I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have been friendly and I am comfortable with the quality of care she has been receiving. She has had no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in a few of the activities they have from time to time with the other residents. Overall it has been a great place and we are thankful for this place.

He's been doing good at Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care. The staff is very nice and friendly but they seem overworked. The girls work hard and it is a hard job. They did hire some more staff and they are still in the process of hiring an activities director. Sometimes I help out with the activities. The food is good and they feed my loved one plenty. I love it there and I like the setup. It is less confusing and more like his own home than the last place we were at. He doesn't have to walk so far to get to the dining room. Sometimes I wish the floors were cleaner in the resident's bathrooms, but I think that is because they don't have enough staff to do everything. They take the residents for walks and I go with them if it happens during my visits. There is a nicely landscaped courtyard with some seating available. I'm glad it is conveniently located so that I can visit often.

We couldn't be happier with the care that my friend is getting here. Unfortunately, her health seems to be in general declining however the staff is wonderful and very attentive and is doing what they can to make her comfortable. When my friend eats the food has been very good she was enjoying it. We feel very comfortable with her being here it was a little further than what we were looking at but because they had made such a good impression on us we decided it was worth the drive

Great tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. The experience was a pleasant one.

This is a nice community, and my tour of it went well. The staff I met was friendly, and everyone was kind. From what I saw the community was nice, and clean. The experience was a pleasant one, but I did find another community that I was more fond of.

The care at this community is very nice. The staff are nice and helpful. I like that she is liking the menu. The community is clean and maintained. We like that she is involved with the activities with the other residents. We would recommend for other to tour this community for the value and the care of a loved one.

The care that my loved one has been receiving at this community is going great! I am comfortable with the quality of care and how attentive they have been to her needs. The property is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to all of the residents. They also have a great meals plan as well as a dinning experience. Overall I have no complaints and am very pleased.

Before choosing a community for my mother, I also toured Canyon Valey Memory Care. I had a good tour, they were able to answer my questions and give me good information. The facility was clean and maintained well.

My mom is in this community for care. She does not like being away from home. The staff were nice and the community was clean. My mom did not like that the staff had a high turnover. The activities were helpful. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a family member for the nice care and value

The community has a “home like environment”. It seems to be calm and staff appear to be pleasant people.

My tour od The Inn at Los Patios was a good experience. The facility was clean and everyone was very nice. The tour guide gave us good information, but it was not the best fit for my parents.

My mother seems to be doing well here at this community. It is a big transition from assisted living to memory care, but they are trying their best to care for her. The staff is good, they are nice people. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. I would recommend

When I toured the Catalina Springs Memory Care, it was a very nice place. I really liked it but my father had already chosen the Brookdale. We went with his choice.

Things are going really well hear for my father in law. The food is good and he enjoys it no complaints. We also got to participate in the Thanksgiving meal and it was excellent. The lead nurse is absolutely amazing and has been really helpful.

I can't imagine any person better suited to their job than Tonya [Removed], who is the activity coordinator at this facility. Tonya is always upbeat, sympathetic and encouraging with the residents. She has a heart of kindness that is so important for the well-being of the residents. She is the most irreplaceable person there.

My loved is no longer at this community. The community told me that they deal with combative patients. When my loved one got there and started being combative they told me that I needed to move him. That the community might not be the right place for him. The staff was nice and helpful when I did need them. The community does offer activities, but my loved one did not want to participate.

A very nice community for good care. Excellent staff members who provide great care. Wonderful activities are offered. This community is a little costly for the care, but I would recommend it for those who can afford the care that family members receive here.

The care is going good and everything is fine from what my dad's wife tells me. He is getting respect and the staff are fine people. The community is clean and seems to be good. I think that it seems a little under staff but my dad says he is getting the care he needs. His wife says good things about the community.

They ended up declining admission of my dad, after initially accepting him and accepting payment. My dad is admittedly a hard case. They did give a full refund of what we paid, so that was honorable. The facility is nice and the people are nice, no issues with any of that. If anything, I'd say they need better screening up front, perhaps a little less optimistic, to avoid backing out after things are already rolling (e.g. payments made, furnishings moved in, alternative locations notified that a choice was made, etc ).
