In the two years that i have been here, it has felt very much like home. There is so much i like about this place. I like the food! I like how the executive director has an open door policy. I have always felt very comfortable approaching her with any comments or concerns that i may have. I like all the staff a lot too. The maintenance staff is wonderful . They are very responsive, you never feel like you have to pull teeth to get anything done. The drivers are very helpful and patient. Believe it or not, they have an ATM machine on property. It may not seem like a big deal but it is very nice never having to leave the community to get money out. The library is wonderful, i enjoy going in there to read a book. There is always live music in the dining room every Friday. I really enjoy living here. I highly recommend Acacia Springs to anyone who is looking for senior living. There is always so much to do around here.

My mother lives at Town Village Sterling Heights and The Gem Memory Care and is extremely satisfied! The staff is accommodating, friendly and efficient. The residents are also very friendly. The housekeeping is great and very helpful. The food is wonderful - it looks good and tastes even better! I would absolutely recommend this facility to others!

My brothers and I came to tour this facility, not really expecting a “home” atmosphere. Being able to bring her own furniture, pictures for the walls, linens, etc, really helped our mother agree to having a new independent apt ( with help available). Each apt has with their own kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and cabinets. The staff are available 24/7 and are more like friends that are helping. They treat each resident with dignity, passion and respect. They are there to help take out garbage, laundry, making beds, showers, and other daily chores, that residents struggle with. I wished Medicare/Medicaid/insurances would help with the cost and/or would be more compatible to more seniors and their families who need just that little extra level of care, which provides independent living arrangement for the senior that doesn’t want or feel like they are a burden to their families with their care.

My parents are residents at The Ranch Estates of Tucson. Overall, everything has been great for them at this facility. The staff is very friendly! My father says that the food is okay. He really likes the nurses at this facility. The only activity that they have is music class.

The Brookdale Lake Shore Drive facility was excellent - their attention to detail was really good and the room our loved one had was just gorgeous and super lovely. There was a little deck where the residents could go and plant some flowers and vegetables. That was a really nice touch and they could sit outside and relax. Our one and only complaint was there is just not enough elevators - our loved ones room was way high up and at meal time sometimes you had to wait a long while for an elevator. The staff members were very personable. The restaurant was incredible, the room had a full kitchen. The activities were great for socialization - plenty of opportunity for the residents to interact with one another. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had.

I really like the food here! This is the first senior living that I have lived at, that encourages a well balanced diet that I can enjoy. When I was living on my own, I struggled eating fruit and vegetables as well as eating all 3 meals a day. You can never go wrong with their chicken wings! The management is doing a really good job. The management here actually cares about us.

The thing we like the best is the longevity of the team at the Sheridan. They are a cohesive unit that seems to be on the same page regarding the mission of the community. Ultimately that adds to the quality of care and is very much appreciated. We also like the size of the community. Not too big, not to small; just right.

My family and loved one have enjoyed our experience with the community. The staff have been very helpful and willing to help our loved one when they ask them the same questions 4 million times with no judgement. Everyone in the community is friendly and there are ways for the residents to socialize. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would tell others to talk to the residents of the place when you are touring. Their opinions are extremely important as they are the residents. Review the process for when residents need a different kind of care. They are terrific communicators! Their staff is extremely friendly and excellent overall. They could improve upon activities offered. Many of their activities involve just doing worksheets. They could use some guest presentations and more hands-on crafts.

I feel safe! I feel protected here at Acacia Springs! We all have indoor entry to every apartment, so you never have to go outside when it is dark or the weather is bad! All the doors to the outside are locked at night! So I really do have a feeling of safety and comfort! The entire staff are very friendly, and helpful! They know everyone by name, and greet us with a smile and wishes us all to have a great day every time I see them! There are many activities to choose like swimming, painting, arts & crafts, bingo, card games, line dancing, and more! One of my favorite things to do here is join the Happy Hour Celebration and beautiful piano music during the week! We have self service beer and wine that one can get whenever one pleases! They even have Margarita Monday which is enjoyed by all! My neighbors and the staff are all so friendly and feel like family! I wasn't happy about being uprooted from my old place and it took me awhile to settle in, but now Acacia Springs is home to me!

I think Acacia Springs a great place to live! I love how it is my decision to participate in as much or as little as you want. There are so many different activities that you can do! I personally love participating in the Bingo games myself! They have live music, ceramic class, gardening, dancing, brain games, and exercise classes!

Beach House gets 5 stars across the board. The leadership is exceptionally qualified, creative and warm. They are very personally engaged with each resident and go out of their way to ensure that residents feel like they are in a supportive and caring community.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am of Acacia Springs! They really do have the best staff in town! I can't tell you how many times they have helped me with anything I need!! The food is great and the service is exceptional! Oh, and if you need something fixed, the maintenance team is so quick to help! Me and my dog are very happy campers!

My father spent the last 2 years of his life at Dirigo Pines. My mother-in-law is a current resident. I recommend it very highly! It has an amazing breadth of activities developed on-site, brought in, and trips to local events. The food (as attested to by visiting family) is excellent and varied. The physical structure is well maintained and inviting with many amenities (exercise rooms, library, concert room, billards, etc.), despite having to perform institutional services. The outstanding feature of Dirigo Pines is the STAFF! I found all levels/areas to be friendly, caring, and helpful. They all went above and beyond “the job.” Management was always responsive, timely, and helpful. My father received attentive, compassionate care. The staff treated him as a family member rather than as a resident. The mutual affection they shared was heartwarming. I often felt he would rather spend time with them rather than me! I hope when I need a place it can live up to this staff excellence!

Community has been completely remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful caring staff with high tenure in the community. Dedicated leadership who will go above and beyond for residents and families.

I have been at Acacia Springs for two years now and it has become my home! The people that live here with me, are my friends and family. The staff, if I hand pick them myself, I couldn't have done any better!

I wish I could give this community 10 stars and the moon! I love it here! The entire staff are warm fuzzy people! They are all very caring and happy! Everyone knows your name! I don't know how they do it! I would highly recommend this place!

My name is [name removed] and I am 90 years young. Due to unexpected circumstances, I am now a resident of Augustine Landing. I never expected to live independently at my age. I am fortunate to have found the best place that affords me the things that make me happy. I enjoy having my own apartment and being an active resident of my community. I have been appointed as Ambassador to help new residents get settled in our community. I enjoy the many activities provided here which includes exercise classes, cooking, crafts, bingo, happy hour and much more. I enjoy the luxury of eating my meals in the dining room and walking away to let someone else do the cleaning up. The staff here is very helpful and we are in good hands adding to my comfort. I recommend this kind of living to other Senior citizens.

I have been in the senior living industry for four years. You learn a lot about care and compassion when working with our older citizens. Inspirations of Mount Washington truly has a loving and caring heart. The caregivers love their work and love their residents. I highly recommend them.

We were lucky that [name removed] from Brookdale was standing around while my father in law was getting evaluated by another place. She reached out to me and I'm so thankful. He has dementia and is 91. He's doing fantastic there. Everyone is amazing. Especially [name removed] who coordinates activities. I can't believe how much he's adapted to this place. It feels alive with light, music, activities. All the nurses and assistants are friendly and attentive. [name removed] the head nurse is right on everything. My husband and I are just so happy [name removed] just happened to be there at the right time because we were lost on what to do. Didn't mention we're from California so this wasn't easy . They helped all the way. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone! What more can I say!
