We toured the facility during an open house after renovations. The general feeling was upbeat, and the residents were enjoying the various activities and food. The rooms we were shown were immaculate and well appointed.

The first time she went was great. I brought her back though, and instead of them talking to me about what they are going to charge, they were telling her all these charges and she felt like they just wanted her money. Other than that it was okay, I just wish they would have talked to me about any extra charges. But It was a nice place, which is why I took her back.

I mostly happy with Windward Palms. The only thing that we hear anything about is that the food is not good. Mom says the residents do like it at all. I personally am very happy. The place is very nice. The staff there is fabulous, they are extremely friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Mom is happy as a clam. They take mom to the doctor which is helpful. On the weekends there is not much going on but most of the time she is pretty busy. Mom is an active person and does seem to get bored on the weekends. Overall we are very happy with things here.

It has been a very positive experience. My mother is really happy there. She has been enjoying getting her meals and they have been good quality meals too. Also, she is eating well there and is very healthy.

When we moved my mother in they were very accommodating, anything we needed they helped us out with. The staff seems very helpful and friendly. The food could probably be of better quality with more choices.

Although Camellia at Deerwood is only able to provide a very limited scope of care they do an excellent job with what they DO provide. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly, and the assistance they provide to the residents is good. However they are not equipped to handle any sort of high level care, and they cannot provide medication on an as-needed basis (they provide daily medications or nothing at all).

Very clean place, great surroundings. Activities are good, but could use a few more on the weekends as they are more quiet. My Mom lives there and really enjoys visits from the local pre-school that often sings or does an activity together. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and its very soothing to know someone is at the front desk 24/7

They have been extremely helpful. The people who run it are enthusiastic and have a lot of energy. The location of the Brookdale Peoria is good. The food seems to be good. The cleanliness and friendliness is excellent. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it has been a very good experience. I would recommend the Brookdale to anyone. I am very pleased with the services. Four Stars.

My mother has been living there and it's gone well, however, I wish they would communicate better with family members that live out of town on how residents are doing whether it be through technology, a phone call, a letter, anything; that's probably my only complaint with Brookdale Peoria.

Once my dad adjusted to his new surroundings things settled down and got much better. This time of adjustment was challenging and we managed to get everything I.e. dining, laundry, assisted activities on a schedule that worked. We are now looking forward to the future and a better lifestyle for dad in a safe surrounding and activities to keep him occupied.

Nice facility. Very friendly staff, tiny efficiency/kitchenette. Mom needed to have a full kitchen.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we are very pleased with Town Village! The place is very nice, the facilities are very attractive and well kept, and they are currently updating both the interior and exterior of the community. The people here are wonderful, everyone is very friendly, including both the staff and the other residents! My loved one has had a few complaints about the food, but they've been very accommodating! The chef actually came out to meet her and ask her what sort of things she liked. She gave him a recipe book with some things she likes and he said that he'd try and work a few of them in when it was possible! They've also got a good variety of activities and events, and Mom has already met a few people as she gets settled in. Overall it is a friendly, vibrant senior living community, and we're very pleased with it.

Overall I think they do a good job at Elmcroft of Mount Washington, for the level of care that they are able to provide. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and organized. However, I do think they need to be a bit more in-deoth with their evaluation procedures. They evaluated my loved one and told us it would be fine, but it became clear within a week that he was more than they are typically able to handle. However they were very accommodating, and tried hard to make things work.

I had a positive experience with the Town Village Tulsa. They are very helpful. The staff and residents are very friendly. It is a nice atmosphere. They have fun activities. The value is also pretty good.

My father is staying at Brookdale Peoria and things are going good. They have his meds going good. They keep his room and the whole place very nice and clean. The meals, activities, staff, etc., are all very good. Dad really likes it there.

We moved here about a month or so ago and very nice. The apartments are nice and big and kept up to date. The food is good but could be more portions. The staff is great but they could use some more help definitely under staff.

We are very pleased with the services and care provided thus far. There is one obstacle that we are tying to overcome regarding the forms for VA for Veterans Spousal Pension. Windward will only provide their "in house" form outlining the care they provide & will not complete the simpler form requested by the VA. This has caused a delay in processing and if not resolved would create a need for us to move my mom elsewhere due to costs if the forms cannot be submitted to VA using what Windward has provided. It seems like a simple request but it has been refused on two occasions. (Once with daughter of resident and once with VA benefits coordinator assigned to the case)

The staff is wonderful and caring. Everyone is friendly, and it's clean. I would recommend Prestige Assisted Living At Mirna Loma. Residents appeared to be happy and very proud of there facility.

We placed mom here a couple of years ago. This was convenient for the family to get to. We liked the dining room and they were big and clean. They had changed ownership and have done improvements since we have been there.

They are extremely friendly, have great activities, good at putting people together when your new to make friends easier, nice apartment sizes, they include a security wrist band which was needed one day when gram fell into the closet, food is good but rotate same meals so residents get bored with the food so they have made multiple changes by bringing in ethnic foods, new silverware, the menu has good variety. They have replaced the carpet with new and have put in new hard wood floors. Bathrooms were spacious but not well equipped in the tub/shower area as the seats are in the corners when they should be placed in the center more to people who really need to sit while showering. She did not like the girls that help out as they were not reliable and sometimes did not show up at all. They place new people together in the dining area every night to meet new people.
