My love one had a short experience in this community. Unfortunately this was not the right fit for him, and his needs. We didn't have any problems, and have any complaints. The experience went well, but overall just not the right fit for my love one.

My wife has adjusted well to moving here. She seems to be doing fine. The staff is wonderful we have good communication between each other. They are friendly and attentive. The community is clean and well maintained and the food seems to be good. My wife likes going out front and sitting on the porch.

This is a brand new community and it looks beautiful. The community is in a good location and is close to a lot of stores. They have an exercise room, pool room and a movie theater room. I think this community would be worth taking a look at.

What I saw on my tour was very nice. I felt it was *too big* for my mother and she would've felt lost. Loved the pool, though!

My love one is well here in this community. I do feel comfortable with their move to this community. He is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they are good at what they do. The community is well-kept, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities for the residents. This is a community I would recommend overall, it is working out well for us.

The tour we took at Heritage Oaks was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and answered the questions that we had. It is a large community and we were looking for a smaller community for my mom.

This looked like a clean community when we visited. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. They seem to offer some nice activities. They offer transportation for the residents. They have an enclosed courtyard.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this place for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. They had a very clean property with lots of great amenities for all of the residents. If my mom ends up needing more than what home health care can provide she will move into this community.

This is an extremely nice looking community. The people we met during our tour were friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to offer some nice activities and amenities. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

I really love it and I have been very very pleased. It is a good fit and I have no complaints in the Independent side. The food is wonderful and they do anything to be receptive to anything or changes that one would like. Saturdays they we have a special dinner and wine. The transportation does not take you far. If you need personal care or room services, I find it quite high for the price. I am really enjoying the people, they are really nice. All the staff are very, very pleasant and welcomed. I was able to fit in right away. My apartment is nice and there is a pool too.

Here at the Sedgwick Plaza, it is as good as it can get for apartment living. It is a very clean and inviting establishment. My main focus right now is the lack of parking spaces for this community is ridiculous! There are not enough reserved parking for the residents. The manager here is great! I told her the next time I cannot find a parking space I am going to park my car and bring in the keys for the staff to go and find a space for my car and she said that is exactly what I should do. There are plenty of activities in and outside of the community for the residents to participate in. The food is pretty good for institutional. food. There is a good variety of food to choose from. My spouse and I have a very nice apartment, it is well suited for our needs. Although I wish the water pressure was better.

My sister loves the community and my dad likes the community too. I have nothing terrible to say and I would recommend them. It looks very nice and it is huge. We picked this community because they have some younger residents which is a good environment for my sister.

This community was nice when we visited. The person that took us on tour was very nice. This community seems to offer some nice amenities. This community offers assisted living as well as independent living and we were looking for a more independent only community.

Overall it was a nice visit was just not the right fit for mom in the end decision.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. The staff we met was friendly, and our questions were answered. The experience went well, but my in law was not ready to make to the move at the time we toured.

They had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate as well as other great amenities. Overall it was a great place and I would recommend them to anyone.

Liked this facility very much. However, the issue of taking the dog out twice a day would be an added expense as I don't think my mom could do that on her own at this time.

This community was a strong second for us. We liked the staff we met. They did offer a nice deal. They seem to offer a lot of nice amenities. They have nurses on staff. While we liked this community the community we chose was closer to family.
