I have no complaints of how my tour went of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions my husband and I had for them in detail. They had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate as well as other great amenities. Overall it was a great place and I would recommend them to anyone.

Liked this facility very much. However, the issue of taking the dog out twice a day would be an added expense as I don't think my mom could do that on her own at this time.

This community was a strong second for us. We liked the staff we met. They did offer a nice deal. They seem to offer a lot of nice amenities. They have nurses on staff. While we liked this community the community we chose was closer to family.

This community looked a little dated when we visited, however it did look clean. We liked the activities they offer. This community seemed to lean more towards independent living and we were looking for assisted living. I have recommended to people to take a look at this community to see if it would work for them.

This community is working out well so far for my friend. The caregivers are taking good care of him. The food is good and they do keep the community well taken care of. He has started to participate in some of the daily activities. I would recommend this community.

This community has some good things about it, and some bad things. No place is perfect, but this is a nice community. I'am younger compared to the other residents, so I'am still adjusting with that. They have nice patios, and they provide transportation. So far things are working out well for me in this community, and I would recommend it.

I'am pleased with my fathers move to this community. He is comfortable, and in good hands. They keep the facility very clean, everything looks great when I visit. The meals are nice, and they have a good variety to choose from. The staff is super friendly. This community is working out well for us, and I would recommend it.

My uncle is doing well with his move to this community. We as a family are comfortable with all they have done for us. He is safe, and in good hands. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

This community offers a continental breakfast and either lunch or dinner. We were looking for a community that offered three meals a day. The community looked clean and the staff we met during our tour were nice.

This has the atmosphere of being a luxury apartment complex, which is nice. The residents seemed active and involved and the staff attentive. The common areas are impressive and the residents' needs were heeded when they decided against turning a large area into a movie theater and created a workout room and library. The rooms were spacious. The casitas are great, too.

The building itself is nicely decorated, bright, clean and well maintained. Easy for residents of all abilities to get around. The staff is warm, friendly, and takes the time to chat with residents and their visitors. There are many activity options offered and plenty of spaces to socialize even though I did not see these areas being utilized by the residents. This could have been because of the time of day I toured (immediately after lunch ). My mother loves to sit and read outside. The only thing that would have made this complex a better home for her is if there was an option of sitting on a screened in porch vs. sitting outside in the open air.

My loved one's stay is going well so far at Brookdale! The facility is very nice. The staff are kind and take great care of my loved one. I have no complaints!

Very good tour of this community

I have no complaints with how things are going for myself since I made the move into this community. The staff have all been friendly and made sure to be attentive to my needs as well accommodate any of my needs. I am impressed that we get throughout the day and they have an awesome activity program for all of us residents to enjoy throughout the day.

Met with [Removed]; very nice person. This would be a fairly close location to where I live. The grounds are very well kept and the interiors seemed nice and clean. The one bedroom I looked at was spacious with a nice view. They are replacing balcony rails currently. I would want to double back once I've narrowed down my choices so I could see more and also check out the food.

One of the newest facilities in the area. Closest to [Removed], with easy and quick commute to get there. Single bedroom can support a queen bed and the rest of [Removed] bedroom furniture. Living area can support two recliners and widescreen TV on current credenza. has a small counter area at table height easy for a chair or wheel chair or motorized scooter to pull up to for eating, etc. best place suited for [Removed]. Corner unit has extra light in bedroom. Good current incentives, including waving second person fee, reduced community fee, moving allowance.

Town Village was the only one that had a pool from the places and, I toured. It was a very nice place, and also a little bit more pricy. The only thing that did not impress me was that there was no parking for guests. It's a huge place with a lot of units, and very nice but they had zero parking.

On our tour we got to see this community and they were much smaller than we had hoped for. This was the second choice but ended up picking something bigger.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to take there time with our visit and answer any questions we had for them. They had a well maintained building with a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. They just did not have the care that my mother required in the end decision.

We had a tour of Brookdale Lake Shore Drive. It was a good tour and everyone was very friendly. The facility was clean and maintained well, but we liked another Brookdale a little bit better.
