this place is awesome. mom loves it and family is treated like family.

I love being waited on. I walk out of my apartment and someone comes and cleans it. I am getting my exercise, than I ever have in the past. The community allows pets. All three meals are provided for the residents. We are able to eat in the dining room or in our apartment. They have exercise classes, bingo, happy hour, and more for activities for the residents to choose from. There is a full kitchen in the apartments. There are washers and dryers in the building for the residents to use. The monthly fee includes my room, housekeeping, internet, cable, electricity, and meals. They have someone who comes in to take care of our nails, and a beauty salon on site. There is even a room set aside for physical therapy. There is a swimming pool as part of the community. The staff are friendly and willing to help in anyway. They will come and remind you of the different things going on. There is a weekly activities calendar provided, along with the menu. There is an ala carte menu as well. There is transportation to Walmart doctor appointments, or any other location for the community to take the residents to.

This was our second choice. They told me about Patriots Angels. The staff were very kind. The cost was prohibitive for us.

My Dad has been pretty happy there. The staff take good care of their people. They offer bingo, outings to shop and other places like casinos, etc. They go for drives sometimes. He enjoys the food and the service. Lately, it has been rough. They provide transportation to appointments. They provide housekeeping services once a week. They have a community laundry room. The rooms come with cable tv.

I teach a bible study once a week and I love the staff here. they are always very helpful and on top of things.

I will never forget the care and love that was shown to my Dad. [name removed] and her team always go above and beyond - highly recommend

my love for this facility goes back to 2008 and the recommended people for the family ties you make when living in here. in my opinion, the best in Beaumont.

I felt like The Willows of Easley was more willing to work with our loved one's dementia than other places we toured. They were really the only place that made us feel comfortable that she could live independently for now, and they would still watch over her. I was pleased with their ability to communicate with us and assure us. They have been incredibly friendly. I have been very pleasantly surprised with everything about them. She seems to enjoy the food, and they give such a hearty portion at lunch that it can often last you through dinner as well. They have good activities - I just wish they could draw people out a little bit more.

I thought Brookdale Springs Mesa was the superior facility to all of the other ones that we looked into. It was recently remodeled and it looks very nice. It would have been our first choice, but the location was just too far from us.

When our Dad fell and severely broke his arm last November, we were panicked to find a place for him to live, as he has lived independently his whole life, and we live thousands of miles away. My brother researched assisted living facilities in Henderson, and we were lucky to find Prestige. From the beginning we were impressed with the level of personal care that everyone on the staff is committed to, especially during the covid lockdown. I can't recommend them enough.

I really really liked The Ranch Estates. They tried to talk to us into putting mom into assisted living rather than memory care but I just did not think that would work. Memory care was out of our price range here. The facility was extremely nice, they had a couple different dining rooms and even had a putting green outside. If my mother just needed assisted living I would have put her here in a heartbeat. I recommended it to all of her friends in her bunco group.

The folks with whom I had direct contact where over the top in their sensitivity to the residents situation. They tried very hard to accommodate my loved ones needs. I thought they did a fabulous job trying to make him comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff. Every time I was there, they were very compassionate and no challenge was too much for them. I couldn't have been more pleased with how my loved one was cared for during his time there.
