My loved one is currently living at Sumter Senior Living and everything has been great! This really is a great facility. The staff at this place are fantastic! The cleanliness and quality of care are great. The meals and activities are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It was a smaller community and they had assistant living and memory care. It was also a community that they have the doors locked at all times. I think all places are over priced!

I apologize for taking so long to submit this. My mom has been in the Expressions program since the beginning of April. She has received superior care. Whenever I visit, she has shown to be well taken care of and all of her needs met. The staff are all consistently cheerful and helpful. They show they are familiar with my mom and her individual case and needs. I have visited and my mom has not wanted to visit me because she was engrossed in a program staff were presenting! My sister, with my assistance, cared for my mom in her home for almost 10 years as her health declined and her dementia worsened, and her needs became more difficult. I feel she is safe at the Expressions program, supported by staff and living well at this stage of her life. Her 93 yr old sister and my cousin visited from out of state and were also very positive about the care she was receiving. Thank you all very much.

Based on what I've seen and experienced when I visit mom, I give everything a 5 except for the meals/dining. Mom complains about long waits and sometimes running out of food options due to shortage of workers. They can't seem to keep chef's there. Everyone really likes the new director (name removed). Lots of activities. I've actually gone to a couple of exercise classes with mom. (name removed) is great! We laugh a lot in there. New activities person seems to be organizing more Friday outings which mom likes. I love that many of the doctors and services are right there at (name removed). Overall, my mom seems very happy. Lots of opportunities to socialize. Her 1 bedroom apt is really nice!

They made the whole process easy. They were flexible with move in dates and really helpful explaining all the different costs associated with moving in. And even after move in, they still are prompt and helpful with any questions.

From the minute we were greeted at the door by [name removed], the Director, we felt at home. She is extremely knowledgeable full of compassion and understanding of our stress level in making this major decision for our father. She was willing to help us find the perfect home for our Dad, even if we didn’t chose The Residence at Bethel Park!! We are happy to say Dad will be joining this beautiful community!

I just wanted to say that [name removed] the activity director has such fun activities for us to do all the time. Whether you want to go out for an evening show or you like playing bingo or crafts. There is so much to do here.

My mother moved into to Acacia Springs in [date removed]. I am so pleased with the administration and the staff at the facility. [name removed] is amazing, any issues or concerns that I had were addressed and resolved immediately. I feel confident that my mother is in caring hands and the caretakers are all amazing, especially [name removed] who works in the evenings. You can tell she genuinely cares like it is her own mother.

My loved one currently resides at The Shores at Clearlake. The food quality is fair. The housekeeping and the staff are great. The quality of care and the activities are great, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured with The Shores at Clearlake and the tour was fine. We were met at the appointed time. And we were not hurried through the facility. Questions were answered as we toured. We didn't have any "we will get back with an answer".

We had an awesome tour experience with Celebration Village Forsyth, they would get 5 plus starts. IOt was a fabulous facility and staff, but it was wayyyyyyyyy too expensive and they also required a covid vaccination which was a no go for us.

I really liked Sedgwick Plaza, they were great! but Mom would have struggled with the elevators and multiple floors. The room size was AMAZING . They also take Medicaid after 2 years which was another huge plus.

This place seemed to have the best balance for those impaired who need to feel as independent as possible. All inclusive: meant I didn't feel nickeled and dimed. Some others appeared cheaper, however with pay-per-meal services or options only on week days, I know my father would have chosen quick things off campus (likely unhealthy) or not eaten regularly at all. On campus activities were limited but they do have them. They will also drive them somewhere on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My Mom is a resident of this facility and we could not be happier with everything that they do for her. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is just unbelievable, the food is amazing! They go beyond every day to make my Mom's day better! I just love this place and love all the staff so much and so does Mom.

I really enjoyed Acadia Springs. The Activities are great. I sing, dance and swim everyday. The food is delicious. They bring in outside entertainment and singers. The fellow residents are kind and friendly.

Very friendly and warm place to live and the bus Driver are very friendly and helpful the staff is very friendly and compassionate as well l love that they have a movie theater and the gym well equipped

In the two years that i have been here, it has felt very much like home. There is so much i like about this place. I like the food! I like how the executive director has an open door policy. I have always felt very comfortable approaching her with any comments or concerns that i may have. I like all the staff a lot too. The maintenance staff is wonderful . They are very responsive, you never feel like you have to pull teeth to get anything done. The drivers are very helpful and patient. Believe it or not, they have an ATM machine on property. It may not seem like a big deal but it is very nice never having to leave the community to get money out. The library is wonderful, i enjoy going in there to read a book. There is always live music in the dining room every Friday. I really enjoy living here. I highly recommend Acacia Springs to anyone who is looking for senior living. There is always so much to do around here.

My mother lives at Town Village Sterling Heights and The Gem Memory Care and is extremely satisfied! The staff is accommodating, friendly and efficient. The residents are also very friendly. The housekeeping is great and very helpful. The food is wonderful - it looks good and tastes even better! I would absolutely recommend this facility to others!

My brothers and I came to tour this facility, not really expecting a “home” atmosphere. Being able to bring her own furniture, pictures for the walls, linens, etc, really helped our mother agree to having a new independent apt ( with help available). Each apt has with their own kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and cabinets. The staff are available 24/7 and are more like friends that are helping. They treat each resident with dignity, passion and respect. They are there to help take out garbage, laundry, making beds, showers, and other daily chores, that residents struggle with. I wished Medicare/Medicaid/insurances would help with the cost and/or would be more compatible to more seniors and their families who need just that little extra level of care, which provides independent living arrangement for the senior that doesn’t want or feel like they are a burden to their families with their care.

My parents are residents at The Ranch Estates of Tucson. Overall, everything has been great for them at this facility. The staff is very friendly! My father says that the food is okay. He really likes the nurses at this facility. The only activity that they have is music class.
