After her husband passed, Aunt [name removed] was sad, lonely & finding it difficult to take care of her home. Overwhelmed with the task of packing, selling & moving, we visited many independent/assisted living facilities & apts. Most were unappealing & felt like “institutional" settings. Towards the end of 2021, we visited Acacia Springs. When we stepped into the lobby, I knew we had found my aunt's new home. It was like a beautiful, very clean hotel. Our excitement grew as we met many friendly residents & staff. We both said, "Is this for real?" & "It feels like an all-inclusive resort!" She moved in the first week of 2022 & is keeping busy with classes, parties & outings. And though her apartment has a kitchen, she eats all her meals in the dining room because “the food is great” & she’s made many new friends. She receives lots of care & attention from the staff too. It has been 2 1/2 months since Aunt [name removed] moved into her new home & she is happier than either of us could have imagined!

My brother recently moved in and we could not be happier. The entire staff has been very kind and caring! Special shout out to the maintenance “guys” who have been especially helpful and caring. I came to pick my brother up for dinner at my house, but he told me to come back in an hour so he could attend Happy Hour! He also loved the Singalong Karaoke! We are so pleased we chose The Shores- they are so wonderful!

The staff and residents are very friendly. It's a safe environment for your loved one.

We were there looking for a place for my dad. I pretty much went thru every property on my side of town which were numerous. The property is beautiful and clean. Watching the residents interact with the staff tells me it is a caring, safe and fun place to live for the residents. It is someplace I can have him live feel I made the right choice.

Our first impression with Parkrose Estates was many years ago when another relative was there, and the staff at that time and even now have continued to be friendly, cooperative, helpful and response. Even after all those years and now they still recognize us, that is a huge benefit to having long term staffing. While our loved one was there they had a huge problem with flooding and they handled that situation above and beyond what their regular responsivities are.

the staff at Portside at Grand Dunes really seem to be concerned about residents and do everything they can to make their lives better. it doesn't even resemble an assisted living facility, the residents are very happy here!

The friendliness of the staff is something that stood out to us right away

Overall it has been a good experience. It's a friendly place with good staff. The apartments are good, a little on the smaller side, but that's pretty typical of senior living anywhere. My loved one had some complaints with the food at first, but once she figured out she can select what she likes, she's been much happier. They offer daily activities and trips. The cost seems high but is comparable to other places.

It is truly a hidden gem. They really make you feel welcomed and matter. As a new family coming in, they are very attentive. They take the time to sit down and listen. It seems like they really care. Everyone seems to go the extra mile for my loved one. The place is clean, the service is fantastic. You can trust them there with your parents.

We chose Woodhaven Village because we liked what we saw during the initial tour. What really stuck out to us was the staff members, they seemed to truly care about the residents. I would recommend them to others.

There is a dining room menu and anytime meals available for the residents to take advantage of. The idea of the food was good. My loved one was impressed with the initial meal during the tour. The community is very clean. The administrative staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend you check this community out for your loved one. It doesn't have a nursing home feel. {name removed] was the best part of the intake process.

This was a nice community but they did not have as many activities as we wanted. This community was also way more expensive. The tour guide was fabulous and had a lot of information but this was just not the right fit.

This community felt like a cruise ship and was a very nice community. This was just too much activity for my loved one to handle.

This community was far away from where I live and I wanted the community to be closer to me. This was also a smaller community and we wanted something bigger for my loved one.

The person we spoke with in the beginning was great, she gave us a great tour of the community so we had an excellent first impression. All of the residents our loved one spoke with while she was there all seemed to have great and positive things to say. The community is very clean and the meals are good.

My loved ones have grown to really enjoy Rivertown Ridge. I would recommend you look into the community for your loved ones. The staff were good at helping my loved ones when moving into the community. The staff are attentive to the residents needs. The food is able to be delivered to the resident's rooms if necessary.

Just like any place right now it is hard to have enough staff. Right now I think they are a little short in the dinning room but they go out of their way to make it an enjoyable evening. They are very personable and this is what its all about.They have a good variety of activities to make sure that everyone can choose what to do. They have entertainment with happy hour on Fridays and more. they also have a work out room and a pool, there is a lot to fit all the residents needs. The person in charge is phenomenal and makes every resident feel like they are the most important resident.

We chose The Residence at Bethel Park mainly because of the location. What sticks out most about them is how extremely friendly and accommodating all of the staff members are. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

My parents loved Camellia at Deerwood, we will actually be going back soon to have lunch so we can taste the food. My parents are both very active and they seemed to have a lot to do here. They had an excercise room, water aerobics outside in the pool, etc. The staff were awesome.

I would recommend the place if you can afford it. If you can, I think they provide a good value for the cost. It's a good location, and they provide overall good service. The residents are very nice as well. It's a very good place.
