What stood out to us about this community is the cost, super friendly people, and lots of daily activities. Housekeeping and laundry is included. It's super clean and smells great. I would highly this facility to family and friends.

This is a pleasant place to be and the staff are very friendly. There are lots of activities available for the residents to participate in. The staff are great to work with if we have questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from for their meals.

Town Village is a great place. Great people, and a great facility.

We absolutely love Town Village! We have experienced nothing but professionalism and high quality. The staff are very personable and know my loved one by name, along with the other residents. To me, that means a lot. The facility itself is perfect. And the activities are fantastic.

Acacia Springs has a very nice management team. I enjoy doing the arts and crafts! I love having the opportunity for housekeeping to clean my apartment every week! I highly recommend for anyone to move in here!

Words can’t express the peace of mind we have since our mom has moved in!! Our whole experience, during such a difficult time of my step dad’s passing, has been amazing. The Pestige team has accommodated us in every way possible, while making us and our mom feel like family. I can sleep at night knowing all mom’s needs are met, that she is supported, and most importantly that she is living a happy and enriched life. The team is very responsive and communicative, which is a huge relief since my brother and I live so far away. Thank you Prestige!! We are immensely grateful!!!

Our family had an in person tour and we thought The Summit was wonderful. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the door, there was a welcome [name removed] sign at the front desk. I would have put my dad in Summit but they had no one bedrooms available. They did offer a two bedroom at a discount but I still could see it. The Summit to me is a resort style living and Brookdale is more homey feeling. If I were moving now I would pick the Summit for me. I like the resort feeling.

We picked this community because, the apartment had a full kitchen and high ceilings. My loved one was reluctant to move anywhere despite knowing that they needed to move out of their house. They liked the two bedroom apartment on the first floor that had access to the outside parking lot.

I toured this community and it was our second choice. It was very nice. The other place had washer/dryers in the unit so we chose that one. This one was great, though!

If you could afford the community. I would recommend placing a loved one in the community. It is a beautiful community. There was an incident with my friend in the community, and the community didn't communicate with me about this incident. My friend ended up telling me they were sent to the hospital, and neither the community or the hospital called to let me know this. I really wish the community would have let me know about this. I feel that some from the community or myself should have gone with this individual, because they want to escape from the community. My friend was transported alone both to the hospital and back to the community in a transport. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. There are three meals a day and choices served to the residents. There are also snacks provided. The community has let me down with their communication as it has been poor. They have requested that I don't visit as often, and they are not communicating and this has lost my trust with them.

We googled over 30 facilities when looking for a place for our dad, and personally visited about 15 of them. He is 91 years old, but is still pretty independent. He liked the vibe of Acacia Independent Living right away, and we like that if the time should come, they have Assisted Living right down the hall and he could have the consistency of seeing the same staff. He has been there almost 5 months now, and his glowing vibrancy has blossomed! He has made friends with residents and staff alike! He has just the right amount of activity versus down-time, and is seeming to lead a productive, enjoyable life without the worry of housekeeping, cooking, and arranging activities. [name removed] and [name removed] have both been available to me when I have had questions or concerns. I urge you to check it out; it turned out to be one of our best decisions!

My loved one likes bingo. The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, it was the only one that we walked into, and the residents seemed to be happy about living there. The staff is friendly and nice to each other, which is important. It's a nice place. You feel welcomed when you go there. I felt like I was apart of the family.

After touring Town Village Sterling Heights, this was actually my first choice out of the other places that we looked into. They had so much to offer and even had a pool. The staff went out of their way to show me everything and they were all so friendly. The reason mom did not choose Town Village was because the location is further away from her friends and at the time, she was not quite ready to move.

My mother passed in November 2021. Dad was so confused and they took great care of him. We chose this facility because it had large rooms and a clean look. The staff have been great. They keep us informed about everything. Housekeeping and laundry are included, also 3 daily meals that smell delicious. They have activities. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My Mom moved into AL at Prestige 4 months ago. Thanks to them I am able to sleep at night again, without worrying for her safety. Reasons we chose Prestige: facilities, location, variety of activities, pet friendly, 2 gorgeous green courtyards; medication support; transportation assistance to medical appts (they drop Mom off; I meet her there and drive her home) and fantastic staff! A typical visit for me: I walk in the door to sign in and [name removed]or [name removed]greets me by name and usually can tell me exactly where Mom is. I check in regularly with the Medical Director and Mom’s Med Tech to see how they think things are going. We brainstorm ideas and work together as a team. I’ve eaten in the dining room; made hair salon appts for Mom; attended some of the live music offerings & know a bunch of residents. From a medical stance, there’s a “house Dr” (takes regular Medicare); a podiatrist; an LTC pharmacy they work with; and offer on-site COVID boosters & flu shots. So far—so good!

This was a nice community. My loved one choose another community due to deal at the other community.

My mom has only been here for a short time but she is absolutely in love with Sumter. The staff is very attentive and takes good care of her. I finally have a peace of mind. I would highly recommend Sumter Senior Living to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We chose Sedgwick plaza because it was much more affordable for the quality of the services provided. The staff are all very helpful and caring. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.
