My parents are in the retirement side and at first the apartment had some issues but once I told the staff they were right on top of fixing the issues. The cook recently quit so the meals have been horrid. They have pictures of meals for the day and have soup available all day. My parents have the option to eat 2 meals they offer. My mom has developed friends and feel part of the community but not ready for activities yet. They recently got robbed, the police are working on the issue and getting it resolved but there have been no other issues with housekeeping.

We were impressed with the property and felt like Mom would be treated like family if she were able to afford living here. The family felt like it was a bit farther away from them and from her doctors and hospital.

We really did like this community and the people. The staffed seemed to be very accommodating and helpful. We liked the community and what they had to offer we just thought that there were a few places a bit more elegant then here.

My mother likes it here at this community, and everything has worked out very well for her since her move here. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us, and I know she is being cared for very well. I like the staff, they have been very thoughtful and helpful. There are activities available for her when she ready to participate. I'am comfortable with her move to this community, it is a good , safe place. This is a community I would highly recommend.

Prestige Assisted Living was my first choice, but when I had a stroke I had to find another community that fit my needs better. This community is very nice, clean and well maintained. I had multiple meals here and the food was good. My friend lives in this community and his room is nice but much smaller and older than I was looking for. Overall it's a great community.

My tour of this community went very well, and I was very impressed. My tour guide was very sweet and informative. It is a very nice place with kind people. My only issue was that this is only a memory care facility. If my father improved, like we knew he would, we would have to move him to other community for assisted living. They were great with their follow up's. Everyone was very kind to my family and I.

[Removed] is a fountain of information. She reviewed my longterm health care policy with me free of charge. Very knowledgeable.

The lady was super nice over here. I just felt that the grounds were very small and kind of tight. The people there were nice and there were residents out and doing things. It did feel newer, cleaner and hipper, but we really wanted a bigger community for mom.

Dad is very happy here and is adjusting really well. The apartment is clean and close to everything that he needs. That was a major concern for him was to be near everything. They really need to change the carpet it is just horrible and it smells. The food is okay, not outstanding, but he has not had a bad meal.

The care is going well for my mom. They keep a clean and organized community. In the memory section they have caregivers who do a very good job monitoring my mom. I have had no problems. My mom likes the meals, the staff help monitor her diet and have put fruits our for her. I would recommend this community.

[Removed] was not able to answer all my questions, although she tried to get them.Did not see much activitity there. Where were all the residents? Rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. Didn't get to see all models in which I was interested. Tubs not safe for elderly. Meal schedule does not meet my lifestyle. I was treated very well.

The Sheridan of Lakewood Ranch is one of the best, if not, the best ALF in the Manatee/Sarasota county area. After previewing many facilities, The Sheridan had more pluses than most any of the other facilities. From the lovely upscale entertaining/common rooms and dining room, to the generously sized and outfitted apartments, to the wonderfully friendly and competent staff, to the great food selections, especially on Friday during happy hour. Most all activities and crafts are offered, with on going upgrades as wants and desires from the residents change. Also available is "on site" PT and OT in the work out rooms. All together, it makes The Sheridan a great pick for a forever home for a senior loved one or someone who has needs beyond "in home" care. I was shown all of the great amenities at the Sheridan, by Hope Owens, who took the majority of my worries about placing a person here, away. She took such care and time, making me understand that this was home for my loved one and that they would care for them as I did. Kudos to all who were involved in helping me make a difficult choice much easier.

I have no complaints about the tour of Willows of Easley. The community was very well maintained and all the bedrooms looked spotless. The building offered a wide variety of amenities as well as many different beautiful features. I would absolutely recommend this place

The staff was very observant and I was impressed with the way they were so prompt at answering any questions that I had. The staff is knowledgeable and all needs would definitely be taken care of if this was the place that I chose for my loved ones.

So far everything has worked out very well for me here. I'am happy with my move to this community. The staff is kind and very helpful. The community is very well maintained, everything looks great. They offer nice activities and good food. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for me.

My parents are doing very well here at this community. They really like it here, and I'am pleased. It is a lovely community, they do a very good job with making sure everything is nice and clean. They have a very nice staff here. There are activities available, they've tired the water aerobics. They are happy here. It is a community I would recommend.

The Parkrose Estates Retirement Community is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of activities for the residents. My mom really enjoyed the activities offered. There was a variety of great food options for her to choose from.

Large busy place with many activities. Maybe too busy for PB? Therapy on site. Perfect location for him. Excellent apt, includes fridge, lake view. Still must know how care is provided in assisted living. Details. Clinic on site in morning. Food seems very good. So, still not sure this is the place.
