My mother passed in November 2021. Dad was so confused and they took great care of him. We chose this facility because it had large rooms and a clean look. The staff have been great. They keep us informed about everything. Housekeeping and laundry are included, also 3 daily meals that smell delicious. They have activities. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My Mom moved into AL at Prestige 4 months ago. Thanks to them I am able to sleep at night again, without worrying for her safety. Reasons we chose Prestige: facilities, location, variety of activities, pet friendly, 2 gorgeous green courtyards; medication support; transportation assistance to medical appts (they drop Mom off; I meet her there and drive her home) and fantastic staff! A typical visit for me: I walk in the door to sign in and [name removed]or [name removed]greets me by name and usually can tell me exactly where Mom is. I check in regularly with the Medical Director and Mom’s Med Tech to see how they think things are going. We brainstorm ideas and work together as a team. I’ve eaten in the dining room; made hair salon appts for Mom; attended some of the live music offerings & know a bunch of residents. From a medical stance, there’s a “house Dr” (takes regular Medicare); a podiatrist; an LTC pharmacy they work with; and offer on-site COVID boosters & flu shots. So far—so good!

This was a nice community. My loved one choose another community due to deal at the other community.

My mom has only been here for a short time but she is absolutely in love with Sumter. The staff is very attentive and takes good care of her. I finally have a peace of mind. I would highly recommend Sumter Senior Living to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We chose Sedgwick plaza because it was much more affordable for the quality of the services provided. The staff are all very helpful and caring. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

My mother has been in the Assisted Living side of Prestige for 4 months. She has expressed many times to me how nice the staff is and the good care she is receiving. She enjoys the wide range of activities available for her to participate in if she wants to. I visit frequently and the staff has always been professional and courteous to me. I am happy with the care and recreational opportunities available to my mother.

We had a very good tour experience with Heritage Oaks, the facility was just way too expensive.

I toured this community and it is absolutely beautiful! It feels like a fancy hotel when you walk in. They have a bar and piano. Very clean and all of the staff was friendly. Initially, they told me they could handle all levels of care needs. They ended up telling us that my loved one needed a higher level of care than they could provide. However, for a more active and mobile resident, I would definitely recommend this place as an option. If my loved one was more mobile/active, she would have been here. I would live here if I could!

I would tell a friend about the community. To start the evaluation was done at home for my fathers comfort. They have staff that do follow up with each resident all day and night. The cleanliness is impeccable and the meals and menu are very good. Have not had a bad experience. Also the residences always have activities to stay busy and interact with each other. We just had hurricane Ian come through Naples and they did a great job keeping everyone safe and taken care of.

The Shores at Clearlake is an absolutely beautiful facility that has been newly renovated. This was our second choice. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. I really liked that the take their memory care residents on outings. I liked this facility so much and it made it very hard for us to make a decision.

I would definitely recommend, my mother seems to really like it and had met several nice people. The pool was not in a condition for swimming for a large portion of the summer other than that, all was good.

It has been a great experince. My loved one is very happy, and it has been a good experience for them. I picked this place because, it fit all of the criterias that my loved one needed, it was a clean and nice facility, and it also me the financial needs of my loved one.

This facility is cheerful, newer and well maintained! The people overall are very nice. The staff in the dining is a hit or miss a lot of times. Communication within the staff could be improved and sometimes causes confusion for us when they're not on the same page. But the staff are attentive and responsive. I really like the opportunities that they have for mom to socialize. They have weekly activities and outings, offer transportation, and are open to suggestions, which we really like. For the most part, she's happy with the food. She does think there could be more variety, but otherwise no complaints. They do housekeeping once a week and mom is happy with that. Her room is kept clean. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had a great tour experience with Prestige at Mira Loma. The lady who showed us around did a great job and was super friendly - we even got to eat lunch there. My loved one just felt that the facility was too large for her and that the hallways were too long. It was just not what she was looking for, but seemed like a great place.

We toured with The Summit of Fort Meyers and it was an absolutely gorgeous facility. The food was AMAZING and they work with vegetarians which was a must for us. The facility was more formal and my mom is a more casual person which was why she decided against this facility.

We looked at several assisted living facilities for our Mom. We are very happy that we decided on Northgate Park! It is very inviting & clean. All of the apartments have their own patio, which is our moms favorite feature. Residents can have their own patio furniture, bird feeders etc. The other great thing about Northgate Park is the wonderful staff. Everyone is very friendly and seem to truly care for the residents. Our mother is very happy there and we are grateful we found a wonderful place for her to live!

The staff are fantastic. They are very caring and look after my mom and dad. They are super responsive if I need to know anything or have any questions. It is expensive but for what my parents are getting it is definitely worth it. I have no complaints and my parents are very happy here - the transition went much smoother than I had expected. We would highly recommend The Willows of Easley to others.

I’m satisfied with the services offered. The staff is helpful, there is a variety of food to choose from. I enjoy the entertainment that is brought in. I love the on site amenities like the library, the beauty shop and movie theater. I‘be been so busy with these things and meeting people that I haven’t taken any excursions on the shuttle yet! This is a great place to reside and my cats love it too.!

Entire staff is very good and compassionate to to my aunt.
