Generations, LLC

We have lived here less than a month - far too soon to rate CherryWood. But soar all has gone smoothly including several minor repairs and maintenance issues. We chose a cottage so have not used many of the services yet.

I consider them a very high five. My mom loves it there, and they treat her with respect. She is having a lot of fun. They made the transition very easy for her. She really likes the facilities, and the way they cater to her beliefs, as it is religious based. This was hands down our first choice, we knew when we walked in that it was right for us.

My mother is doing well with her move into Carmel Village. The community looks great, its very clean. The staff is excellent and helpful with everything. There are good activities for the residents. My mother enjoys the food and I've tired it myself and it is very good.This is a nice community that I will look into when I get older. I would recommend this community, our experience has been a good one.

My parents have not moved in yet, but we were very impressed with the facilities. Jaime was a great help and very willing to work with our needs. My parents were very impressed with all the activities. I'm looking forward to having my parents in San Diego.

I like how kind the caregivers are. They're really nice. The food is good as well. My parents love the food. The price could be better. I pay over $10,000 for both of my parents to be there. But the services they provide is all worth it. They help them with getting dressed and showers.

So far it's been great! I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is wonderful. She isn't crazy about the food, she likes it to be a little spicier, but it's not bad by any means. Their maintenance team has been amazing. The activities are good. We were a little reserved about the location, but once you are on the campus it's lovely, I think they keep the prices reasonable that way. They have nurses and occupational therapists that come to her door like a house call, it's wonderful.

Brookdale Sunrise Creek was very good. The value was fine. They did really good all the way around. The staff was wonderful and tried very hard. I would give them a gold star.

I am great with Paradise Village. They are taking good care of mom. I am very pleased with everything there so far. I have no complaints. They have plenty of activities. So far so good.

At Carmel Village at Clovis the staff is very friendly. They are very attentive to the community members. They are very willing to help the family with family nights where you get to discuss all that is going on at the facility. I would like to see them install video camera's for security purposes. Overall it has been a good experience.

The facility is beautiful at Paradise Village. The staff are very very friendly. It is a big place and can be confusing. The previous facility she was in was a little more cozy. They have a lot of activities offered here. I think she is going to be happy here. One of my only concerns is one of the residents mentioned that some of the valuables have disappeared. She told me to be sure that moms valuables aren't kept there. That is the only thing that I would mention that is concerning. We have not experienced that personally yet and I hope not to. The way they handle business here is very good. I am really pleased with everything so far.

Paradise Village is an absolutely wonderful place. Mom is having a hard time settling in though. She is in independent living right now and is on the waiting list for assisted living. It's been a real hard transition for her. She really needs assisted living. But the facility itself is wonderful. It is a really friendly atmosphere at this facility and you can tell the residents love living there.

Paradise Village is a beautiful complex. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The residents are genuinely happy. I'm particularly impressed with their Club Paradise exercise facility. The selection of daily exercise classes are excellent. Paradise goes out of its way to provide even the smallest things that make a difference in a Seniors life.

At Somerset Lodge people have been very friendly to us and mom. I think the gals that give mom her medicine are just excellent. She does not enjoy taking her medicine so it really helps that they are so caring and nice.They are extremely helpful here.

They were able to get him in and I thought it was a godsend because we needed someone real fast and they got him in fast and took really good care of him and I have no issues at all with the facility

They are doing fantastic. They have made my mom really comfortable. They are informative and always in touch with me, there isn't anything that will pass them by, they know every detail. Communication is outstanding.

I absolutely love this place. My dad has just blossomed since he's been there. The care is superb. I know my father is safe. I have no worries about him at all. The CherryWood Village is a great place.

I'm not an expert on the topic of assisted/independent living locations so I used my people and restaurant observing skills. At Somerset Lodge the residents I spoke with were positive about there experiences and recommend it. Communications lines between the employees and residents are very open too. The meals are served with care and with the goal of pleasing those having the meals. There is some diversity in residents being from different parts of the world. Also, there are those who choose to dress up and others who chose to be casual dressers. And those in between. There are some residents bilingual with accents. Others who are English speaking only. Activity Director is putting events together and makes an effort to engage residents. I recommend giving Somerset Lodge a good look.

Clean environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food excellent. Would highly recommend.

There is not enough good I can say about this place one year ago my grandma and my grandpa before he died and lived here. My grandma ever since has lived here and loves it here and does not want to move anytime soon.
