It was great. I didn't have any complaints. It was a little inconvenient that they had construction going on while we were there, but overall it was a nice place with no major concerns.

This is the first time my parent has been in an assisted living place. I am happy with the care the employees give.

Very happy with Coventry. Placed my 94 year old mother approximately 6 weeks ago and she is having a ball! The care is excellent and the programs offered are very well planned and accommodating. The family does not have to worry anymore about her meals, her welfare, or her happiness.

I apologize for taking so long to get this up on their website, as I am sure that there are plenty of you in my same situation. Approximately, one month ago, my 80-year-old mom’s neurologist told me that she could no longer live by herself and that she needed to go to assisted living ASAP. As I am sure you can relate, it was very devastating for me to hear this news. After checking various AL facilities and realizing that none of them felt right, I Google’d “Assisted Living in Atascocita” and got an immediate response from Arbor Terrace. The lady that I spoke with Stacey Arceneaux went above and beyond what was expected of her. I could email her questions and did and she would respond immediately. It was really strange because I had never seen the place nor met her in person, but I knew this was where mom was going to call “home.” This all happened on a Wednesday. On Friday, I took mom there to visit and she immediately fell in love with not only the place, but all of the people and all the staff and to me that is PRICELESS. So, if you find yourself where I was, please give them a chance. Once you get over the initial shock of the size of the room, and you realize that they feed them 3 times a day plus snacks if they’re hungry, you’ll realize the little room is all they need. You will be utterly amazed at how caring and responsive they are to our parents and they do so many wonderful activities throughout the day. Mom will be there 2 weeks this Friday and I have visited unexpected, I have eaten with them unexpected and I talk to her daily and it doesn’t matter morning/noon/night, you get the same response at anytime. Every single time we talk on the phone, she tells me over and over again how thankful she is that I found this place for her and her dog Jax. Said she has never been happier. Recently moved my mother into Los Patios and she loves her new home environment, as well as, all the amenities, activities, and new friendships. The apartments and the grounds are well kept along with gated security. The independent living residents have full kitchens, quaint patios, and some even have a personal laundry room. To summarize, luxury styled living with friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff members all included to meet the budget best suited for each individual's needs.

When I was there visiting the people were great and friendly. They took the time to show us around. My mother has only been there a short period of time, but it seems to be working out fine. However, I recently was informed by my mother that their alarm system (to call for assistance) has been turned off and mother sat for an hour in soiled linens until someone came. This was very upsetting.

The Wentworth of Las Vegas is a very good place. I am very happy and comfortable with having my mother there. I can't really think of much they could do to improve as they are doing an excellent job.

My mother has only been there for less than 2 weeks, but so far they have been great. I will know more once she has been there for a few months.

Very warm inviting and clean. Everyone has been very nice, genuinely including the residents.

Administrators are reachable and responsive. No bad interactions with any staff members. Many go out of their way to help. I have observed the chef coming out to see what the residents were eating/liking. Seems to be a pretty diverse menu. Plenty of activities if you want to join in. Outings to nearby stores and restaurants occur-you have to sign up for these very early to get a seat on the bus. Rooms are good size Really only one negative: there seems to be an ant problem at times.

The food is usually pretty good. The staff is friendly. They are kind of slow on getting maintenance done, but are getting better. My mom is liking it there & I feel good about her being there. I love the fact that Lady with the Lamp offices there & the Homewell Health Services is good to have on campus.

While my aunt was in assisted living her received excellent care. I just moved her to the other side in memory care. I'll find out my next visit. How things are going. The dining hall was elegant , the food good, my aunt enjoyed bingo and going to church. Cresent has events going on often, and they invite family members to attend.

Nice facility. Only issue is that just charged me [amount removed] one time fee for cat peeing on carpet. It was a surprise charge. Hopefully, it won't become an issue. I would recommend to people who don't have a pet.

The director is not very friendly and seems to be only interested in holding events for their corporation and vendors versus paying attention to items within the facility. If the residents were fed the same food that they feed all the outside people who aren't paying, their food would be a lot better. Also handling medical emergencies seem to be a challenge. When an ambulance came to get my mother, they could not get the proper paperwork to send with her. This happened two times although I spoke with them after the first time, hopefully they've gotten that fixed. The Daily caretakers were excellent and very good about checking on their residents and very sweet to them. The facility itself being brand new is absolutely beautiful and anyone that visited. My mother always said that it was like a resort.

The staff is very caring and kind. Yes, we would recommend The Landing on Dundee Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

Like most assisted living facilities be prepared for the med tech and care giver turnover. Prepare to visit often and talk to staff as much as possible. When deciding on an assisted living facility visit more than once before making a decision.

What stood out the most is the Community is great. They have excellent staff and also the amenities are excellent.

Heartis was assisted living and the overall experience was good. Good enough we would have left them there and just moved them into memory care. Sadly, the Heartis memory care facility is tiny, and could not accommodate them together in one room.

The caregivers are caring and professional. The facility is clean. I am disappointed that they are not pet-friendly and don't allow any pets in the facility. And I also wish they didn't have so many carbohydrates on the menu (most meals). Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with them.

If one is searching for a community for your loved one realistic expectations are a must. The 3 main "care abouts" are: food quality and wait staff. Assisted living: laundry being done in a timely fashion and not losing clothing. Garbage being taken care of promptly. Med techs responding to medication needs. Senior living industry thrives if they find good people to work in these facilities, hiring quality care takers requires that you can pay them adequately for an often arduous, thankless job.
