I really enjoyed my tour of this community. It is a nice community with kind people. My tour went well, and everyone was very kind. The community looked good, everything looked nice, and well maintained. It is a brand new facility, so everything looks great. Everyone was very kind too my family, and I. It was a good experience.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for myself. All of the staff where very friendly and made sure to give me lots of great information about there community. They had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate through as well as friendly residents. It was just not in my budget to live at this place.

My mom toured this community for her to move into. She liked the staff that was nice to her and answered. This community has a lot to offer with the great menu and the list of activities that are offered. We wanted a differing room that was not available. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one for the value and care that is offered.

My mother is doing much better with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care at this facility. We are pleased with all they have done for us. They have a great staff at this community. They have been very caring, and welcoming. They really work well with the families of the residents. This is community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

I took a tour of Brookdale Springs Mesa. The facility was clean in maintained well. When we arrived, the tour guide was on time and ready to gives us information. It was a good experience but not the best for fit my loved one at the moment.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. So far things are moving in the right direction. A place for mom was very helpful with referring us to this community.

I would recommend this community so far because we have had a good experience with them. I am sure every place has its hiccups, but the staff here are very friendly for the most part. The facility is clean and I hope things continue to go well.

On my tour I got to see the community and thought they were fine. I had seen a room that was to far for my mom to walk to the dining room. The facility has long hallways with elevators. It is a good community but I was looking for a place with an easy walking layout. I had a good tour and they were all good just not the right fit.

When I toured Brookdale Lake Shore Drive, I also thought it was a nice place. Every community that I toured had its pros and cons. The staff was very friendly. The tour guide that took me around was very knowledgeable and friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

This looked like a nice community when we took our tour. The people we met were nice. They do have a separate dining room for residents with memory issues. This is on the second floor and we did not feel this would work for my parents. They did give us a nice gift basket after our tour.

I'am really enjoying my time here at this community. Everything is working our very well, and I'am pleased with my move to this community. It is a well-kept community, they do a great job with the cleanliness. The staff is very kind, and friendly. It has been a great experience.

Everything has been going really great for my mom so far at this community. The staff have all been wonderful and they have made sure to be accommodating to my moms needs as best as possible to make her comfortable in her new living environment. She has enjoyed her meals and dinning experience as well participating in many of the activities throughout the week with the other residents. We are pleased with our choice of this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Mom really likes this community and the staff. They have been really good with her and she has gotten used to the people. We really like the people. They provide good care to my mom. The community is clean and neat.

I like the care here for my mom. I know that it clean and maintain. The staff is very caring. This is mostly for residents needing less care. This is for an independent living. I feel that the lunches are very good, but the dinners need to be improved with more of a variety at dinner. This is a good value for the care. They have a lot of great activities and good music. She has made friends and that is helpful. This is a family environment and I feel welcome.

We thought my mom was ready for a community lifestyle but she felt it was not for her. I would recommend them for their services. The community is beautifully maintained and the food is good. The people working there were wonderful, accommodating, and understanding.

The staff are super warm and you get to know them well. The community is very clean and it is fun to visit here. The meals are great from what we tasted, it has flavor and provides variety. My parents have not yet tried outings because the bus just got it back from repairs. We like to sit in the courtyard, it's beautiful and safe. It feels like your outside but it is within the community. The staff are very good but they could be a little more prompt. My dad tries to take care of mom when it takes too long when using the push the button.

This community was okay. I really have nothing bad to say about it, but I also have nothing nice to say about it. The people were friendly and accommodating. The community was clean. It was just not a good fit for me.

Beautiful facility, staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Brought back pictures and information to my mom. She immediately said no due to the distance away. She preferred the senior apartments that I also toured. So at this point I think it depends most on her recovery. If she can gain enough independence, or not.

We had the opportunity to stay at Brookdale Lakeshore for one week while settling in a relative. Brookdale gave us a lovely room at no charge. We were quite happy with everything we saw and experienced. Staff were excellent and responsive. We had the opportunity to have all 3 meals at the restaurant and all were good. We were happy with the variety of dishes on the menu and our relative has been there 6 weeks now and has no complaints. She particularly enjoys breakfast. We were impressed with all the activities and things to do at Brookdale. Someone living there has so many options we cannot see them being bored. They also are very helpful with arranging transportation and have a van that they use to take people shopping. Although we are not ready for independent living we came away thinking that "we could live here". We appreciated all the help from Brookdale staff in settling in our relative. Everyone knows your name the day you arrive!

We toured this community when looking for my mother. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. The reason why we didn't choose them is because it was too small with many residents and felt crowded.
