The facility is a beautiful one. It is always kept clean. The staff is great and the quality of care is excellent. The food however, is not very good at this facility. Apparently, it is tasteless and bland. They should also have more activities to keep the residents active and engaged.

I think that they could probably improve on keeping their floors a little bit cleaner. Also I definitely think that all of the staff members working at the Brookdale Springs Mesa could be a little more attentive.

The facility is beautiful and always kept immaculate. The staff is wonderful and they are very caring and compassionate. There could be more activities for the residents to keep active. The food could also be less bland.

I like it but I'm not in the area. She chose it because of the location. She likes the food, she says it's really great. The cooking is like what her mom used to make. There have been no billing issues that I know of. The activities director has been very sweet, she has gone out of her way to keep an eye out on mom's transition, and lets me know how things are going. I liked it when I went there, and so far I think it's going okay.

The program for assisted living is excellent at Brookdale Lake Shore Drive. It is exceptional. It has been a good experience at this facility overall.

We are really happy with Atria Shorehaven. The staff give really good attention there. They have a full schedule of activities although my mom is past the point of participating. I have no complaints about this facility. Mom is happy here.

At Parkrose Estates Retirement Community I am especially pleased with their security. The staff know who's in the building. They know what residents are or are not coming down to dine. The food does not always have a consistent level quality. For instance today mom wasn't feeling well and could have done with a light soup. They serve a lot of cream soups. Mom does pick and choose and she does get out to eat sometimes. I would just like to see some food consistency improve. Overall it has been a very good experience. I have recommended it to several people.

We toured the facility during an open house after renovations. The general feeling was upbeat, and the residents were enjoying the various activities and food. The rooms we were shown were immaculate and well appointed.

The first time she went was great. I brought her back though, and instead of them talking to me about what they are going to charge, they were telling her all these charges and she felt like they just wanted her money. Other than that it was okay, I just wish they would have talked to me about any extra charges. But It was a nice place, which is why I took her back.

I mostly happy with Windward Palms. The only thing that we hear anything about is that the food is not good. Mom says the residents do like it at all. I personally am very happy. The place is very nice. The staff there is fabulous, they are extremely friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Mom is happy as a clam. They take mom to the doctor which is helpful. On the weekends there is not much going on but most of the time she is pretty busy. Mom is an active person and does seem to get bored on the weekends. Overall we are very happy with things here.

It has been a very positive experience. My mother is really happy there. She has been enjoying getting her meals and they have been good quality meals too. Also, she is eating well there and is very healthy.

When we moved my mother in they were very accommodating, anything we needed they helped us out with. The staff seems very helpful and friendly. The food could probably be of better quality with more choices.

Although Camellia at Deerwood is only able to provide a very limited scope of care they do an excellent job with what they DO provide. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly, and the assistance they provide to the residents is good. However they are not equipped to handle any sort of high level care, and they cannot provide medication on an as-needed basis (they provide daily medications or nothing at all).

Very clean place, great surroundings. Activities are good, but could use a few more on the weekends as they are more quiet. My Mom lives there and really enjoys visits from the local pre-school that often sings or does an activity together. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and its very soothing to know someone is at the front desk 24/7

They have been extremely helpful. The people who run it are enthusiastic and have a lot of energy. The location of the Brookdale Peoria is good. The food seems to be good. The cleanliness and friendliness is excellent. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it has been a very good experience. I would recommend the Brookdale to anyone. I am very pleased with the services. Four Stars.

My mother has been living there and it's gone well, however, I wish they would communicate better with family members that live out of town on how residents are doing whether it be through technology, a phone call, a letter, anything; that's probably my only complaint with Brookdale Peoria.

Once my dad adjusted to his new surroundings things settled down and got much better. This time of adjustment was challenging and we managed to get everything I.e. dining, laundry, assisted activities on a schedule that worked. We are now looking forward to the future and a better lifestyle for dad in a safe surrounding and activities to keep him occupied.

Nice facility. Very friendly staff, tiny efficiency/kitchenette. Mom needed to have a full kitchen.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we are very pleased with Town Village! The place is very nice, the facilities are very attractive and well kept, and they are currently updating both the interior and exterior of the community. The people here are wonderful, everyone is very friendly, including both the staff and the other residents! My loved one has had a few complaints about the food, but they've been very accommodating! The chef actually came out to meet her and ask her what sort of things she liked. She gave him a recipe book with some things she likes and he said that he'd try and work a few of them in when it was possible! They've also got a good variety of activities and events, and Mom has already met a few people as she gets settled in. Overall it is a friendly, vibrant senior living community, and we're very pleased with it.

Overall I think they do a good job at Elmcroft of Mount Washington, for the level of care that they are able to provide. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and organized. However, I do think they need to be a bit more in-deoth with their evaluation procedures. They evaluated my loved one and told us it would be fine, but it became clear within a week that he was more than they are typically able to handle. However they were very accommodating, and tried hard to make things work.
