A place where you can feel confident about the care of your loved one. It's a wonderful community with wonderful staff. This community is very friendly and welcoming. They made a difficult experience as pleasant as humanly possible for my loved one and I. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Housekeeping was once a week and was fine. The food is good quality and variety. They also celebrate holidays and special occasions. I've been really happy with the quality of care, facility, and their ability to communicate. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Northgate Park has been a really great place. We really like that it's all on one floor. Our loved one has a sliding glass door to her own little patio, which is nice. The staff has been great. If they see anybody wandering in the hallway looking confused, they'll stop and ask if they need some help. I've witnessed that many times. They offer lots of activities, five or six different things a day. I've eaten the food, which is good. I also like that they have 11 hours of dining opportunities, so the residents aren't restricted to just small little windows of time to eat.

We have enjoyed it so much here. This is why we are here for the second winter in a row. Great people and great staff. I would recommend Acacia Springs to anyone that would want to come to Vegas area.

This was a very nice community. They had helpful staff and the grounds were beautiful. It was more than we wanted to spend, and it was too far from family.

I'm very pleased with Prestige at Mira Loma. We like everything about them - the staff is attentive and compassionate. There are many activities to enjoy and the food is incredibly good for an assisted living facility. I'm very pleased with Prestige at Mira Loma. I would rate all categories a 5. Everything. My father is currently living in Town Village and loves it. Food is amazing and everyone is very nice. I am currently not using their care team but they seem great.

This is a wonderful community. I would highly recommend the community. My loved one passed before being able to move in.

Celebration Village has created a beautiful space for my parents to be independent yet still get the support that they need. The independent-living cottages are gorgeous. My parents haven't had a chance to get involved much, but it looks like there are amazing activities. And they have had good experiences with the people they've met so far.

This was a large community and a good option. It was 100% occupied.

GREAT tour experience with The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. The only reason we did not go with this facility was because of the further location and the availability of rooms at the time we were looking. Other than that I think this is a great place, if it were me I would move here myself in a heartbeat!

This place has an amazing location and a fantastic Executive Director! They have done over a million dollars in renovations and the people seem very friendly! So much is included for the money! The best place for seniors in Mandarin!

My loved ones are comfortable, safe and have the support that they need. It's a nice safe community. It's very conveniently located, to shopping, and etc.. It's perfect at meeting the needs of a population that needs help. They love the food. We picked this community It offered the most amenities, and it was a nicer building. I would recommend to other families.

They are wonderful. They have plenty of activities. We picked this community because,of the closeness from my home, my other sibling is caretakeer, and was familiar with the community. It was a good fit for my loved one. They are very conscientious of my loved one and things that are going on. They communicate with the family, and keep us well informed. They are always acomodating. The employees alll the way down to the aides are extremely nice. They are very concerned about the residents.

It's been an excellent experience for my mom. She loves it here, has made a ton of friends fast. The staff is excellent!

Service is not great, takes an hour or more to get food and many times you never end up getting all your items even after asking several times. They seem short staffed. Food taste is satisfactory but the service is not great. Other than the dining issues we are VERY happy with Town Village. Glad we chose this one

We are very happy w/Brookdale!!They are very good w/the residents needs. We are very happy w/the in person health care & therapy that she can receive right on site!! Her apartment is very nice & spacious for her. Their food is very good!! We feel that she is very safe here & we do not have to worry anymore.

Inspirations and their staff provided excellent care for my mom for the last year of her life. She was very feisty, and the stall was very patent with her. I truly thank them for going above and beyond my expectations.

We chose Northgate Park because of the activities offered. They are way more programmed, thoughtful based off residents needs etc. It is also staffed for success. They staff for being able to provide what they say that they do. The units are awesome, you can do studio or 1 bedroom units with patios overlooking an open green space. I love the green space and walking path. The set up is great. They have on site medical care that comes twice a week, so we do not have to take her off site. They do PT, OT, primary care, etc. and that is super convenient. They even have banking and convenient store on site. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they made the whole move in process smooth. They really put their money into the residents. It is a nice and clean place and the value for the money is great for what they offer. It is a bigger facility so it can be easier to get lost. I would recommend Northgate Park to other families looking.

The staff is super helpful, polite, and welcoming! Residents are very kind, sweet, and memorable. I love it here. I always come in and leave with a smile on my face from the impactful connections that are made everyday.

The views from. Brookdale Lake Shore Drive are amazing. The park, Lake Michigan, Belmont Harbor, Diversey Harbor and the skyline! The dining experience is amazing! Great variety, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings!
