Just the thought of moving my Mom into assisted living was extremely stressful for me. Thank goodness for Ashley Glen !!! First: The management team explained what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, when it was going to happen and why it was going to happen...and then it all happened exactly like they said!!!! Second: My 96 year old Mom was admitted about a month ago and was not looking or feeling well. In a month she is out of the wheelchair, has completed physical therapy and is walking!!!! Third: Ashley Glen provides a wonderful environment for residences to flourish. ALL the caregivers and staff are friendly and patient. The facility is spotless and the residents are clean and comfortable. Fourth: Ashley Glen is a great value. Rates are very reasonable for all services provided. You are not nickeled and dimed as in some other facilities. But the most important thing Ashley Glen provides is Peace of Mind. My Mom loves it there and is happy...what else is there?

Recently moved my mother into Los Patios and she loves her new home environment, as well as, all the amenities, activities, and new friendships. The apartments and the grounds are well kept along with gated security. The independent living residents have full kitchens, quaint patios, and some even have a personal laundry room. To summarize, luxury styled living with friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff members all included to meet the budget best suited for each individual's needs.

My mother has only been there for less than 2 weeks, but so far they have been great. I will know more once she has been there for a few months.

The facility is wonderful with all amenities and activities. To help with the transition we used day care and this enabled the transition to be smooth and painless. Teresa Wolfe and all staff members were super and went above and beyond to accomodate our loved one. Even with regards to the kitty. Thanks and keep up the good work.

1) I don't think we realized that if my dad fell, the staff isn't able to help. That is very concerning to me. Another gentleman fell outside the door going in for dinner and the staff said they couldn't help him and they would have to call an ambulance. Finally, another resident and one of the wait staff helped him up. He had broken his nose. One if the reasons we wanted my parents in a place like the Landing was so my mom would have help when my dad fell. 2) The staff that cleans does not do a very thorough job. They do more cleaning around things without actually moving things - even knick knacks - to clean under them. We may need to hire a separate cleaning lady to come in. 3) My parents moved in back in the middle of May and my dad is just this week getting his tv hooked up. Many calls and sitting at the front desk didn't really get him anywhere. 4) My dad has been to the front desk on numerous occasions and the girl there has to get up and go ask someone in the back. So then my dad asks another follow up question and she gets up and goes in the back and come out with an answer. That goes on and on and the person in the back never comes out to help. 5) The staff is always kind, just not always very helpful.

The staff team does their job as far as patient care, but overall I think they are overworked and the patients often wait for care that is needed immediately.

Overall good visit and good impression with facility and staff. Although the facility is older it seemed to be in good shape and maintained well.

The best thing about it is that the facility/staff continue to view the patients/residents as humans. They are emotionally supportive as well as involved with physical care. The patients are often up and about the facility. They feel free to roam (safely within the closed spaces) and they feel like the place is home. When I arrive there, the people in the hallway are always curious about who I am and why I am in their home. I think this is a good indicator about how they are treated. This is their home and the care staff are there to help. I feel better about the fact that they have a reoccurring time sequence during which they check on my father in law. (Every 4 hours) And they seem to be able to shift him to where he needs to go in that sequence. Bed, wheelchair, lunch, or dinner, toilet, etc. so he doesn't sit and stare at the same wall all day.

We enjoyed the visit and the tour around the facility. We were disappointed that there were no apartments available for us to view. If we put our name on the waiting list we will then be able to see the unit when it is vacated which means that after waiting for an unknown time we may finally get to see an apartment that is not of interest to us.

I liked the Montessori philosophy that they have incorporated into their care plans. The room was an adequate size, but the bathroom seemed a little tight for the walker. They seemed to have a good number of activities; a good ratio of care givers to patients; friendly staff.

My biggest challenge is getting someone to help me w coordinating the admin end. And honestly I can't get anyone on the phone w/o leaving g a message and then maybe or maybe not someone calls me back. The quality of care is high and caregivers are lovely to my mom. But getting anything admin related handled is definitely problematic.

Very nice place. Nice staff. Great place if you are needing not a tremendous amount of help. Would recommend.

The Landings has worked very well for my brother,[name removed]. The room is very nice, good is alright. The medical supervision has been good, staff is friendly and attentive. Sunday services like hair salon, etc. are good. Overall, happy with the facility and services.

Current staff is working very hard for the full capacity preserve. Quality of care is good. Activities good, food isn't so hot. Place still looks clean and new. My. Mom's in a studio and it's small but to be expected. Love the staff.

I mostly like how sweet and kind the staff is. They genuinely seem to care for the residents.

I'm speaking for my mom. They are getting to capacity and need more staff to help with meal time.

This facility is a Type A assisted living, meaning that your loved one must be able to self-evacuate in an emergency. They are very clear about this when touring. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are too. It just wasn’t right for our needs.

The cottages were the only ones available. The community is new and the activity center for cottages is still being built. No meal options were presented. We were told the rate would go up $ [removed]in Jan. We are at max for payments for 2 at $ [removed]and unsure how much it will increase annually

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very good at engaging with the residents and visitors. All requests I've made for my wife have been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is outstanding
