The staff was extremely supportive of my mother and our family, especially in the last two weeks of Mom's life. We were very happy with our choice of The Ranch Estates.

Inspirations was a great experience! My loved one enjoyed her time there, and the staff were extremely helpful. They accommodated her needs, particularly around physical therapy and extending her stay. Can't say enough good things.

Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The only thing I would love is a log of visitors to the concerned family members for safety. By them being at their age they think everyone is sweet. Everything else is GREAT.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all requests. Housekeeping cleans all units once a week and the facility is always clean. They are great with all visitors. The meals are very good, better than expected. I would definitely recommend The Residence at Bethel Park to friends and family. It's a great place and all of the residents love it.

Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care is an overall great place. The residents are very friendly. And the facility is beautiful and well kept.

This place is great and my loved one really likes it here! I highly recommend it!

Brookdale Springs is a really clean community and the staff members are very friendly, along with the other residents. Overall compared to other communities in the area the value is good - and the rooms are bigger. The meals overall are good, but sometimes our loved one has to have a meal delivered and when its delivered it tends to be cold. When it comes to activities they have the same activity or two day after day after day so it would be nice for them to have different varieties. However we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The place is fantastic, and they come in and clean daily. My brother likes the food, and they have a lot of good choices. The value for the money, has met my expectations. [name removed] was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. They have been very proactive and upfront. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Overall, our experience has been good here. My dad says this is his home now, he's been saying that since right after we moved him into this facility. We definitely believe that this facility was our best value and choice. My dad is doing Palliative care here and the Nurse Practitioner has been incredible, she has regular visits with my dad. The Care Connection Nurse is phenomenal, she sees dad about once a week. PT and OT are okay, not bad but not excellent. They're just doing their thing. As far as staff ratings, the only staff that I would rate below a 5 would be the Aides. I would rate the Aides at a 3. But the Dining staff (several of the dining staff are exceptionally friendly), LPNs, Maintenance, Laundry, and Housekeeping I would rate all at a 5. We have had some challenges with housekeeping due to staff shortages. They clean dad's room once a week, but it's hard to get any other cleaning done outside of that (ie: if he has an accident). But staff outside of housekeeping has stepped in several times to help clean those messes, otherwise we do it ourselves. Dad loves the homemade soup, but some meals he doesn't care for. As far as activities, dad doesn't participate in many. But I see a bunch of them going on when I visit. Dad enjoys the Ice Cream Socials on Sundays, he really loves those. He also enjoys the Faith Based activities and services. The Faith Based activities and services were definitely a huge deciding factor for us when we chose this facility. Another huge deciding factor was the outdoor area. They've allowed dad to plant some things on his patio for gardening, which he enjoys. They also have a nice, large walking track that circles the whole facility for the residents to use. Medication management in the mornings and evenings have been a challenge for us. A lot of times they seem to come very early in the morning and late in the evening, those seem to be driven by staff schedules. It would be great if they could better accommodate dad's sleep schedule with those. However, the daytime medication management is great and on time. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends, I wouldn't hesitate at all.

Very pleased with the Willows. Everyone very attentive & kind. My brother is very comfortable there. I appreciate A Place for Mom for helping me. The staff communication with the family is good when we have questions about our loved one.

Town Village is a very nice facility. The staff is welcoming and the services are great. Many different activities are available and the food is good.

Very friendly staff as well as the residents. This is an older facility, but the size of apartments rivals anything else in town for the price. The location is central to anything they would need, there is transportation for shopping and doctors. There always seems to be something going on for activities to engage in. The only complaint I have heard my mom mention is the food service hasn't been that great. The management is aware there has been some problems and they are doing their best to correct it. Overall, Sedgwick Plaza has been wonderful and I would highly recommend it!

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Working with [name removed], Community Relations Director, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions about the staff, and the different levels of care that they provide. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for help with assisted living needs.

I toured with Inspirations of Tempe and this was my 2nd choice. It is a very nice facility, and the individual I met with was very nice, and helpful.

Mom was very nervous about moving (almost resistant to it) but she's thrived since moving in 3 months ago. She's made friends, I don't worry about her diet, and she's told me that it's been a great decision to move there. She loves the people, residents and employees alike. I would definitely recommend The Residence at Whitehall to others looking.

When it became apparent that my mother could safely live in our home, I called "A Place for Mom" I was given great information and put in touch with several facilites near by. Mira Loma immediately stood out. I was near our home and church. [name removed] sent some wonderfully informative emails with videos of the actual living spaces, dining room, and all pertinent information. I went on a tour and was so thrilled to see the facility looked exactly like the videos. I was able to show my somewhat reluctant Mother, what the spaces looked like. She was sold!! [name removed] and her team made the process transparent and accomodating. Everything was done with great respect and compassion. My Mother has now been living at Mira Loma for 1 month. She feels safe and taken care of. She loves the food!! I can rest easy knowing that Mom is OK. Mom rests easy too, knowing that she is safe. we are so blessed to have found this loving place for Mom.

My wife and I have lived here for 4 years. We have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and very accomodating! We have found true frienships with the other residents. Woodhaven provides numerous activities we enjoy. They also have an onsite beautician that is phenomenal. A major plus is the availability of the doctors to visit you onsite.

After having to unexpectantly seek assisted living for our Mom, we landed at Woodhaven Village, and could not be more pleased with our decision. The staff is amazing, and made this transition seamless for all of us, but most importantly our Mom....who was a bit resistant to it in the beginning. They are attentive, and very good at communication with the family. She has settled in nicely, taking full advantage of all that Woodhaven has to offer, including but certainly not limited to, daily exercise programs. Would highly recommend.

Our family had an in-person tour and we really liked what we saw, it seemed like they had a lot of different activities going on and the residents living there seemed pretty content. We had an overall favorable impression based on the tour, but for us the community itself was just a little bit larger.

We had a good tour at Celebration Village Forsyth. Like the other communities we looked at, I thought it was really nice and would have been a suitable place. The place we picked was just a little closer and a little newer.
