After our first visit, this one is definately on the list for mom to visit. Very nice facility with a number of different living areas and a wide range of activities. I like the idea of mom being able to spend a night there to meet some people and experience the community more directly.

The Carmel Village at Clovis Senior Living was a very nice place. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming but the place was more expensive than other places I was looking into. I had 2 days to move my mother into a home and this place charged a 3000 move in fee versus other places that only charged 1000.

Excellent tour, fantastic community, great staff, the amenities are outstanding and the price is the best I've seen. My mother will take advantage of the special by moving in on the 31st. Great pick!

I am happ with the care that is being receiving here. The staff is caring and it always attentive to the needs she is needing. The meals seem to be good. She is offered the activities. She is sometimes confused by being. I would recommend this community for other family members for the care of there loved one.

I went on a very quick and brief tour of the CherryWood Village. I thought it was a very big community. It was clean and the staff there seemed very nice. Meal plans and activities were discussed with the tour guide. The guide was very knowledgeable about what the community had to offer and was very courteous.

Paradise Village was a nice clean community. The staff was very informative. The guide explained to us the meal plans and activities they offer. Unfortunately, it was a lock down unit and this didn't work for my loved one. The community offered complimentary transportation and had many more amenities available.

My mom has lived at CherryWood for about 2 weeks and I have to say the staff are very friendly. They do not use a computerized system and occasionally there have been some miscommunication issues. Since moving into the community my mom has gone from independent living to assisted living as she did not feel comfortable in some aspects of independent living. We have noticed that the toilets are bit low and we are currently looking into finding a raised seat. Since moving to assisted living she is looking forward to participating in the activities offered.

It's a very comfortable welcoming place. The staff is very kind to my aunt. Overall, I think it's a very, very well run, great organization.

The facility and the grounds here are very nice and well kept. As far as I can tell, it is always clean and seems to be well maintained. The apartments are pretty nice and there are plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy.

Some of the staff at Somerset Lodge were much more attentive than others. A lot of them were good but some were not. When we first moved my grandma there we were told this would be her last move. Then grandma got to where she would not be be able to eat on her own and we had to move her out. I think we were told what we wanted to hear just to get her moved in there. I was pretty upset about that. The call bell sometimes took 5-30 minutes for anyone to attend to her. She fell in the middle of the night and it took them a while to get there. They were definitely under staffed. I don't want to give all negative feedback because there was some good there too.

My mom stayed there but decided to go somewhere else. We have had a hard time getting money but supposedly the check is in the mail.

I have been pretty satisfied with the place so far. I think that they need to hire more care-givers though. The food is good and there are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. I have been happy with it.

My 92 year old aunt moved into Paradise Village Assistant living in August 2015. She loves living at Paradise Village. The staff and residents are friendly, the food is good, she is enjoying the daily activities, she loves her room and roommate.

The experience with Carmel Village at Clovis has been very good. All the people we have met there have been very friendly and helpful. The staff is always smiling and says hello when we go in. They got to know my parents on a first name basis very soon after they settled in. They feel right at home and are very well cared for.

They are very friendly. Everything is nice and clean. It has a beautiful garden view from the rooms. Nice walking path. They seem to be responsive if you have any needs that need to be taken care of. The serving staff are very accommodating and very friendly. My experience at the Somerset Lodge has been very positive. My loved one is very happy here. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place.

My mother moved into a really nice brand new apartment in Paradise Village and it is very well done and quite lovely. Everyone there has been very friendly and quite helpful. My only complaint is that when we ate dinner with mom there, there were a few gnats swarming around the kitchen and the food. Nothing major, but enough to be a little disturbing to me. They said they were working to get rid of them. Other than that everything has been great.

Pleased so far with staff, seems attentive and feels like a good place for patient. Wish they were a little more technology up to date so that better communication with family. Would like to get an electronic email of monthly activities .

They are doing an adequate job. The food was pretty bad in the beginning, but has gotten a lot better recently, after much complaining. They have a good gym, and I appreciate that. They have some classes we are interested in. I would give them a B.

At Emeritus at Sunrise Creek, they were all very helpful with my dad. They were very concerned, and really cared. I had no issues at all.
