The staff are super warm and you get to know them well. The community is very clean and it is fun to visit here. The meals are great from what we tasted, it has flavor and provides variety. My parents have not yet tried outings because the bus just got it back from repairs. We like to sit in the courtyard, it's beautiful and safe. It feels like your outside but it is within the community. The staff are very good but they could be a little more prompt. My dad tries to take care of mom when it takes too long when using the push the button.

This community was okay. I really have nothing bad to say about it, but I also have nothing nice to say about it. The people were friendly and accommodating. The community was clean. It was just not a good fit for me.

Beautiful facility, staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Brought back pictures and information to my mom. She immediately said no due to the distance away. She preferred the senior apartments that I also toured. So at this point I think it depends most on her recovery. If she can gain enough independence, or not.

We had the opportunity to stay at Brookdale Lakeshore for one week while settling in a relative. Brookdale gave us a lovely room at no charge. We were quite happy with everything we saw and experienced. Staff were excellent and responsive. We had the opportunity to have all 3 meals at the restaurant and all were good. We were happy with the variety of dishes on the menu and our relative has been there 6 weeks now and has no complaints. She particularly enjoys breakfast. We were impressed with all the activities and things to do at Brookdale. Someone living there has so many options we cannot see them being bored. They also are very helpful with arranging transportation and have a van that they use to take people shopping. Although we are not ready for independent living we came away thinking that "we could live here". We appreciated all the help from Brookdale staff in settling in our relative. Everyone knows your name the day you arrive!

We toured this community when looking for my mother. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. The reason why we didn't choose them is because it was too small with many residents and felt crowded.

I toured this community for the care of my father. The staff is nice and professional. They were able to inform me of all the options offered. The menu was nice. They had a nice active list to choose for good care for a loved one. They do charge for extra services that we would have to look for that might be unexpected.

The Brookdale Springs Mesa has been a positive experience for my mother so far. The place is clean and the apartment she is in is comfortable for her. She is happy with the melas that they provide and is really enjoying all of the activities.

Very busy place. Still have some unanswered questions, since I had to leave before the full tour was over. Pool is a nice feature. Very accommodating of family visits.

This community was our first choice. It is a brand new community and I did not see a lot of people when I waked around. The place we chose is a little closer to us. I think once they fill up more it will be a good community. The people I did meet were nice and knowledgable.

This is a pleasant community, and my tour of it went very well. The community from what I saw looked great. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything went very well, but it was too expensive for my budget.

This community is very nice and very clean from what I can see. The rooms are double the size of any other rooms that I saw and that is a bonus. My only issue is that when I walked in to take the tour and was walking around I did not see any staff there at all. I thought that was strange. Just because my mom would need assistance from time to time.

I liked the Brookdale Northbrook. I was a nice place and everyone was very friendly while I was on my tour. They seemed to be more willing to provide assisted living than other places.

My mother in law loves it here at this community. Everything has worked out very well for her since her move here. It is a very nice place, and we are comfortable with her move here. They have a good staff, and they are great at what they do. They have activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. The meals could use some improvement. Overall we know is she in a good place, and she is safe. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for my family.

This community was our second choice. The people we met during the tour were above friendly and helpful. The community seemed clean. They allow small pets and they offer daily activities.

The rooms/apartments are very good. The kitchenette doesn't really need a stove, but it's really nice to see. The 7am to 7pm dining is something else, very nice surprise. Other places only offer set times, and that's it. The exterior is not exactly the most inviting, but we live inside, that's what matters most.

This is a nice community. We were hoping mom would have been able to do a respite stay here but the do not offer a secure unit for memory care. They have people come in to perform for the residents. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

The people we met at this community were nice. This community was larger than we were looking for as there would have been more walking involved. The community seemed clean.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. I do not live in the same state as them, but from what I have heard they are happy at this community. My tour and the people I talked to while I was there, was very kind and pleasant. Overall so far everything is working out pretty well for my parent at this community.
