Facility was very nice. The patient centric culture came through very clearly with all of the staff. Emphasis was clearly on comfort and care of residents. Facility felt comfortable ‘ homey. [name removed] was exceptional. She was the difference.

We did an in person tour with Carriage Court and we were only able to see the units but not the common areas. It is a fancy, upscale facility. The units were very nice and had granite counter tops. It was just too expensive for what we were looking for.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is just amazing. There are lots of activities to do and the food is very good. Communication between the staff and our family is very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

Our virtual tour experience was during covid, so it was hard to tell and get a good feel for the community. However the follow ups were great, they were more then willing to answer all of our questions. They do not take medicaid which was a big deal for us, but they are still willing to accommodate our needs and are still very helpful.

[names removed] were wonderful to work with and showed great compassion and concern for my dad's health care needs.

We chose Heritage Woods because they accept medicaid and also it is very close to my home. My mom and dad have a 1 bedroom and it is adequate for what they need. The staff have been really good with communication, they have a family app that they use where they upload pictures and you get PDFs on what was going on as things were changing. Their doctor that comes in has been wonderful with response time, if I have concerns she calls or emails back right away. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

Heritage Woods in Minooka has been so amazing on accommodating my Mom. [names removed] has been very pleasant, assertive and knowledgeable. I feel very confident on my choice for my Mom to call Heritage Woods her new home. Thank you girls for helping me make this all possible for my Mom!!

What a beautiful place. [name removed] gave me and Dad a wonderful comprehensive and happy tour. We will put West Park Place at the top of our list.

It is expensive. If you want a nice, clean, attentive community to have your loved one for memory care this is the place to go. The staff is wonderful. They are receptive to questions or concerns.

The community is secure and the staff is very friendly, they have a senior care manager you can add to your fees that can help with medication etc. I would recommend this community to others.

I am very impressed with the quality of professional, patient and gentle care my parents daily receive since they moved into Heritage Woods. This is especially impressive since they moved in during the COVID-19 pandemic. My parents adjusted well and enjoy the staff as well as the extra amenities such as laundry and meal service. Once things "return to normal", they will definitely appreciate even more of the wonderful services and amenities! I appreciate the technology available to send photographs to be printed and delivered, plus the ability to Zoom. My parents absolutely enjoy the photos and Zoom conversations, too. I have also appreciated the good communication and quick feedback regarding questions and requests I have. The genuinely friendly staff is more than willing to go above and beyond for my parents care and happiness. My parents feel safe and are content. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Heritage Woods!

We chose Heritage Woods of Manteno because it was a lot nicer than the others options we were looking into. The room sizes here are sufficient for her needs. She has had no complaints about the food that they serve. For most of her stay here she has lock down so we haven't gotten to experience everything but overall I would still recommend.

We chose Cambridge House of Maryville because it was recommended to us through family members, they said that it was a well-managed facility. The room sizes here are good, but I do think the kitchen could use some more space. Overall, it is a small community and everyone gets along well here. I would and have recommended for the deaf community. I do think they need an interpreter here to help with communication, that would be very helpful.

Staff is good about introducing themselves. Make you feel like they are family and part of family. Facility clean. There are activities.

Great place!

I have already referred friends to take their elderly loved ones there. The community keeps my loved one active. They are really good with her. If it is an activity, they take my loved one down for the activity. They always keep great communication with the family.

My Mother has resided at West Park Place for almost three years and we are all very satisfied with the support, cleanliness, food quality and community care offered.
