This community seemed very dark and old. It was not the feel that I was looking for when it came to my loved one.

The staff were very pleasant and really accommodating for about the first 30 days. The medical care home health that is contracted with the community was a separate charge, we were told they were Johnny on the spot, and that they would come all the time and that was not the case. They did not meet the expectations, and over committed. The dining service was inconsistent, and the house keeping was not very good either. We would not be able to recommend them.

The director was not very good at communication or follow ups with the families. They had a tremendous amount of staff turnover which resulted in poor care, poor activities and poor everything. One of our loved ones get contract covid at the facility and ultimately we had to pull them out.

Very disappointed. No communication with tenants, unbelievably long wait for issues to be resolved, if ever. Doors to laundry room too hard for an old person to open. Washing machines and dryer in unit industrial size for me to reach, have torn my rotator cuff and pulled muscles from reaching both appliances. And food is barely edible! Not what I was promised. Some of this has nothing to do with covid-19, just poor management.

Do not send your loved one here for memory care. The staff Is so poorly trained that they cannot provide quality care for residents who have dementia or other memory issues. The place is deceptively beautiful and they have a World Class chef but the amenities only serve to mask the sub-standard care.

Very upset with recent move in, I believe he took items from my room. I have reported to management and they have done nothing about it.

Don't Go Here. My in-laws lived there for a year. When they first moved in it was nice. Over the year they continued to lose staff. When Covid-19 hit they did not lockdown. They did not initially follow the recommendation and it swept through the building. My mother in law passed away from Covid-19 and my father in law is still recovering.

It is a beautiful place but very lacking in cleanliness and in nutrition. So sad how much the facility has gone down in the past year. I am hoping they wake up before everyone has moved. Several residents have moved stating poor food is the main reason they have moved.

The community was kept clean. I think the staff could have been a little more concerned with the well being of the residents than they are. I didn't participate in the activities, however I understand that they did offer some. I did not feel that The Arbors Of Gulf Breeze was a good value for the price and I thought it was much too expensive.

[Date removed] My mother has been here and the care has been really great when she first moved in but sense a new company purchased the facility things have turn for the not so good with the food. They did replaced the carpet in the hallways and the furniture in the dining room, and also recently internet in all the rooms but, seasoned staff was let go in the kitchen. Now the quality of the meals and service has taking a terrible turn for the worst. They served vegetable soup one day and the green beans were whole, they didn't even cut them into smaller pieces, the same for the under cooked cauliflower and over cooked chicken. Assisted living facilities needs quality food controls, some new tenants are now looking for new places to go since they feel they were mislead from the food pictures on their website. Also, recently my mother has been experiencing theft in her room, all the employees have keys to the rooms. It's a real shame... If the food quality issues and theft was corrected my rating would be 4 stars. My advice is to walk around a facility and speak with the tenants when evaluating facilities for your love ones.

Seems outdated and the tour was a sales job!

Food is awful. Management is not responsive to residents.

Looks like a nursing home that was turned into an assisted living facility. There was no one there prepared for my visit, but the nurse on duty walked me around the facility. I didn’t see any rooms and didn’t receive pricing or other data. I was given business cards and asked to call the office M-F during business hours.

I am so frustrated with their phone service. Continual phone issues where I cannot get in contact with my in laws or the front desk! They are going to have a BIG problem if they do t get this resolved. Not safe for the residents!

I took a tour at Prestige, and it seemed like a nice community, but I felt that it had a cold feeling about it, and it was so big. I knew my loved one would feel like a fish out of water here, and it wouldn't be a good fit.

This place has assisted living as well as memory care. When you first walk in, where the assisted living area is, it’s nice. But when you walk into the back where the memory care is, it’s just depressing. The cleanliness was okay, it looked like it was kept up with, but the residents in the memory care looked like they were drugged and only slightly functional

The kitchen/wait staff are overworked and underpaid. The carpeting in the hallways is filthy! We used to like this place until we looked at other facilities.

A week ago I mailed you a card saying our food was improving. Today I heard the chef has been fired for spending too much. He did buy better quality when he could! You should always do a blind test unknown to the management. Appearance is all with these investment places.

seniors sleeping in lobby area. seemed dark and gloomy with a lot of seniors in poor health. Beat competitor's pricing but seemed too desperate to get us to sign the contract. Went elsewhere.
