Beautiful facility, very good food. We had a misunderstanding as to what transportation is provided. My mother feels "trapped" in her own words as in her home she was able to get around to places much more easily (and cheaply!)

I had a good tour of this community. It was a good experience. Unfortunately it wasn't what we were looking for. The rooms they showed me were smaller than we would like. Also their rates were a bit expensive for our budget. It was a decent tour, but not the place for father.

The cleanliness of the community could be a little better. When i took a tour of this place the guide provided me with a proper tour of the whole community. He gave me all the information regarding the amenities and the activities that are offered. The staff met along the tour were nice and attentive.

Our tour of this community was okay. I wasn't very impressed with this community. The rent was higher here than the other place we were looking at. The apartment was smaller than we would like. The building looks like an institution, which we didn't like. It didn't really have a homey feel to it. The parking was bad and you had to walk far to get to the building. This just wasn't the community for us.

Overall I'am satisfied with this community, but there are things they need to improve on. The community looks great, they do a good job with keeping the community and grounds well maintained. There are nice activities offered, everyday there is something going on for the residents. They do serve well balanced meals, and have a good variety of foods too choose from. This is a community I would recommend.

Beach House Naples is a new community with very little residents. Some of the staff was nice. I felt that some of the staff weren't going the extra mile to help my father out or understand him. The set up of his room was not working very well for him and the staff wouldn't explain to him why it was set up that way. The money spent was not worth the services they provided. It's a clean and well up-kept community.

The employees work short-handed constantly, putting the residents at a big safety risk. Also some PCAs are rude and tendencies to bully and intimidate elderly residents. The same PCAs call in sick too often with no precautions.

At first glance, I liked it. Bright and engaging atmosphere....residents seemed busy and involved. Beautiful parklike grounds for walking. However this facility is not accredited, and their rates fluctuate with “supply and demand”.....what???

The highlands was okay. However what I did not like about it is that 2 of the 3 CNA or careworkers were on dinner break at the same time. The third careworker was working with other patients and there was a patient in distress with no one to help them. This turned me off completely. This will not be a place for my Dad and I can not trust someone to be around if he is in crisis.

I was extremely unhappy there. The meals I got weren't good, the things that were suppose to be cold were hot and vice versa. It was just marginal food anyways, in my opinion. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Not enough car service available for residents depending on them. Chief left recently and quality of food below expectations. Showers are dangerous in some units for elderly people. Should all be Changed out, [removed] ready to happen. No major event for the Fourth of July. Only an hour and a half picnic middle of day. Very upsetting. Again not up to spend or expectations. Very sad.

I toured here when I was looking into options. I wasn't very impressed with them. Nothing specific, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Small studio alcove apartment. Rather worn and tired surroundings, for example carpet in common areas needed cleaning or replacing. I just didn't click with the atmosphere here.

Has an abundance of amenities and I love that some of the seniors were on their way to shop as I arrived!! Stephanie was great. Explained everything really well. The store, ran by the residents...great idea. It was just soooo large. The hallways seemed extra long, however the elevators were close Will more than likely revisit b4 final decision is made. .

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. In terms of the facility itself this seemed like a nice place, the apartments had a nice spacious set up. However my loved one was not confident they'd be able to provide an appropriate level of care.

Reviewed the material and had a tour on 10/22/14. A very clean and attractive place, but the apartment setting/environment is not our favorite facility. The two bedroom apartment of 800 sq. Ft. is very small for the price - 3,000 - 3,200 per month.

The last several months things have been going downhill Prices are going up and service going down.

My mother just moved in. I had a couple of meals with her there and waited over an hour to be served anything. My mother has walked out two of the last three mornings for lack of service. The problems discussed by previous reviewers still exist. If you pay for two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and they cannot serve you then how do you get refund or credit for services not rendered? In addition, after putting down a deposit late last year on a unit, we were not told about the legionella outbreak until we moved in. Common courtesy would dictate that The facility is lovely. Someone needs to exert some leadership to fix.

The facility looks beautiful. Front desk is friendly to family. Mom was promised a freshly painted apartment which she did not receive. The two walls that were painted were a mess, completed unprofessionally. The laundry facilities are questionable. We were told that new washers and dryers were being installed. She has lived there for over a month and they are still in the boxes in the hallway. Food portions , although served restaurant style are very small. Mom says she can wait for over a half hour to even get her order in. She has thoroughly enjoyed the activities though and housekeeping dept has been great. It's a nice size apt and I like that we can add on assisted living services as needed and she does not have to move to another part of the building like many other places we toured

Nice, but an independent living community. Not enough meals come in the package so by the time you add meals, pill management, bathing services, etc. it makes it expensive. Rooms were large and airy with lots of windows. Good activities program. No doctors visit the site. I would have to keep track of ordering his perscriptions and making sure they were delivered.
