Amazing and wonderful place! The staff here are the best and look after everyone so well! I am so thankful my parents live here now! The food is amazing, and my parents are very happy. I feel safe and comforted knowing that the care I wanted to give them and can't, they are receiving at the Independence Village of Greenwood.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookstone Of Mattoon North. Overall, the experience has been great so far. The facility is very clean. Everyone here is very nice and caring. My loved one has complained about the food, though. There's not a good selection, the portions are very small and the food is not good tasting. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

This facility is very close to my home. Visiting is very easy. Food is good. Good variety. Nice courtyard with rockers. Makes visiting your family in warm weather a nice change. My mother enjoys sitting outside. There is a large shade tree in the center of the courtyard. It’s a nice green space. The director of Independence Village is a wonderful man who wears many hats and works long hours and is devoted to this facility.

This community is beautiful and is a place my family calls home. We love all the areas we have to enjoy time with them, games, bingo and social hours. The pool table is an added bonus it is great seeing a mens group play and laugh. We understand they are under a refresh a new furniture is on its way. Overall my families feels at home, has made new friends and is in a safe environment and is taken care of by excellent staff who love them.

This is the first facility to really work with my loved one and try to find solutions to make his life better. Their communication with the family has been wonderful. The staff here are always respectful professional, and frequent. I would definitely recommend Keepsake Village of Columbus for those looking into memory care for their loved ones.

The executive director here is very friendly and willing to work with you. The room sizes are decent compared to others that we looked at. They do offer a lot of fun activities for the residents. I would definitely recommend Carriage Court of Grove City to others.

What a great visit I had with my grandma's friend! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The smell was so nice as we entered the building. I was very impressed, as a supportive living establishment it definitely did not feel like one!!! The staff definitely make it feel like home there. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Evergreen Village of Fort Wayne is an amazing place full of warmth compassion and caring individuals. A place you can call home. It gives a piece of mind where you can have assistance and independence to be your own person. It's been awhile looking for a home and here I was able to do that.

I would most definitely say Carriage Crossing of Arcola is best in the area. My parents have resided there for over three years. I have nothing but great things to say about the center. The staff is fantastic. They treat everyone with love and respect. I knew that my parents were really loved by everyone there. When my father passed two months ago, I was still amazed at how hard the staff took it. It was as if their own father/grandfather had passed. My mother is still living there and everyone is helping her to adjust to life without my father. They were married for 70+ years, so it's quite an adjustment. I am unable to be with my mother as much as I would like, but I am completely comfortable with her living there. She is a social butterfly and by living here she is able to socialize with so many people which is great for her mental health. They also provide so many activities she can enjoy. Carriage Crossing of Arcola is the best and I am so grateful for them.

The facility itself is modern, comfortable and clean and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The most important feature for us is the care given to the residents. They have become a family and they all show their care and concern for those residents. They truly have the best interests of the residents at heart.

The staff are caring and compassionate. Food is good.

Oak Hill Assisted Living has recently become my Dad’s new Residence!!! It was the first and the only Assisted Living Facility that we visited!!! That is how good of an impression that was made on us!!! All of the staff there were so welcoming and really made us feel comfortable in choosing them for my Dad’s new home!!! My Dad absolutely loves it there!!! It turns out that he has fit right in and is actually, quite popular amongst the Residents!!! I personally feel that my Dad is safe at all times and is being well taken care of by the amazing staff too!!! What I love most about Oak Hill is that my Dad has access to everything that he needs, under one roof at Oak Hill Assisted Living!!! I have nothing, but good things to say about Oak Hill Assisted Living and I’m so very happy that my Dad gets to call this place his, HOME SWEET HOME!!!

I would recommend that a friend, check it out for themselves and let them know that I myself would choose to go there for care when I needed to. We picked this community, because of recommendations from others, cleanliness, proximity to other family members, and pricing.

Things got off to a good start. Then things went downhill. They called to say she did not belong there. They said she belongs in memory care. [name removed] said I can keep her until the weekend. She also gave me a nursing staff name I could use. The weekend came and went with no further contact. Monday, late morning, my daughter called them. My daughter was advised that everything was fine and my sister was adjusting just fine. She was advised that all was well and they would transfer her to memory care as soon as it was open. Since that call everything has gone fine. Take your time, think it through and when YOU feel you are doing the right thing full speed ahead.

Very beautiful ionic place. Recently toured and the staff was great along with the activities and meal. This is definitely the place to retire at. I look forward to having my parents locate here as well as my husband and I in the future

We chose Carriage Court of Grove City because of their competitive pricing, the staff, and the location. My loved one only lived here for four days on hospice before she passed away. The staff during her stay here were very caring and helpful to her and to our family.

My mother recently passed away, and I was so greatful for the help and compassion that the employees gave me while going through this tough time. My mother was a resident for almost two years, and I would visit at least a couple times a week. and I never had any issues with service or non service, She was always happy doing the crafts, enjoying the entertainment, and participating in the social activities. Lets just say My Mom was in her happy place. When it came to communication with the staff, I was always imformed of what was happing with my mom as while she was there she fell and broke her hip and the support that we received was the best. I would sit down with the nurse usually weekly and she would give me a quick update on her health. I honestly never had any negative issues.

Always feel like home every time I walk in to see a patient. All the residents are in the family room watching tv or playing cards.

The Village at Westerville has amazing staff who truly care about the health and wellness of seniors. They provide efficient care and coordination with therapy providers and timely admissions to support the aging community.

The staff is caring, compassionate, and professional. They know the names and needs of each resident. They make sure each resident is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
