The caregivers are great. They are always willing to help. My loved one seems to like the food. They have a new activites director. I am not too happy about the increase in the prices. We picked this community because, they specialized in Alzheimer's /Dementia. The communication could be greatly improved, with administration. Overall, I would tell other families to do their research.

My mom has commented on. She really likes the food. They seem to have a lot of activities. I do wish for my mom's sake they had more outdoor activities. I have seen other facilities that or considerably more expensive for what you get, This is one area where I feel like they are quite reasonable

I took my husband out of a different facility because I was very unhappy with it (understaffed for the amount of patients, theft, etc.). Moving into Autumn Leave, it has been absolutely fine. He's getting very good care. I like how clean the facility is. I'm very happy to have him here (as happy as you can be considering the circumstances). Autumn Leaves is also cheaper than the previous place, which was in no way the reason for my decision, but a nice bonus feature.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great but the community was just a little bit more expensive for us

The Inn was a nice community. The location was good. This felt more homey, and had great grounds.

This is a very pretty community. There are very nice people here and the food is wonderful. This community is also close to the hospital and doctor offices which makes it even better for the residents. There are not a lot of activities right now but I think that is due to covid and everything else . The tour was nice and they were very informative.

The Landing is a brand new facility and it is beautiful. The staff were extremely nice and were really interested in getting to know my mother and her interests. They really had a lot to offer, we liked that they served 3 meals a day in the dining room. Since it was newer there were not as many residents here to interact with. That made her a little nervous not being able to talk to more people to see if she would fit in well there.

The Inn at Los Patios seemed like a really nice facility, this was our second choice. The staff we interacted with were all great.

Our loved one came from a rehab facility that was just dark. so walking into The Landing it was so welcoming, it is very bright and sunny and cheery. The value for the money is completely worth it knowing our loved one is being well cared for and is safe.

The Landing on Dundee is a nice place, but you do have to pay attention to some things. Overall, its a beautiful place.

We had a good tour experience with Inspired Living, there was just nothing that really stuck out to us.

The most outstanding thing is the beautiful grounds. It's incredibly beautiful. I like my apartment as well. It's very nice. Also, the next thing would be the willingness of the staff to do their best to take care of us. That's been really good. On the food, at either lunch or dinner in the dining room it's not fabulous but it's good overall. I'm disappointed with the Continental breakfast. I don't think it's very good, and I wasn't expecting that it would be so sparse, to the point that I wouldn't call it a meal. That's my main complaint.

The first time I came here I fell in love with everything I could see. The building is on the outside and inside where so pictures are and warm feeling. All the trees were a plus and the animals that lived here because of them gives a true country feeling. I call my small apartment my dollhouse its comfortable. It has room enough for me. The staff all of them are here help everyone is happy. There are a few bumps along the way. But that is life. Ok just need to continue to improve our little home and keep smiling.

I moved to The Inn at Los Patios [date removed]. From the very beginning I have felt very comfortable. The staff is courteous helpful and patient and the food is exceptional. There are activities for everyone and the residents enjoy them! The common areas both inside and outside are kept neat and clean. As you come in the gate, the entrance and building look like a holiday resort. Very happy I live here.

My tour at Ashley Glen was nice. The admissions person was very, very good. It looked like they had a good memory care program.

The community did a great job taking care of our loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

We had an in person tour and this community is very clean and pretty big, but it was just out of the way for our family when it came to location. The price was good, it was inclusive, but they did not offer a lot of activities.

This facility is definitely in the running. There is one private room with a bath available. The only negative I have is that the closet was extremely small.

My ratings are based on the short experience we had. We were able to have visits with my loved one. It looked like the residents were able to walk around. My loved one fell and none of the staff saw this; this has me concerned. I don't blame the community for my loved one's fall. I just wish I would know where and what time it happened.
