We were very worried about my father going into a memory care facility. We thought he would be very resistant. We also thought he might have trouble fitting in. The staff was able to help us through this difficult process and put our minds at ease. Dad is now happy to be there and has made friends with many at the community. this is a great facility, and the staff are incredible.

We love the staff. Everyone is so nice and loving to granny. We definitely picked the right place. It felt more like home and it's a Medicad facility so she can stay if she were to run out of money. [name removed] is very knowledgeable and helpful and so is [name removed] It was the best one we toured.

The love and care of the staff at White Oaks was unsurpassed. Both of my parents lived there, and part of that time was during covid. They kept them engaged, offered wonderful support. I was able to enjoy my parents in their final years. As the end drew near for both of my parents (at different times), they assisted our entire family. This facility is a treasure of care.

The administrator, [name remove], has always been very helpful and responsive to all our request. The response time from some of the aids at times has been much longer than we would have liked. However, I understand the shortage of help right now. The biggest concern I hear from the residence is that the food has little variety and hard to eat due to meat being tough and vegetables are al dente and hard to chew. The facility has been updated and is pleasant.

When we toured the community, we thought is was acceptable and a good tour. However, we found the community was older and the rooms were smaller than we wanted. It just wasn't right for our needs.

My mother has lived here over 3 years and we have been very pleased with her care. From the front desk receptionist to the maintenance man to administrators, nurses and CNA's. Kindness, patience and love is shown by all!

We placed my mother here and we were pleasantly surprised by the care and compassion of the staff. Everyone is super involved with the care of they’re residents, even saw the administration team helping serve meals. Highly recommend anyone that’s looking for great care

It's an okay place.

They get all 5 stars. We chose Heritage Woods of Huntley over others we looked into because this facility had the warmest and friendliest atmosphere. We felt this would be the best fit for our dad. Everyone was always friendly and kind to my dad. I felt like they had his best interest in mind all the time.

We have had a very good experience at White Oaks of McHenry. What I believe they do very well is keep her engaged. She actually seems happy there. I believe they have both great staff and management. I really have no shade to put their way concerning their operations. Very happy. Any issues we present are quickly resolved in a fair manner. You guys did great steering this decision.

What stood out to us about this facility is the friendliness and across-the-board kindness of all of the staff. It was a real home like feeling throughout the facility.

Our loved one was at Carriage Crossing for a short time, and in the couple of times we visited, I thought everything was a 5/5. The staff were very friendly.

We are very happy with our experience at St. Anthony of Lansing. The facility is very clean and did not smell at all when you walk in. The sales lady we worked with was so welcoming and went out of her way to help us, she was great. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The food is fine. The value for the money is fair. We picked this community, because of the proximity to my loved ones home, and the friendliness of the staff. I liked everything about it. I would recommend to other families.

This community has always served our friends and family well. Many of the staff have been there for years and they have the most “family” focused environment I have been in. Thou can tell when you walk in that it’s a Great Place!!

Our family had an in person tour and our family loved it but the cost was a deterrent.

The best thing about this community is the staff - their friendliness is the most important thing to us and from top to bottom everybody is great. We have not had a meal there ourselves but we have also not heard any complaints so we assume the meals are good. We would recommend the Heritage Woods of Minooka to other families based on our experience so far.

Toured the community looking for assisted living. Was greeted when walked into building by the executive director, offered a beverage, or fresh baked cookies. New updates to the building. Residents were up front playing cards and listening to music. Had a nice tour and was not pressured. Staff answered all my questions.
