I spent part of a day in meeting and reviewing the facilities and it was such a pleasant visit. The staff was very engaging with all of the residences, and each staff member knew each residence by name and had something personal to say to each one of them. The facility was spotless and bright. This is certainly a home that I could live in.

Park Rose has been great! It's a beautiful place. The meals are delicious! I chose this place because of the discount rate of $2000 they were offering but I'm happy with my choice.I do wish they encouraged activities more. They talked about a buddy program but never did it.

When visiting Rivertown Ridge for a family member, the team at the property was very warm and professional. They made me feel at ease and took the time to show me around the beautiful community as they answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Rivertown Ridge for your loved one.

The staff and occupants are always so nice when I visit. They keep it very clean and well organized. The onsite restaurant is a great addition as well as experience. I look forward to my next visit every time.

All 5 stars. They do seem to deliver what they promise, and Mom has been doing fine there. I don't worry between visits that she's neglected or mistreated at all.

My loved one is a current resident at Northgate Park and things have been great for her. Communication with the family is great. I would definitely recommend Northgate Park to others.

It's a great setting for seniors right on Lake Michigan and adjacent to Lincoln Park. The staff are super friendly and the residents seem to genuinely enjoy life. I would highly recommend this community.

this is a very good place to stay. The staff and residents her are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. The actives here are very nice. There is porker, Bingo and the game left, right, center. and many other things to do. On Thursday they always have happy hour

Highly recommend Atrium for the same reason we picked it. Picked Atrium because it provides my Mother with the independence she needs.

Unfortunately, my significant other passed, but the short time he was there, he was very happy. The staff always was great when I was visiting & were great in helping me find people to move his belongings. It was a wonderful place.

It's was very clean, everyone was extremely friendly. Residents were truly happy. They worked their butt off to get discounts for my mom to be able to move in there. The apartments are very spacious. I thought about moving mom into my house and me moving into the apartment. It's truly that nice.

Living here is great because it feels like family and lots of security living here. People and staff so nice. I enjoy it here. I have lived here for 5 years and it’s a great place to live.

The Ranch was great! It's a very nicely laid out two -story building with a large dining room and a theater and other various rooms for activities. It also has a memory care in the same building. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were referred there by two other families and knew another resident. All were very complimentary and we were delighted to find this place.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. We would absolutely recommend the Brookdale Springs Mesa community to other families. What has made it such a a great experience so far is the helpfulness of their staff team as well as the meals that are prepared! The facility is also beautiful!

For 30 days from mid-October through mid-November of 2023, my wife and I were given the opportunity to contract for a one-month stay at Brookdale Lake Shore Drive. We appreciated this opportunity to experience the atmosphere, amenities, and beautiful lakefront location of this premier retirement community! While we had no immediate need to move from our Oregon home, I am age 80 and have health conditions that might make it impractical to continue here in our single-family house. To that end, we wanted to proactively familiarize ourselves with one of the highest rated retirement communities in Chicago, where we used to live. We stayed in a 2-bedroom independent living unit. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and competent, and especially relied on the 24-hour concierge folks. The residents (who represented a wide range of physical mobility) were friendly, and many went out of their way to express appreciation for the care at Brookdale. With a full month of Brookdale dining.

There are a lot of senior living communities out there but few are as unique and welcoming as Brookdale Lake Shore Drive. Residents have a chance to see Lake Michigan from every apartment or simply stroll across the street to enjoy Lincoln Park. On-site staff is present 24 hours a day so our residents have peace of mind that there is always someone available. It's a great place and definitely worth checking out.
