they are safe and well cared for, we recently went to a Luau that included the families, it was so fun to watch everyone interact and have such a nice time. The staff truly care about the residents.

I knew on my first visit when I saw the sign that read “I am a person Alzheimer’s is my disease “ my brother-in-law would be shown the compassion he deserves. I have worked with healthcare providers for my entire adult life and I have never experienced such caring individuals as the staff working in Expressions. Their compassion is real. I have witnessed such compassion on every visit and I know without a doubt my loved one is exactly where he needs to be to receive the care he so deserves. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Thank you for all you do.

This community is a great place for my loved one. He used to live on the independent side so when he came back he felt like he was coming home. I know that I don't have to worry with my loved one here because there are always eyes on him. My loved one does not participate in the activities but there is always something going on in the community and activities for the residents.

Camellia has a saying on their shuttle bus; " it's not like home, it is home", and that is definitely how my parents feel. They feel like its a home for them.

I moved here three years ago from the midwest. I chose Country Club due to the closeness of my children here in Tucson. It was the best decision of my retired life. The residents and staff here are so friendly and caring. We all feel like we are living and not just existing. I have made so many friends here, and there are more activities than there is time to do them. The weeks fly by so quickly as I am enjoying being here. I have looked at other retirement communities in the area, but Country Club is the very best in every aspect.

What sold us right away is their dining experience. Right when you walk in its a whole restaurant vibe, they sit you down and a table and give you a menu to look off of. They are so attentive to the residents. They have standard choices with different options, and every month they have a certain special dish they can order. We have eaten there ourselves several times and we never hesitate to have a meal. Their chef also makes wonderful pastries. They have a ton of activities going on, there is a pool there which was a huge selling point. They have water aerobics, and chair aerobics. They have movies, card games, bingo, different outings, and social cocktail activities. We like how the committee that comes up with these ideas are all made up by the residents living there. It has been a positive experience so far.

I have toured this community and love it - the employees are always upbeat and smiling. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting.

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like games, bingo and more for the residents to do to have a good time.

I love being waited on. I walk out of my apartment and someone comes and cleans it. I am getting my exercise, than I ever have in the past. The community allows pets. All three meals are provided for the residents. We are able to eat in the dining room or in our apartment. They have exercise classes, bingo, happy hour, and more for activities for the residents to choose from. There is a full kitchen in the apartments. There are washers and dryers in the building for the residents to use. The monthly fee includes my room, housekeeping, internet, cable, electricity, and meals. They have someone who comes in to take care of our nails, and a beauty salon on site. There is even a room set aside for physical therapy. There is a swimming pool as part of the community. The staff are friendly and willing to help in anyway. They will come and remind you of the different things going on. There is a weekly activities calendar provided, along with the menu. There is an ala carte menu as well. There is transportation to Walmart doctor appointments, or any other location for the community to take the residents to.

This was our second choice. They told me about Patriots Angels. The staff were very kind. The cost was prohibitive for us.
