The culture and people within a community were of utmost importance to my parents when they were searching for their home away from home. Access to quality healthcare was also a priority, so we were comforted knowing Iowa City's reputable medical services were nearby. My parents also wanted a place to continue their traditions, like family gatherings. Thanks to your support, we will forever cherish the memories created with family celebrating milestones like my parents' 70th wedding anniversary and [name removed] 90th birthday! From the moment you enter, one feels welcome from [name removed] and the front staff. Grand Living at Bridgewater community has a strong sense of camaraderie, which visitors can easily observe by listening to everyone greeting each other by name! Our family is certainly impressed with the vibrant monthly calendar of activities. Thanks to [name removed], who encourages everyone to be physically active, and the facets team, there is always something to capture my parents’ interest!!

I am currently seeking housing for my elderly parents and did a tour. I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. When it is time to move my parents this is the place. I was very impressed

After bringing my mom to the Residence at Bethel Park I only expected her to live a few months because of depression and failing health. Now several years later she is happy and thriving. Thanks to the staff for everything

My mother enjoys the activities they have scheduled for the residence very much as well as the trips to Walmart, local stores and other areas of interest. She recently had a hospital stay and they've been very good about checking on her bringing her meals up when she needs it, and all in all we are very very pleased with Collier Park and [name removed], and would readily recommend it to anybody. The friendliness of the staff, activities and value for cost receives 5+.

All of them a 5! Let me tell you are… My mom actually hasn't moved in but she did sign the contract and she's paying… She has to sell her house and it hasn't sold yet. They have been so nice to work with us to keep the cost down I just talked with the executive Director yesterday and he's doing all he can to make it happen… They are truly amazing there! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Portside to other families!

My loved one was a resident at Sumter Senior Living. The staff was great at this facility. They were always willing to answer any questions that I had. The only problem, I would say, is that they're short staffed. The move in process is great Monday-Friday, but don't try to move in on the weekend. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

We’re so glad that our mom moved into the Summit of Winter Garden. She was very nervous to leave her home but everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. She had been spending so much time by herself and was lonely. Now she has friends and is going to all different activities and on outings. She was even able to bring her dog with her. It’s great to see her so happy.

I needed to make a rather quick decision to move my mom from assisted living to memory care, and I was feeling overwhelmed. The staff at The Highlands were wonderful at helping me navigate the move. I felt she received excellent, compassionate care there.

I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was unlike other facilities I researched. Very open, clean , modern more like a hotel or being on a cruise. From the beginning the staff was very friendly and helpful and even 4 months later and under new management the staff is still fantastic . Questions are answered promptly . Dad feels very much a part of the community because they realize how involved he has to be to have a happy life there. Family just visited a few weeks ago and everybody had to agree it's the best place to be.

The person who works at the front desk or manager in office has always been attentive to any questions and also responding to any requests or needs in caring for my dad. Augustine Landing has been a blessing for dad. Relief of some worries on me as his care giver as he ages. The studio dad is in is small so had to minimize his furniture, but being he does not move around very well, small is good and working out

Very clean, nice community of residents, great food, good staffing at all levels. Highly recommend.was looking for a residence where my brother would be comfortable in the environment, be able to connect with others and have activity options available to him. I believe we made the right choice.

My daughter and I have found everyone that we've dealt with at The Highlands to be very transparent and friendly. Even anxious, in a nice way, to meet our aunt. I believe that my aunt has been happy with the staff in regards to any repairs that need to be done. She has spoken kindly about the young man who cleans her apartment. I haven't had any real need to communicate with anyone since my aunt moved in. She's very capable of communicating with anyone. I have eaten lunch there several times and the food was delicious! Much better than I would expect. (I'm not sure what I expected, but I'd eat there everyday!) They have a number of activities available for the residents. Once my aunt got situated, she has enjoyed: musical performances, plays, animals, and is now participating in a special horticultural therapy program at the Coastal Botanical Gardens. We are thrilled for her. My aunt seems to have developed a relationship with the chef and his staff and they look out for her and some of her quirky food sensitivities. I would definitely recommend The Highlands to others.

My friend is currently a resident at Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma and her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are also great. The staff has been really helpful. The meals are okay, but the food is rather bland and boring. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I love this place! 1. Overall experience is very good. They have had their issues with hurricane repairs but have been repairing with the least disturbance to the residents 2. Cleanliness they have a regular cleaning crew and also maintenance crew on staff. Usually always very clean. 3. Friendliness all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family 4.Quality of care is very good. Most of the time they have ample aides to care for residents 5.Food. They have vey good meals with two choices at each meal and an extra menu of sandwiches if you choose. They also have a bistro with drinks and snacks available all day. 6.Activities Something different goes on every day. They play Bingo, Show Me the Money, word games, Bunco, and others. They have gardens that the residents attend to. They have bus outings to shows and meals. They have a men's club and allow the men to build things. They show nightly movies in their theater room. They bake cookies together. They have meetings on what they like or don't like for meals. So much more to add. 7.Value for your money. Almost everything is included in rent including cable and internet. You would only pay for a phone if you need one. Plenty of nursing staff 24 hours a day. Exercise room and therapy on property. Free rides to medical appointments within 10 miles. Weekly trips for groceries and shopping. Ice cream socials, entertainment brought in for Wined Down Wednesday and other occasions. Too much to add

We picked this community, because of the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. And the grounds were great to see via virtual tour/ phone and in person. They are caring, Reliable people in a nicely updated community building. The community is a perfect size and offers what you want and you chose what to participate in. This place looks to be very well cared for and updated regularly. The food was also very well received by my family member. The dining area is nice and open and there is wonderful variety in the menu. The people working here actually do feel like family members. They have a job to focus on but also clearly care about the residences. The residents appear to be a nice wide range or people and personalities that make it welcoming.

I rate every category a 5. Brookdale Peoria is a very clean and safe facility for a loved one. The staff have been very responsive and supportive. I would recommend Brookdale Peoria to others looking.

We picked this community, because of the friendliness of staff and value for the money. It's the best place in Memphis, especially for the money. I would recommend to other families, and I already have.

Sumter has been pretty great so far. Everyone is very kind and helpful for the most part. I am often worried about "bothering" people with questions or requests based on precious experiences with other places in the healthcare world in Florida and everyone at Sumter typically answer any questions right away. Once in a while I might have an issue with someone not returning a call, often that is because there are so many different people who do different things that I am not quite sure who I am supposed to be asking. But other than that the nursing for my dad and the staff in general are great. Meals and dining are lower scores because the variety is limited and it seems like their servers are short staffed. But the servers are always nice. I would recommend it to others.

Staff and residents are very friendly. Many opportunities to socialize based on the resident.I would recommend. The best endorsement I can share is I popped by to visit my Dad the other day and he was showered, shaved and dressed nice to go down to dinner. This last year he has been existing but now I feel like he is living again. We picked this community because, it felt more homey but still spacious.

I am currently a resident at Celebration Village Acworth. Everyone here at this facility has been very helpful and available. The meals are wonderful. I've especially enjoyed all of the activities that are available to the residents here. The housekeeping and the maintenance staff are both very helpful and quickly available. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!
