There is an issue with having enough staff to handle the dining service, ie, wait times. Apparently, they are needing to hire but are in the same boat as every other business. I have already recommended "a place for mom" and Town Village.

Friendliest staff ever, and they keep a good eye on dad.

All the staff there has been top notch. All categories rate a 5. They have gone over and above what is expected.

As of June 24, 2022, I will have lived at Mira Loma for 1 year. Each department has been quic kto meet all of my needs with a smile. I would not change anything, as they have good management. The one department, that has improved the most is the dining room, kitchen and food staff, under the mangement of [name removed.] The food and staff are excellent on a daily basis. It is my pleasure to complete this form.

I have been a resident here since the end of [date removed]. My reason for choosing Prestige Mira Loma, was for the caring, and friendly staff. [Name Removed] is an excellent asset to the company. I look forward to each week on Mon/Weds/Fri, for her classes. Very beneficial to my health issues. She shows such compassion to each resident and goes out of her way to listen to what your needs might be. I feel grateful, and she's also my friend.

I certainly feel better after spending time with [name removed] in our group sitting. She listens and addresses the problem. I didn't know I was strong as I am at 96 years of age. I started with 2lbs, and am now up to 15. Thanks to my wellness coach [name removed]

This facility is outstanding. All employees are skilled professionals, and attentive/compasionate.

Brookdale Northbrook has been my home for three year. The pain of losing my husband shortly after was eased by our caring staff and residents. My survival after a deadly battle with covid, due in no small way to our director and his staff. All this motivated me to be more useful with my Brookdale Family. I became an ambassador and was elected to the residents council. The variety of activities , the dedication of our staff make Brookdale Northbrook a wonderful home.

I have been very grateful for this place especially during the pandemic. We were kept safe here and received our Covid & booster shots here. The staff is great . I enjoy participating in activities here.

When I count the amenities, activities, friendliness of residents, and staff, I am happy I chose this community. No more home maintenance, cooking, dishes and shopping. Beautiful public areas, dining room and landscaping.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Our facility is smaller compared to other senior living facilities which I like. All know your name.

I am at Brookdale Northbrook already five years. I feel here very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a Home... If I will be able to afford it, I'd spend the rest of my day's here.

If money had not been such a huge weight for us, we probably would have gone with Rivertown Ridge.

This is a good place for your loved one, and I would recommend it to others. My loved one is enjoying their time. The camaraderie with other residents has ben warm and welcoming. The staff communication with the family is good. My loved one is enjoying the meals served. The apartments have a kitchenette in them, and washer and dryers are available on the floor of the apartments for the residents to use. They also provide a laundry service if the residents would like to use this instead.

We chose Inspirations of Mount Washington because out of all of the facilities that we toured, it was by far the best place. All of the categories for the rating questions above were higher marks than anyone else that we saw. The location is also very close to where we live. We liked that the facility is all on one level. The staff were all super helpful and we would highly recommend them to other families looking.

My father-in-law is very happy. The place has various levels of care available and he has a lot of options to be as private or as social as he wants. he likes the meals and gets consistent care. The staff is very proactive in calling if there is a problem or question. Overall very happy.

I have lived at Prestige for 6 months now. The staff and all people have been exceptional. I am happy to live here.
