It's a clean place, and the staff is friendly. It took about a week to get a work order for a light bulb to be changed. So maintenance has been a little slow. The linen service is prompt and they do a good job. There are some nice activities there. They do have transportation available for appointments. The food I would give a four, we were very impressed when we ate there at first. Though we have had a meal that was just okay. I feel like they have a good variety of menus and salad bar. It looks good to me.

On the whole it has satisfied my needs.

We weren't here very long, my loved one passed away shortly after we moved in. It did seem very clean when we were there, and I don't think that we ever had any concern over lack of care, or anything like that. I think they did a good job.

Hospitality model. Luxurious for independent living. Similar to Horizon Bay in that they people requiring nursing care will not be able to stay. Has a Memory Care unit, but again, cannot offer nursing services.

My 94 year old father is in here. He loves his new home, and I am very happy with it. They have many activities and you can be as active as you want to be. Love the friendliness of all the people and staff. Great place to live

Very good so far. There were a few things that disappointed. I felt that they would have seen her a little bit more. I know they are a Independent living community but it is small and she has Dementia. A little less helpful than I though it would have been. I am quite Happy overall with everything else. Worth the value

We looked here as we were touring. It was a very nice place. I think it was just way to big for my mom. She really didn't need so much space, and would have been a little overwhelmed I think. It's very nice, and the people are nice, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

The thing I would most commend Elmcroft of Tempe for is that they were extremely compassionate about our situation, and at many levels everyone has been exceptional in the transition. They were trying to be there for me in every way they could. I think their food is just so-so. Although I admit my dad can be a real picky eater. I went to fifteen different places and investigated them intently, analyzing them on a spreadsheet, and I have to say, Elmcroft really stood out and stepped up for me.

Our loved one was only here for a brief time, but overall I think they did a good job at Sedgwick Plaza. It was a nice looking, well kept place, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They are worth a look if you are looking into senior care in the area!

A friendly and caring staff

Things have gone well at Town Village! It's a nice looking, clean place, and everyone here seems very friendly. The only issue we've had so far is that the maintenance staff can be a bit slow responding to issues or requests. But overall it is a nice place, and we would recommend it to those looking in the area.

The Brookdale Peoria is a great place. It has some areas that need improvement, but overall, I would say, it's a great place. Location is convenient and staff is friendly and caring. Place is well kept and clean. Overall, we are happy with the facility and services.

I've been extremely happy with Sterling House. My mom is adjusting well. Staff is very friendly, very responsive, and caring. My mom's personal care assistant is very patient and attentive. The facility is very clean, and well maintained. Any minor concerns we've ever had, they tend to them immediately to resolve any issues. Overall I'm satisfied with the services, and I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The building was beautiful and the apartments seem lovely and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of activities and amenities to keep seniors fit. Heck, I want to move in and I'm not yet 40! My only complaint is that some of the social rooms seemed small, but I missed the movie theater which looks big in the picture.

So far things have gone very well at Sedgwick Plaza. They've done a great job looking after my loved one. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they really make an effort to get to know the personalities and needs of each resident as an individual.

My father was only here for nine days before he broke his leg and had to go into rehab, but I am hopeful that it will be a place he can enjoy once he gets settled in and gets to stay. It is a smaller community, only about 50 residents, and it is very homey. I like that you walk in the front door and you feel like you're walking into someone's home. He gets a lot of attention from the staff, who are very caring. I am excited for him to get back here, I really think it will be the best fit for him in the long run.

They seem to do pretty well so far. I liked the rooms they had the best out of the other places that we saw, it seemed like an apartment more than a room, and I liked that it wasn't a huge complex to walk around in. The people that worked there were really nice, and it seemed to be a good value for what we saw.

Originally I think that they mis-assessed her. She was confused initially and there just wasn't enough staff in the assisted living side. They would come when she called, but she needed to be a lot more self sufficient. It was quite nice, but they had other people to look after. They did keep me notified of when and why. Getting her in was a miracle, they were able to get her in very quickly. They are good about activities in the Alzheimer's section, the food is pretty good. They keep it pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. All in all it's a pretty good place.
