My Mother couldn't say enough good things about Keepsake Village! She loved the place. We are continuing the process to move Dad to Keepsake Village. [Name removed] answered all our questions and was so helpful!

I am a hospice RN who has had the opportunity to work with the great team at Canyon Valley. They show love and compassion for all of their residents. Working with them is an extension of my team with everyone wanting the best possible for residents. Communication, help, knowledge and caring makes them all a great group!

Homeplace is good care for those afflicted with memory loss. Centered around small, well designed neighborhoods means No isolation or long hallways to get lost in. Caring staff. Eyes and ears on residents who congregate within central living spaces. Good food. Glad mom is at Home Place.

I love all of it! I love the kindness of the team. The team at Cedar Bluff works really well together. I have never had a request unmet.

Thrive @ Cedar Bluff is the greatest Place to work. The residents are the best, and I love caring for them and making sure they have everything they need. The smiles on their face make my heart full.

Very clean, organized, managed, compassionate, professional property. The Director to the Care Givers and staff always impress us and make us feel so grateful for them. We recommend this property to any new residents in need for memory care assisted living.

My mother has been residing at Catalina Springs for almost 2 years now and overall I have been very pleased with the care and attention she's received. The staff are kind and friendly and attentive (given the number of staff relative to residents) to my mother's needs. I especially appreciate the added activities and events CS holds.

My wife was in the memory. Care section for a short time before her death. My regret is that we did not go to Heartis in the beginning. The staff handled a very difficult situation with love and respect. She received excellent care. [name removed] did everything she could for [name removed]. [name removed] had Lewy Body Dementia which is very difficult to control. I highly recommend Heartis to anyone when the time arrives for a facility. The staff kept me informed the entire time and would call if I was needed to help [name removed]. Outstanding staff and facility with exceptional food for the residents.

The staff are so nice here. They treat the residents like family. They have more patience than anywhere we’ve been they are well trained in Alzheimers’s care. Not to say everything and everyone is perfect but about 99%. Some of my husbands clothes have been missing for weeks and haven’t been found. The residents sometimes go into other rooms and pick up things but that can be expected bc they don’t know what they’re doing that stuff makes it’s way back to owner. Activity director is awesome. I would recommend this place bc my husbands behavior is so good here bc of care. They deal with difficult residents very well. The food could be improved otherwise it’s great here. I should know. Been 5 places before here. He’s in private room

We moved in [name removed] and love it here. We love all the activities, the people and our room. The country singer is [name removed]’s favorite and I loved the Mother’s Day event. I’m glad we moved here!

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it. I really love the people that work here and feel like they really love me. This is my home!

So far me and my wife have been very pleased we have lived here for a month and love it! The Team knows our names and that are very nice.

This community is one of the best I have seen. The staff members are compassionate and the community is clean and bright; it just feels ALIVE. The residents were visiting with each other and smiling, talking, just like neighbors do. I was mostly impressed with the Montessori program. The residents seem to lead full and happy lives.

My mom lived here now. And the staff is awesome! Above and beyond, she's very happy here. Thank you from our family.

WOW. Just WOW! I visited here a couple of weeks ago and was BLOWN AWAY. THIS IS WHAT OUR OLDER ADULTS DESERVE! Not only is it absolutely amazing, the team they have running the place have HEART. This is what Senior Living should be!

I enjoy coming out to Cedar Bluff whenever I can. Everyone is very nice and receptive. I am a home health clinician and I always tell other families about the great care received at this community.

My mom, [name removed] make her home Ocean Ridge for a number of years prior to her death. Ocean Ridge far surpassed any of our family expectations. The management and all caregivers were a second family to her. The kindness, patience and love shown by everyone was such a gift! We looked at many facilities and NONE had the nurturing qualities of Ocean Ridge. Mind stimulation activities, exercise and socializing are an integral part of what they provide daily. There are not enough words or space to describe how much we love and appreciate them. The director is amazing and set the highest standards making the very best!

I have made new friends here. I like the activities and the team. I love my room and am happy to be here.
