One of the newest facilities in the area. Closest to [Removed], with easy and quick commute to get there. Single bedroom can support a queen bed and the rest of [Removed] bedroom furniture. Living area can support two recliners and widescreen TV on current credenza. has a small counter area at table height easy for a chair or wheel chair or motorized scooter to pull up to for eating, etc. best place suited for [Removed]. Corner unit has extra light in bedroom. Good current incentives, including waving second person fee, reduced community fee, moving allowance.

Town Village was the only one that had a pool from the places and, I toured. It was a very nice place, and also a little bit more pricy. The only thing that did not impress me was that there was no parking for guests. It's a huge place with a lot of units, and very nice but they had zero parking.

On our tour we got to see this community and they were much smaller than we had hoped for. This was the second choice but ended up picking something bigger.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to take there time with our visit and answer any questions we had for them. They had a well maintained building with a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. They just did not have the care that my mother required in the end decision.

We had a tour of Brookdale Lake Shore Drive. It was a good tour and everyone was very friendly. The facility was clean and maintained well, but we liked another Brookdale a little bit better.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for myself. All of the staff where very friendly and made sure to give me lots of great information about there community. They had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate through as well as friendly residents. It was just not in my budget to live at this place.

My mom toured this community for her to move into. She liked the staff that was nice to her and answered. This community has a lot to offer with the great menu and the list of activities that are offered. We wanted a differing room that was not available. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one for the value and care that is offered.

My mother is doing much better with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care at this facility. We are pleased with all they have done for us. They have a great staff at this community. They have been very caring, and welcoming. They really work well with the families of the residents. This is community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

I took a tour of Brookdale Springs Mesa. The facility was clean in maintained well. When we arrived, the tour guide was on time and ready to gives us information. It was a good experience but not the best for fit my loved one at the moment.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. So far things are moving in the right direction. A place for mom was very helpful with referring us to this community.

On my tour I got to see the community and thought they were fine. I had seen a room that was to far for my mom to walk to the dining room. The facility has long hallways with elevators. It is a good community but I was looking for a place with an easy walking layout. I had a good tour and they were all good just not the right fit.

When I toured Brookdale Lake Shore Drive, I also thought it was a nice place. Every community that I toured had its pros and cons. The staff was very friendly. The tour guide that took me around was very knowledgeable and friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

This looked like a nice community when we took our tour. The people we met were nice. They do have a separate dining room for residents with memory issues. This is on the second floor and we did not feel this would work for my parents. They did give us a nice gift basket after our tour.

Everything has been going really great for my mom so far at this community. The staff have all been wonderful and they have made sure to be accommodating to my moms needs as best as possible to make her comfortable in her new living environment. She has enjoyed her meals and dinning experience as well participating in many of the activities throughout the week with the other residents. We are pleased with our choice of this place and would recommend it to anyone.

I feel that the lunches are very good, but the dinners need to be improved with more of a variety at dinner. This is a good value for the care. They have a lot of great activities and good music. She has made friends and that is helpful. This is a family environment and I feel welcome.

We thought my mom was ready for a community lifestyle but she felt it was not for her. I would recommend them for their services. The community is beautifully maintained and the food is good. The people working there were wonderful, accommodating, and understanding.
