It is a great place for your loved one. I feel she is safe and secure. The food is good. My mom has made some new friends. They have done a good job with Covid-19. It is hard not to be able to visit my mom. It is a hard situation.

Spoke with [name removed] and she was AMAZING! Everyone there was extremely friendly (they all wanted to talk on our virtual tour). Most staff I spoke with have been there for well over 10 years. [Name removed] dropped information off to my house so I would have it to read over. She also brought a welcome gift. Definitely a five star rating.

Both the staff and the residents at Lacey Creek are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good, I would like to see more fresh options. There is limited outdoor space. Location was great for us. The fact that they are Supportive Living and my mom can spend down and go onto Medicaid while remaining at the community was a big factor for us. It is a very nice place. We were looking forward to the socialization of her being able to share meals and activities with friends. Now with the quarantine they are all in their rooms which is hard. I hope this is over soon.

My mother in law [name removed] was in the Keepsake area and the staff was excellent. [Names removed] and all the staff was fantastic. They took care of her just like it was their mother or grandmother. [Name removed] passed away and they are all so special to us. [Names removed] thank you so much for loving her as we did. The activity Director thank you for the face time. It was very special to us. The Hearth was clean and it smelled like a hotel. I would highly recommend The Hearth and the staff God Bless You for all you do. [name removed] and [name removed]

My sister lived at Heritage Woods for the past several years. She recently passed away but I wanted to share her experience. When she first moved to Heritage Woods from Arkansas she was pretty much a loner. She was shy and had few friends. We felt meeting more people was a good idea and since she was able to take care of her self with a little help, Heritage Woods seemed a good fit. Heritage Woods was willing to take her Medicare and Medicaid as full payment and it allowed a stipend for personal needs each month. My sister was reticent to get involved at first but quickly made up for lost time. She began running the bingo games, the Country Store and ran for and was elected to, the Presidency of the resident board multiple times! For the first time in her life she was reaching her potential. She was proud, happy and well liked by both residents and staff. She also encouraged other residents to get involved and have fun as well, especially new residents. Heritage Woods is a clean, spacious place with a friendly staff and lots of activities. From the manager, [name removed], to [name removed] the building engineer to the medical staff, CNAs and the lunch room crew, Heritage Woods has a great staff and some really friendly residents. My sister spent several happy years there, some of her happiest. I would recommend Heritage Woods as a safe, comfortable and stimulating place for those who need just a little help and don’t mind having a bit of fun too.

Our family's experience with the Hearth Tudor Gardens was good, because of the caring staff and administration. I can think of seven instances where they went above and beyond while maintaining professionalism and friendly care. The latest instance was the reception team caring enough to put a forwarding address not available through the post office, on our Aunt's tax documents, even though she was not a resident for almost a year and had deceased. They could have just stamped return to sender and how difficult that would have made it to close her estate.

1. [Name removed] (Activities)- I believe [name removed] oversees about 75% (or more) of all activities I think out activities would truly suffer without him. 2. [Name removed] (Front Desk)- Wow! [Name removed] wears many hats at the Front Desk and she wears them all well. She is certainly a blessing to The Hearth. 3. [Name removed] (Bus Driver)- [Name removed] goes above and beyond his job description almost every day. We would be in big trouble without [name removed].

So far we thought this might end up being our first choice! Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit and tour!

My Mother couldn't say enough good things about Keepsake Village! She loved the place. We are continuing the process to move Dad to Keepsake Village. [Name removed] answered all our questions and was so helpful!

This is a very good place to be I really like it here all the staff are good.

Heritage Woods was a bright comfortable home for my father. The staff was kind, attentive to Dad's needs, often going out of their way to assist dad. They offered a variety of activities for their residents or allowed their residents or allowed their residents their privacy. Dads apartment was very nice, offering him a comfortable home in his final days. I and my family cannot show our appreciation or thank you enough to the management and staff of Heritage Woods.

I helped my aunt move into White Oaks Memory Care Unit. She has Azheimers Dimentia. The facility and staff are great. [Name removed]. was very "hands on" and made the transition go very smoothly. She is always available and willing to do anything to make the residents and family feel comfortable. The private rooms are spacious and clean. The entire facility is very clean and extremely well kept. I am so glad I found White Oaks because I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I have received. They have an incredible amount of activities and I know my aunt will love it there. Moving my aunt here has given me such peace of mind and I know she is being cared for very well...... Trust me, White Oaks should be your first and only choice for Assisted Living!

Amazing service and care by the staff. We were (and still are) very appreciative of them during our father’s last days. They did everything to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. The facility was very clean and made to feel like home.

The staff at Heritage Woods is so kind and friendly. They do so much for their residents so that they can have a full and fun life. I always love going there to visit because I am always greeted with such a warm welcome.

I have toured this community several times. The community is always clean, beautifully kept, and the staff are always friendly and inviting. The residents are engaged and happy.

My mom moved in to The Hearth assisted living in May. The staff has been wonderful! The intake process and tour was very informative. The nursing staff has been very efficient and thorough on their care for my mom. She requires assistance with bathing, transportation to meals, and medication due to MS, so her needs are high. The Director of Nursing did a fantastic job of going over mom's care plan and ensuring that her nursing staff knows what is needed. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy available onsite and also a doctor and nurse practitioner who came to my mom's room on her 3rd day there. The food has been really good and fresh. The activities director does a great job with many different activities, including wellness such as sit and fit and also yoga in their chairs. There were a couple things wrong in her room (screen had a hole and also she needed a new toilet seat. The environmental director took care of these right away. Housekeeping does a great job - weekly. Personal laundry is done twice a week and they help put the laundry away as well. Our experience has been so great! My mom was at a different facility for 2 years and did not get the same care and treatment - not even close!

My aunt is a resident of White Oaks and we love this place! The staff takes great care of my aunt. She has lived their since they opened and she is doing really well. She enjoy lots of activities and new friends and also eats great food. Her apartment is a good size and the staff is always very helpful. We are happy with the care she receives!

Love the fact that they take Medicaid when my grandma needs it. The apartments are lovely and they have a lot of fun activities. It’s a warm place with a wonderful staff.
